With various considerations, Alex brings Denis home. Denis shook his head when Alex gave him the option to go home to Rania. And he just kept quiet when Alex said he was going to take Denis to his house.

"Do I need to carry it?" Ask Alex when they arrive at Alex's house. The girl was silent and did not immediately get out of the car for a long time after the car stopped.

"Not to."

Denis lowered his leg. But when he was about to step, his body staggered and immediately collapsed unconscious.

Alex surprised. Soon she lifted Denis' body and took him into her house.

Denis's body was laid down on the bed in the room he used to live in during Alex's home.

Alex tells Faisal to tell Rania that he's taking Denis home. But he forbade Faisal to tell Denis' current unconsciousness. He did not want to until Rania worried about Denis when he himself was in a state of slump.

After that Alex called Fani. He told Fani that Denis had been found. Of course Alex does not want to make Fani feel worried about Denis who has gone from the hospital in an unnatural way. To Mbak Fani Alex recounted the situation of Denis who was lying weak. He asks Mbak Fani to come and check on Denis.

After finishing the phone, Alex sits next to Denis' body. Denis's face looked so pale. Alex's heart was so keen to see the state of the girl he loved. The situation is very concerning. Not to mention his mental state that must have been greatly shaken. I don't know what strength the girl has to be able to face the rigors of life.

Miris once recalled the quarrel between Rania and her mother in front of Denis earlier. Alex followed everything from the start. It was just that Andres had forbidden him to enter that room. Andres said it was a family matter that Rania and Aryanti had to solve. He never thought it would end up like that. Denis' pain must be deep.

"Doctor Fani is outside, sir."

Faisal entered the room. His eyes looked at Denis who was lying still on the bed.

"Bring here."

"Good."

Not long after that Fani had entered Denis's room.

"Alex."

"Mbak Fani's. Look at the circumstances. His face was pale. He's been unconscious ever since he got out of the car."

"Thank you for believing in me."

"I'm sorry for being angry in front of Fani. I just feel so worried about Denis."

"Uncomprehending. Alright. Ma'am gonna check on Denis for a second."

Alex nodded. He rewinds himself giving Fani space to check on Denis.

"How's mbak?" alex asked when he saw that Fani had finished checking on Denis.

"It doesn't seem to worry too much. He just needs to rest. He was not completely healthy when he was discharged from the hospital. But, what happened that he dropped like this? When the guy took her away, she looked fine."

"He's got a really great inner punch."

Alex sat down on the side of the bed, where he sat before Fani came.

"Later after he regains consciousness, he must eat and take medicine."

"Good."

"Bak hopes he's okay. I can't believe he has a complicated life."

"Yes, that's it."

"Now go home first. If you need help, just call don't hesitate."

"Good, mbak."

Madam Fani tidied up the equipment she had just used. After saying goodbye once more to Alex, he soon passed from Denis' room.

With Faisal escorted, Fani's mother came out of Alex's house. He secretly admires Alex's magnificent home which is beyond his expectations. Remember the story of how Alex got into the life of him and his family. Very unexpectedly, it turns out that Alex is someone who has abundant wealth and is one of the famous businessmen in the capital.

In the room, Alex still did not move from beside Denis. Gently rubbed his hands with Denis. His gaze did not move from Denis' still calm face with his eyes tight.

The phone rang a few moments later. Andres' name is on the screen. Alex answered the phone call immediately.

"Callo.."

It was Rania who called. His voice was weak and powerless. Still filled with great sadness and disappointment. Feeling betrayed by his own mother.

"Hallo, Miss Rania?"

"How's Denis doing? Is she okay?"

Alex pursed his lips. His eyes looked at the girl who was still closed yet to open her eyelids. Worried about telling the truth. But he did not want to add to the woman's grief.

"He's good." At last. "Only, he can't talk to you yet. I'll try to persuade him to talk to you later." Not sure of his own words. Just to cheer up Denis' mother's heart a little.

"It's okay. Aunt understands. Aunty will continue to be patient waiting for that day to arrive, the day she wants to talk to aunty and will forgive aunty."

"I'm sure that day will soon come."

"Auntie believes in you. For now, aunt entrusts him to you. Please take good care of him. Aunty doesn't want it until her crazy grandmother hurts her."

"I will take care of him with my life. Like he who has taken care of me with his life." Maybe too much, but that's how he feels. He wanted to show how deep he felt about Denis.

Rania was relieved after talking to Alex. If only he knew the true state of Denis at this time, surely he would not be able to calm down in the slightest.

After the phone connection was cut off, Alex returned to the side of the screen. His smile broadened when he saw Denis' eyes that were already open.

"You're sober?" Alex sat where he was sitting. "Is it still dizzy?"

Denis did not answer. His eyes were back closed.

Not long after, a housekeeper Faisal told to deliver the porridge had arrived. Alex took over the porridge bowl.

"Gue won't eat." Desis Denis's.

"You should eat. Do you want to lie still helpless like this? Even you couldn't fight those people yesterday right?"

"Gue just doesn't want any commotion in the hospital." Denis defended himself with his weak voice.

"But you knew who they were from the beginning?"

"Gue knows."

Alex nodded.

"You know, I was really worried about you last night. So is your mom. I thought they took you. Turns out they don't know anything about it."

"He never worried about me."

"Your mother is very worried about you. He was very panicked. He is also truly sorry for what he has done to you in the past."

"Do you know that the man who shot me was.." Denis closed his lips.

"I just found out too. I'm as surprised as you are. I've known him for a long time."

Silent for a moment.

"Gue never knew him one bit. And I never found out about him. I don't want to know about him. I just know his name and I don't care at all who he is and what he looks like."

Alex touches the corner of Denis's eye that is gushing fluid from there. Denis closed his eyes tightly. Her lips trembled holding back her almost exploding feeling.

"Cry if you want to cry. You've even seen me cry."

Alex grabbed Denis' body. And something he did not suspect happened. Denis put his hand around Alex. Feels strong accompanied by the shaking of his body. She cried. His fingers were tightly gripped by the back of Alex's shirt.

Alex closed his eyes. Gently stroked the girl's head. Letting her vent her stifled emotions.

"You're not alone, Denis. I will always be by your side. We're going through it all together." Alex's whisper was pinned to Denis' head. Then he dunked his kiss in Denis's hair, a bit long.

Denis' embrace loosened after he started to calm down a bit. He looked down so much that his forehead touched Alex's shoulder. Alex reaches for the tissue and gives it to the girl. Denis wiped his wet face using the tissue while still looking down.

"Why are you so good with me?" Her voice raspy.

"Because I love you." Alex rubs soft Denis short hair. Denis raised his gaze. For a moment their eyes clashed.

Denis gnawing. Escape his gaze from Alex's gentle eyes and make him float.

"I've canceled my proposal to Viola." Alex's words force Denis to look back at him. "I never loved him in the first place. There is no intention for me to live with him in a single bond. But my feelings for you drove me crazy and lost control. I thought I was crazy." Their gazes were unbroken as long as Alex said that.

"I thought that, with me proposing to Viola and marrying her, I could temper my race on you. I didn't know you were a girl. Very beautiful and tough girl." I don't know when their heads started to clash. Staring at each other in such a close distance. Their breaths blended into one in a real warmth. The more fused and a moment later there was no longer any distance between the two.

A gentle kiss filled with deep affection. Alex releases her slowly and can see her lips are slightly exposed with Denis' eyes closed. But the face then looked down, hiding a reddish hue on Alex's boat.

Alex smiled happily. Very happy. He could feel that there was not the slightest rejection from the girl.

"Yes, you have to eat and take medicine." Alex stretched his arms.

Denis looked surprised as if he had just realized from the wishful thinking that took him flying soar. Alex has thrown a romantic atmosphere between them. The girl's cheeks are getting blushing. But he soon took control of himself. Neutralize the nervousness that is afflicting him.

"Let's eat. I'll bribe you." Alex took the bowl of porridge that he had stored on a small table beside the bed.

"Gue can eat alone." Denis grabbed the bowl Alex was still holding.

"Gue's not that weak."

"Be quiet. Open mouth. Aaa.."

Inevitably Denis took a bribe from Alex's hands. For a second their eyes clashed. But the next second Denis cut off that eye contact. Her cheeks are getting red. This is the second time she's been fed by Alex.

"You remember when we were in the abyss? You took very good care of me then. You also bribe me to eat, right? Now, let me take care of you."

Alex again scoops the porridge and brings it closer to Denis's mouth.

"If you remember, there's too much time we've spent together. And the funny thing is, I didn't realize you were a girl. But I've started to have different feelings for you since we were in that abyss."

Denis coughed. Alex immediately thrust a glass of water into the girl's lips. Denis drank about half of it.

"Why didn't you say you were a woman from the beginning?"

"Nobody asked that."

"But everyone misunderstood it."

"It's none of my business."

"Bas stubborn." Alex shuffles Denis' head slowly. His smile continued to grow in his lips. Unlike the expression Denis who always tried to look cold and flat. Not wanting to show her true feelings. Alex doesn't mind that. For him, the important thing is that Denis doesn't reject anything he does, that's enough.

After finishing feeding Denis, Alex takes the medicine and gives it to Denis.

"Gue don't want to."

"There is no rejection. Or...."
