Chapter.63 Remembrance of the past

A month passed, Papi's health condition has now fully recovered. The next day, Laras and his two children plan to return to New Zealand.

"Are you ready?" ervin asked as soon as he saw Laras approaching him.

Today, Ervin takes Laras, Nevan and Nessa to the beach, where Laras used to take Ervin when he couldn't see.

"Eum," nodded. The woman looks beautiful even though she only wears a white shirt with denim pants as a complement. Her slender body shape, made her look nothing like a woman who already had two twins.

"Let's go." Nessa immediately got up from her seat and prepared to walk with Nevan following behind her.

"Come," asked Ervin, allowing Laras to walk first.

Laras smiled and began to move first, while Ervin accompanied him. They say goodbye to papi and mami before leaving.

Ervin precedes Laras's step when they get to his car door. She opened the door for Laras, then helped her two children to get into the car.

Laras was silent, when Ervin opened the front door for him, while all this time he knew, Ervin always berated the driver.

"Today, I will drive for all of you" Ervin said, as if knowing what was on Laras's mind.

Laras responded with a faint nod, then began to step into her ex-husband's car. While Ervin put one of his hands on the side of the top door, making sure if the head of the barrel will not be attached.

"Thank you," Laras said as he looked back at Ervin's face. The man smiled, before carefully closing the car door, then walking around to reach the steering wheel.

Their walk boomed with the adorable ramblings of the twins gazing out and commenting on anything that looked interesting to the two. Meanwhile, Ervin and Laras occasionally chimed in on the babble of the two children, until the atmosphere slowly began to melt.

Laras' memory suddenly shifted to the words of Dedrik, when they had met without Ervin's knowledge, a few days ago.

"Master never misrecognizes Madam. He was only confused because of his limitations." Dedrik opened their serious conversation, having previously greeted each other.

Baras certainly made astonished by the speech of Dedrik. He certainly knew that at that time Ervin did not recognize him. Even Laras still remembers when Ervin praised the fake Laras in front of him.

"What do you mean, Father? How could you speak that way, and you yourself are not there?" asked Laras with an unacceptable look.

"I'm sorry, Madam. At that time I had an accident, so I could not help Madam. But, I clearly know that Young Master recognized the fragrance and voice of Madam when you met. Even his heart never betrayed his love" Dedrik replied.

"For a year I was in a coma and Young Master remained in his confusion. He never even touched the woman. How much evidence and their efforts to convince the young master, they never succeeded completely."

Laras fell silent, as various words and evidence of Ervin's loyalty to him, as well as the man's struggle during this time, were revealed one by one through Dedrik. "Yes, we're at the beach! Wow, the beach is great!" Nessa yelled cheerfully, as soon as the car started driving down the coast. The view of the expanse of the sea combined with the sound of the waves, immediately spoil the eyes and ears once they reach the beach area.

Laras was aghast, he spread his gaze around, it turns out they have arrived at the beach. The beach was pretty good for him.

Ervin stopped his car, right in front of a large restaurant on the beach. The restaurant was integrated with the resort that was beside it.

"Why daydream?" ask before going outside. It turned out that Ervin had noticed Laras sitting quietly with a blank look.

"Did? E-noth .. engak papa kok," replied Laras while shaking slowly.

"Yes, let's go down, pity the children are impatient," Ervin said as he stroked the back of Laras' hand and glanced at Nessa and Nevan in the back seat.

"Eum," nodded. He removed his seat belt and got ready to get out of the car.

From the direction within the restaurant, someone seemed to approach them with quick steps and a joyful face. Baras frowned, he felt no stranger to that person. But who and where has he seen her?

"Hi, Vin. Finally you come here too," said the man with a distinctive face of a bamboo curtain citizen.

"Key, how are you, lo?" Ervin shook hands with his old friend, as well as his former rival.

"Gue's good. Lo himself? It looks like you're fine now, yes," he said with a teasing smile and glanced at Laras as well as Nevan and Nessa.

"Well, I guess you're here in order to give a sister to these two sweet kids." Key pinched slowly on both Nevan and Nessa's cheeks which he grimaced dislikeingly.

Evan smiled, his best friend's mouth was indeed like to forget to be guarded if he had met him.

"Can't you, Om, hold it just like that. Not polite," said Nessa, rubbing her cheek. The little boy even asked for a wet dye from Laras, to remove the marks of Key's hand.

"Ah, yes beautiful. Sorry about that." Instead of being angry with Nessa's words, Key felt anxious for Nessa. He casually touched the boy's cheek again, until Nessa gave a grouch.

"Of! I don't like to be held in his face. It was dirty," he said with a manyun mouth, and increasingly bulging cheeks.

"Once, your cheeks are funny anyway, like a bakpao, make Om gemes. Want to bite," said Key even more tempting Nessa.

"Well, let's get out of here, Om this is a cannibal. She wants to eat Nessa." Nevan Langung stood in front of Nessa with her cold face. His eyes stared intently at Kiyoshi, as if there were flames of hostility there.

"Already, Key. You are, why even tease my son so." Ervin finally opened his voice, when he saw the serious reaction of his children.

Kiyoshi's laughter broke, he did like teasing small children, it felt like there was less if it did not make the little boy cry because of it.

"Sorry, your children are very funny, Vin," replied Kiyoshi still interrupted his laughter.

"Come, come in and in, I've prepared a special menu for all of you," Key continued.

Laras sat on the sand, he did not like to play water together with his two children, especially there was Ervin who accompanied them. The woman decided to look while enjoying the breeze of the beach during the afternoon.

"Well, come play here!" Nessa's screams sounded. The boy waved his hand, inviting Laras to join them.

Baras smiled while shaking. "You guys, you see from here."

Ervin who saw Laras continue to resist, suddenly had the idea that the woman would join and play along with them. She shared the task with her children who also responded enthusiastically.

"Come on." Ervin's code made the two boys run as fast as possible by mowing down the wet sand in their grasp.

"Your defeat! Now you have to play with us!" nessa and Nevan shouted as they managed to throw wet sand at Laras' body.

"Eh, you guys are. Dirty clothes mamah," protested Laras while rising as quickly as possible and ran after his two children who had run away first.

The laughter of Nevan and Nessa also sounded so carefree, that no doubt able to transmit his happiness to anyone who saw it.

"Oh, look out for mama!" they shouted in between increasingly loud laughter. Running their small legs was getting tighter and ended with the body of Ervin who was still waiting on the beach.

"Viewes yes, you guys!" Laras splashed a lot of water to his two children who attached to Ervin, until unknowingly, Ervin was hit by the splash.

"Let's run, Pah! Run!" Nevan's screams were firmly attached to Ervin's back, while Nessa was in Ervin's stomach.

"Ah, you cheated. Why so on climbing on papah's body?" moaning Ervin who was almost out of breath due to avoiding splashes of sea water from Laras while carrying his two children.

The game ended with Ervin's body falling on the sand with his hands still holding his two children's bodies. Ervin lay limp with a gasping breath.

"Let's bury Papah's body with sand!" nevan yelled as he got out of Ervin's body and began to pick up the wet sand, then moved it over Ervin's feet.

Ervin did not refuse, the man was now acting resignedly, while Laras who also felt quite tired just sat beside Ervin while arranging his veins which also felt hunting.

Ervin looked at Laras' face from the side. For so long he could see Laras, only this time he saw the woman's smile and loose laughter. For some reason, there was a sense of happiness in his heart, when he saw that.

His gaze turned to the arms of Laras who was now not far from his waist. Slowly, he dared to touch her.

Laras was aghast when he felt a warm touch from Ervin's arm. He turned his head quickly until unconsciously the two irises of their eyes met. The deg! Heart rate increases rapidly. Likewise Ervin, the man's feelings are not much different from Laras.
