Chaptre 262. Red Lion city.
Lazarus looked towards Alastair and Icarus, the wounds they got from Diana could not heal within 2 days. Even though they had already drunk an extremely expensive Epic Rank Potion.
"Dad, are we going straight to the Carulean Forest?" Alastair asked.

"King Hector, do you know of this place?" Icarus asked.
"Icarus, just call me uncle and this place is Red Lion City to the East of the Beastman Kingdom. Ararik sent us to a strategic place and close to the Carulean Forest. Let's take a break at the Red Lion's Marcenary Guild! I want to hear firsthand how the Beastman Kingdom is after becoming the Beastman Empire." King Hector answered.

Lazarus stroked the head of the Emerald Lion, Emerald and Rainbow on Linwood's back. It seemed that he was very happy to be on Linwood's back.
"Linwood, how are Cordelia, Lilac and Cynderyn in Yggdrasil Kingdom?" Lazarus asked.
"Master Urs, I'm fine and thank you for letting me meet Mother, Chrysanthemum and Blue River." Forest Phoenix Linwood stroked the head of Lazarus.
"Well, isn't now the right time to make a contract?"
"Master, has Ignis already broken through the Legendary realm?" Emerald asked.
"Ignis, broke through the Legendary realm 2 months ago. But he was still unconscious! I'm afraid he'll be asleep for 50 years." Lazarus stroked the mane of Emerald.
"Dad, who's Ignis?" Alastair asked.
"Ignis is Asterion's brother and a mighty Red Dragon. He is my first contract Beast and the alpa of all my contract Beasts." Lazarus answered.
Lazarus and Linwood made a contract. Lazarus hoped to obtain the Skill after making a contract with Linwood, but he did not obtain any Skill after making a contract with Linwood.
"Icarus, can you ride on Emerald's back?"
"Wait on! Can I ride the back of a high rank Beast? Even Namean only allowed father to ride his back."
"Just calm! The Master family is my family." Emerald answered.
Lazarus, Hector and Alastair ride Linwood's back, while Icarus rides Emerald's back. They went to the Red King's Marcenary Guild to rest and recuperate.

Seen in Red Lion City was full of Beastman races. The city was almost the same as the cities in the Western Continent of Zephyra, but the races that stayed the most in this city were the Beastman and Half Beastman races.
A fortress guard of the Gray Wolf Beastman race yawned, he was only guarding the fortress alone because Red Lion City was so peaceful. The Beast Waves from the Carulean Forest had not existed since the last 500.
"Yeah!!" The cry of the Phoenix bird sounded.
The guard looked up at the sky, from a distance a beautiful green bird with a long neck and a beautiful long tail with a green gradation color flew towards the city.
"Forest Phoenix!!" The guard shouted, blowing a warning-sign trumpet.
"Brandish! What's going on!" A tiger Beastman with red hair and golden eyes shouted at the Telecommunication Artifacts.
"Duke Ludger a Legendary Beast Forest Phoenix is approaching us. But on his back was a silhouette of 3 people.
"Whata! Brandish hold them at the gate! I'll be there soon." Ludger says.
"As you command, Duke." The Gray Wolf Beastman replied.
Linwood landed in front of the city gate of Red Lion. He looked around, not a single person around there was only a Gray Wolf Beastman guard guarding. The Emerald stopped right next to Linwood.
Brandish approached the Lazarus group. He looked extremely frightened when he saw the Legendary Beast Ancient Forest Phoenix and the rare Emerald Lion before him.
"Master, may I find out who you are and your purpose in coming to Red Lion City? My name is Brandish the guardian of this city and the Beastman Kingdom has already become the Beastman Empire after the civil war. However the condition of the Beastman Empire is still not stable and the Duke told me not to accept any stranger into the City." Brandish says.
"Brandish? Are you the son of Khan?" King Hector asked.
"Wait on! Emperor Hector! Forgive me for my rudeness! I didn't know it was you!" Brandish.
Duke Ludger along with the 4 Epic Beastmen realm rode the Green Horned Wolf Beast away towards the Lazarus group.
"Hector?"
"Ludger!!"
Emperor Hector and Duke Ludger were closer friends than brothers. They were known by the nicknames The Nine Headed Golden Lion Knight and The Nine Tailed Tiger Knight. Duke Ludger and Hector are both friends and rivals.
But since Duke Ludger was seriously injured in the past. He could not break through the Mythical realm.
"Ludger, can our group come in?" Hector asked.
"Haha. You can come in! After all you are the Emperor of the Beastman Empire, let's talk about something else at the Markenary Guild Headquarters." Ludger replied.
Everyone stared at Linwood and Emerald, when those two high-ranked Beasts entered the city would make a scene. Especially for the Beastman race big cats and lions.
"His name was Linwood, Emerald and a 3 meter long winged snake that used a Camouflage Skill named Rainbow." Lazarus smiled.
Rainbow disabled her Camouflage Skill, then flew towards Lazarus
"Rainbow, you can enter the city with me. But you must not enter the city alone, or you will be attacked, captured or killed by the inhabitants of the city." Lazarus rubbed Rainbow's head.
"The Winged Nine-Colored Poison Snake!" A snake Beastman race shouted.
The Beastman Race was almost like the Beastman Lizard, but it had a long scaly tail and the most striking was a long tongue that branched out like a snake. The distant brother of the Dark Beastman Snake man had the lower body of the snake and the upper part of the human race. But sometimes they are shaped like snakes with human hands.
"Brandish, can you take care of Linwood, Emerald and Rainbow? They were good Beasts and would not attack, unless attacked first." Lazarus says.
4 Knight Beastman cats, snakes, eagles and peacocks look towards Brandish with envy. They also wanted to take care of Linwood and the others. To the Beastman and Dark Beastman, high rank Beasts of the same type were Kings and Lords of their standing at the same level as Clan Chiefs.
"All right, Mr Urs! I'll take good care of them!" Brandish answered.

The Lazarus group entered into Red Lion City, where all the residents stared towards the 3 high-ranked Beasts who were beside Brandish.
"Mr Brandish, can I touch Lord Snake?" A snake Beastman race man said.
They learned that the three high-ranked Beasts were tame Beasts. All Beastmen and Dark Beastmen who have the same type as high rank Beasts, believe that touching a high rank Beast will get good luck, speed up the process of pregnancy and healthy childbirth.
Lazarus nodded.
Linwood and the others were mobbed by the Beastman Race of birds, snakes and big cats. They look very awkward at first, but because many people are giving food and Herbs they end up feeling happy.

The Lazarus group sat down with Duke Ludger, a servant serving a lot of food to their table.
"Hector, weren't you and Leona seriously injured after fighting Scars, Leonis and Argus?" Ludger asked.
"I am seriously injured! However due to the treatment of Urs and Saint Iris, Leona and I were able to recover 100%. But Leona lost her right eye because of Argus' attack."
"I didn't expect Scars, Leonis and Argus to betray. They also killed Achazia, the Count and Crown Prince of Arkana. I didn't know that the Beastman Kingdom had rotten all the way to the inside, but I was very happy when you took the firm decision to kill Scars and all those on his side." Ludger drank a big glass of beer.
"It's all because of Urs, Reiga and Sebastian. If they hadn't helped me maybe Leona and I would have died that night."
"Are you Grand Duke Lazarus Regulus? Are you the one who poisoned rebel forces and massacred thousands?"
"Ludger, I slaughtered them all. However Leona and Hector are the ones who fight Scars, Leonis and Argus, although eventually they have to be helped by Sebastian."
"Haha. How interesting! The one who contracted Crossbreed Black Dragon and White Dragon! Prince Sebastian Moonlight and someone named Reiga had at least reached the Mythical realm." Ludger laughing.

"Urs, did you know about Scars' plot of rebellion?"
"I was the one who ordered Hector and Leona to attack Scars and his army."
"A very rash decision! You only attack them with 6 people, even though you are strong. But against 3 Mythical realm people, 7 Legendary realm people, 4 adult Legendary Beasts and 20,000 was the wrong decision! It's lucky you're still alive."
"Haha." Lazarus laughed out loud.
"What are you laughing at?" Ludger asked.
"Ludger, I admit that my decision was not the best, I should have brought more people to attack Scars and his army. But the affairs of the Beastman Kingdom should have been settled by the members of the Beastman Kingdom themselves. Me, Sebastian and Reiga are outsiders."
"Why didn't you and Hector ask me for help, Magna and Allen? There are still many Nobles who are still loyal to Hector and Leona." Ludger says.
"The answer is all Nobles are enemies! Although we obtained a list of all the Nobles that were on the Scars side, but we could not trust the Beastman Kingdom nobles that were not recorded in the report. There could be Nobles secretly cooperating with Scars, or Nobles as two-faced as Marquis Blaze. I'm planning on beheading the leader because without Scars, Leonis and Argus all of his followers would be in chaos and we can defeat them easily."

"What are the conditions in the Imperial Capital of Lion Heart?" Lazarus asked.
"Leonardo hung the heads of Scars, Leonis, Blaze and Argus along with his followers who were in the Capital in the plaza of the Beastman Empire. After that he brought a large army to slaughter the Nobles who supported Scars. 3 days later, me and the Nobles who were on Hector's and Leona's side got the news and fought alongside Leonardo to slaughter the Scars' men. I told the residents of the Red Castle region not to go out to other territories because of the war and the massive slaughter. Although the war was over 1 month ago, but me and all the Nobles are still wary of a counterattack." Ludger says.
"Haha. But thanks to that the Beastman Kingdom became more unified and became the Beastman Empire."
Ludger realized something, as if all of this had been planned and they moved like a pawn on a chessboard.
"Urs, do you already know the outcome of all this?"
Lazarus smiled. "No, I don't know this result much better than the one I've been expecting."
"Who are you?" Ludger yells.
"Grand Duke Lazarus Regulus or Urs The North. People also gave me the nicknames Black Cat, Duke Urs The North, Urs The Cruel, Black Lion and the others. But Ludger call me Urs."
