Chapter 21: The Start Back

Sean leaves Zee in the library with two bodyguards guarding him without the girl knowing. He went towards Doctor Johan who was waiting for him in front of the elevator. The elevator opened and the two entered without much talking. Sean takes Johan's doctor to his study. After allowing the doctor to sit down, he began to listen to what the doctor in front of him would say.

"A pretty good change and pretty quick for Miss Alanza." Doctor Johan began to open his voice.

"Keep Miss Alanza like this. Tomorrow I will take a sample of Ms. Alanza's blood and a urine test to find out what other physical ailments she may have and what allergies she may have. The result will come out likely 5 days or more. I'll be back again once the results come out and explain further to Miss Alanza's treatment procedure." Doctor Johan explained it.

"In order to stay good, keep any sharp objects that he could potentially use to hurt or kill himself, and don't let him daydream." The doctor advised.

"That's all I'm going to say, I'm sorry." Doctor Johan said goodbye after finishing his work.

He breezed away after getting a nod from Sean. Soon Sean stood up from his seat to approach Zee at the library. The girl seemed to be reading the book seriously without caring about the surroundings. He's happy to see Zee start to come back like he did when he first came here. He walked around snuggling and hugging his body after being in his reach.

Sean sensed Zee being surprised by his presence. "What are you reading?"

No answer from Zee, he remained focused on his book making Sean a little upset. "We're back in the room to rest."

Without hearing Zee's reply, Sean immediately carried her. He was surprised by Sean's treatment. Slowly Zee's hands began to circle Sean's neck, making a thin smile etched on the man's lips. One of the advances for him. After arriving at the room, Sean lowered Zee carefully on the bed. He began to apply the ointment on Zee's legs that had been seen starting to improve.

"You can read your novel after you take a break, baby." Sean puts the novel that Zee brought to the nightstand and covers Zee's body with a blanket to the neckline.

"If you need anything, I'm in my office." Sean kissed Zee's forehead gently before leaving her.

The door closed after Sean came out. Zee's eyes that were initially closed again opened after Sean's existence did not exist. He opened his novel again and read it seriously. There was no way he would delay it just to sleep in the morning. Zee was once again swept away in the novel he had read.

Sean sits in his work chair watching a cctv connected to his cell phone showing a girl reading a novel book on her bed. He installed a cctv in his room, a walk in closet, and a toilet in a secluded place that the girl would not realize was only connected to his cell phone. This step he took in order to monitor Zee so as not to run away or endanger himself.

"Bad girl," muttered Sean with a small smile at Zee who stubbornly denied his remark.

Sean let it go because this is one of the advances in Zee. One of Zee's stubborn and disputant natures has come back out. Sean keeps his phone to his desk and begins to struggle with the mounting documents Axel had delivered an hour ago.

By 13:15 p.m., Sean had finally finished checking and signing all the files and documents he had accumulated on his desk. He opened his phone again to check the cctv in his room. It still shows a black and white picture of a girl reading her novel.

He closed his phone and put it in his pocket. Sean stood up to Zee's room. Slowly he opened the door trying not to make a sound. After closing the door silently, Sean stood folding his hands in front of his chest. A wicked idea appeared in his head.

"Naughty girl" said Sean flat, managed to divert Zee's attention from his novel.

Zee closed his book and looked at Sean with cold sweat that was already coming out of his body seeing Sean looking at him coldly. Sean walked up to Zee with relaxed and determined steps. The still cold gaze pointed right at Zee's bead. He got on the bed and moved closer to Zee. Zee begins to fear that Sean will hurt him again like that day. The memories instantly turned around like broken tapes in his head.

Zee was getting scared, his eyes closed not daring to look at Sean. Her tears just fell freely. "A-an... Please don't."

Sean suddenly realizes his mistake. Scaring Zee was tantamount to reminding her of herself on that day.

"Bae don't cry, I won't hurt you. I'm sorry for overdoing you." Sean became panicked when he saw that Zee's tears were already flowing in his eyes.

"You're gonna hurt me again, you're not gonna listen to me. " said Zee amid her sobs.

"No. sure not." Sean didn't stop saying that.

"You're gonna touch me like you did that day." said Zee, beating Sean's chest blindly.

Sean took all those little blows to his chest. He let Zee vent his frustration. Sean's hands don't stop stroking Zee's back and hair affectionately. Some time Zee's cries began to stop, only a little sobbing came out.

"You're satisfied?" sean asked looking into Zee's reddened eyes.

"I'm sorry for hurting you and not listening to you, I'm sorry if I touched you violently. But from now on I won't hurt you and will only touch you gently. I'm promise." Sean gave his big little finger to the front of Zee's face. At first Zee just silently flinched. However, after a few seconds he finally returned the little promise with Sean.

"And lock," said Zee Lirih while gluing their thumbs.

Sean laughed, his hand which became a pillow for Zee's head moving to bring Zee's head closer to his head. Pasting one another's forehead.

"This is called locking the promise." Zee's cheeks flushed red as the distance between his face and Sean's face was only a few centi. He could feel the smell of mint from Sean's breath.

"Well, bad girl, what sweet punishment would be suitable for you to argue with me?" sean asked still by sticking his forehead together.

Sean's lips moved closer to Zee's lips.

"All right, I'm going to sleep!" said Zee annoyed while shutting up Sean who was about to kiss him. Zee kept his face away from Sean's.

"I just sprained instead of paralyzed" Zee grumbled as Sean could hear.

"Why-" Zee's words were cut off because Sean kissed her nose.

"If you talk again I'll kiss you right here." Sean points at Zee's pink lips with his thumb and rubs them sensually then inserts his thumb into his own mouth, tasting Zee's lips through his thumb.

"Oh!" grunt Zee while closing his eyes. Sean smiled in satisfaction and began stroking Zee's back to deliver him to dreamland. He couldn't be happier than today. Zee, finally talk and act back to normal to her.
