"Eh? Has anyone ordered food this early?"
Edward appeared at the kitchen door. His shrugs became excited as he smelled a savory scent tickling his nose.
"Join and be a guinea pig" Daniel said as Edward took his place around the dinner table.
"What do you mean...." Edward's words stopped. He looked at the food on the table and began to understand the situation. "Nobody tasted it at all?"
Edward looked at the view. Everyone present at the dining table shook their heads slowly. He was actually quite surprised to see all gathered like this. Riki, Daniel, and Dichey, even Carla and Aslan were also present.
"Did I miss something?" tanyanya slow. The atmosphere looks more bleak.
"Yes" answered Aslan. "Something great, until Daniel himself comes to me."
Edward frowned. Aslan was very difficult to persuade except by Daniel directly. And usually Daniel will not bother him except in desperate circumstances. "Sounds very serious. Is this about the food at the table?"
They simultaneously nodded.
"Miss Alia's made. My guess is right?"
Let's say it happened again.
Edward leaned back limply in his chair. "My principles are very simple. Sleep, work, and eat well. How could that very little thing be disturbed? Even told me to try foods that don't necessarily taste like this. Hmm. It smells good."
"If it was just a pleasant smell, Aslan could also make. But can you rate it as a good dish? Ah, it's too high. A dish worth eating by humans means," commented Riki. Educate yourself when remembering the taste of the cuisine.
The atmosphere became more gloomy. Even Carla was holding her mouth. Recalling the traumatic thing that made him prefer breakfast with bread every day. "Don't remind me of that, stupid. I still feel that rotten food in my throat."
"It's you who asked me to cook" defended Aslan.
"That's because you didn't resist!" Carla, Riki, and Edward both yelled in annoyance.
Dichey who was sitting next to Daniel just looked at the man, asking for an explanation. Daniel recounts the conversation at the table to her in a foreign language. Indeed, only Dichey has not learned the local language here, whereas others have familiarized themselves and always conversed with the local language. Dichey even needs a translator while doing her job.
"HUGH." Dichey immediately closed her mouth as if she was about to vomit after hearing that old story. You could say he was one of Aslan's food victims. His face turned white as he stared at the dish in front of him.
"That's too late, Dic." Aslan shook his head.
"Dichey," correction. He felt tired of Aslan who was constantly making fun of his name everywhere.
Only Daniel did not respond to anything. He looked at his watch, or at the kitchen door, or at the empty chair in front of him. Instead of giving a sedating sentence to the nearby stormy masses, Daniel was more busy waiting for Alia's arrival. The woman had just climbed into her room to change clothes ten minutes ago.
"Daniel! Usually Miss Alia's cooking is good or not?" edward asked a little hysterically.
"You can try it later" Daniel replied unconcernedly.
"No-no, you have to tell us. It's about life" Edward added.
Daniel this time pretended not to listen. Make other calls sound. Only one interesting thing between the protest kites. No one asked to leave this situation. They just complain but still do not want to move.
"Eh, it's crowded."
All heads turned to the door. Alia stood there clumsily as all the attention was on her.
"Let's join, brother," cried Daniel with a slight annoyance. It doesn't feel good to see Alia being noticed by most of the fucking males here.
"Don't I ask you to tell them to eat first?" Alia spoke to Daniel in a small voice, but a strange silence made her sentence sound clear.
Alia pulled the chair in front of Daniel, right next to Carla. No one started talking, whereas previously Alia could hear a commotion from outside the kitchen. That makes him a little isolated. Seeing Daniel also not saying anything meant Alia had to follow through on this herself.
"Um. sorry everyone. I'm not forcing you to eat it. If you guys mind, it's okay to leave. Or if it tastes bad, you can leave it or spit it out. I won't mind that" Alia said with her best smile. His face looked light, lifting the weight of anyone who looked at him.
Daniel shakes a little. Alia had absolutely no intention of convincing them with the taste of her cooking. But with his words like that certainly still make a unique response back.
"Ah, thank God this Miss Alia is not like her brother," Aslan's comment broke the momentary silence.
Edward nodded completely. "Even if I die after this, I'll still eat good women's cooking."
"Yes, you're disgusting." Carla stood up and took the plate. To be the breakfast opener.
Daniel followed after, and then the others. They move to pick up side dishes that they consider harmless.
Alia smiled wryly as no one started commenting. Although it looks ordinary with her words earlier, Alia is actually worried that her cooking does not suit their tastes. If that was true, Alia would still find it hard to resist her disappointment.
"Friends...." Edward started the conversation. His eyes showed deep sadness. "I'm sorry."
Seeing Edward start to be dramatic makes Carla roll her eyes.
"For you guys, I'll take these two plates to the room" Edward added, taking two side dishes.
"That's not necessary, man. I'll help you." Riki held the dishes with a big smile.
"You're very nice, but that's not necessary."
"You guys," Aslan said as he shook his head. "Then I take these two plates."
"Keep your hands from there" cried Edward and Riki at the same time as Aslan just stretched out his hand on another plate.
"The whey!" Shouted them again.
Dichey who tried to push the chair with a dish so shriveled by the simultaneous scream. With a heavy heart he put down his plate.
A little debate happened again at that table. Each one interrupted him with a chew on his own food.
"Miss Alia!"
Alia jerks. He looked slowly. The three ruckus makers were staring at him.
"Y-yes?"
"Not Miss. Queen," Aslan's correction.
Edward nodded loudly in agreement. "Yes, Queen. We ask the Queen to make us a delicious breakfast like this every morning."
"Queen," Aslan saluted him.
Dichey who understood the meaning of this talk followed in imitation of Aslan. Even Riki who was most often acting seriously also followed. In that solemn condition, they were suddenly jolted by the atmosphere of the room that suddenly descended.
"Alia is not a maid. Don't tell me like that." Daniel gave a cold sharp glint, making the four regretted asking too much.
Alia frowned, feeling that there was something odd about Daniel's words. Where is his 'Sister' honorary title? Alia shook her head slowly then gave a calming smile. "That's no big deal, Daniel. If I could, I'd make it again."
No one dared to cheer any louder under Daniel's gaze. They only show a happy look and gratitude through the eyes.
"He doesn't deserve to be called Queen."
"True, it should be the Goddess."
"Best goddess."
Daniel no longer refuted Alia's words. He was also pleased with the response that Alia received after seeing a glimpse of the worried face of the woman earlier. Now he could already keep a big smile as he tasted his own food.
"You like it?" alia asked Carla.
"Lumayan," he replied a little reluctantly.
Alia picked up the vegetable side dish and placed it on Carla's plate. "Eat vegetables so that your body is high quickly."
Carla does not refuse and only eats what is given to her. Alia was raving about the health next to her, so she had to pretend to be deaf. This ability also saved him from the commotion earlier. "Hm?" he murmured when he realized something.
Alia was currently unaware that Daniel was staring at her all the time. The four idiots who were still busy fighting over the food would also not notice. Carla chuckles softly, feeling lucky.
Anyone would be able to know the meaning of Daniel's gaze that was not like a sister to his brother. It's a highlight of adoration and admiration. Carla was amused by the new self that realized this. He speculates that Daniel didn't even notice. Carla can't expect anything from Alia either. According to him, the innocence of the woman will not help at all.
"Yes already. I'll wait for something interesting to happen" he murmured.
"You said something?" ask Alia.
"I realized something," Corrected Carla with a mysterious smile.
