The Obsession Of Jerk

The Obsession Of Jerk
Chapter 31: Don't you Worry

This is Zee's third plate. The contents of the plate this time was a beautiful red-colored cake that looked tantalizing. What else if it wasn't red velvet. One of the girl's favorites. Sean simply smiled at the girl in front of him who seemed to not assume his existence. He eats without caring about anything.

"You want to, Sean?" zee asked as he held out a spoon containing pieces of red velvet.

"No, you just finish your cake. Aren't you afraid of your weight going up?" ask Sean.

"It wasn't, but now it is" Zee replied.

"Why?" asked Sean back who this time frowned.

"Because now you don't allow me to exercise. Usually every afternoon I would run over my trade mill if it was free." Zee explained.

"That's because of your leg-"

"Yes, I know," cut Zee out before Sean finished his sentence.

"But now you have no reason to ban me anymore." Zee continued again. Sean just chuckled, his hands outstretched to wipe Zee's hair.

"Sean, try this a little." Zee thrusts a spoonful of cake towards Sean's mouth which he happily opens his mouth letting the sweet cake into his mouth.

"Emm.. sweet, even too sweet because I ate it while looking at you." Sean rolled his eyes when their eyes met.

"Haha..." Zee gave a discordant laugh staring at Sean flat then turned his panted eyeballs.

"We're going to the mall after this" Sean said.

"Do you want to buy something?" ask Zee.

"Yes, a gift. I want you to pick it for me." Sean replied.

"For whom? What's the character of the person?" zee asked back while thinking about the reward choices in his brain.

"She's a special and different girl."

Zee looked down not daring to look at Sean in front of him. He held tightly to the spoon he was holding. His heart raced fast as the statement slid from Sean's mouth. Could it be for her lover who was going to be her fiance?

"Can you explain it more specifically?" tanya Zee tried to vent, but was still reluctant to look at Sean.

"He's. He's like you. So I thought your choice would be his, too" Sean replied with a gaze that pointed at Zee.

'Mir**with me? is that why you kidnapped me too?'

"So have you finished cutting off the finished plate?" asked Sean looking at Zee who was still holding his spoon as if cutting red velvet which had run out a few minutes ago.

"What's? Emm. Yeah, I'm done. Sorry..I unconsciously daydreamed at the thought of a suitable gift." Zee returns to her consciousness and tries to control her expression.

"Did anything bother you, honey?" sean asked to see a change in Zee's expression that was not too obvious, but realized by Sean.

"No, I'm thinking about what kind of gift is suitable for...your future fiancee?" Zee this time tried to guess, through Sean's facial expression after he lured him.

Sean looked at Zee with a difficult look. Just as he was about to voice his voice, Zee's voice came back making him undo his intentions.

"Then come on!" Zee moves out of his chair before Sean speaks, walking ahead of Sean to the restaurant's parking lot.

📍📍📍

Zee looked around the jewelry store that looked so luxurious and expensive. He circulated his gaze on every window containing jewelry trinkets that were so beautiful and sparkling. Sean releases his hand on Zee's waist when a woman in formal uniform approaches them.

"Good day, Mr. Rexford. Your order is right over there, sir," the woman said, pointing out the way for Sean to follow.

"Honey, you can choose any jewelry as the gift and you can choose for you too." Sean said before he finally went to follow the woman.

Zee approached one of the glass display cases featuring various glittering necklaces. Her eyes fell on one of the necklaces with carvings that formed a symbol of love. Simple, beautiful, and elegant. Zee's eyes sparkled at the necklace which looked glittering in his eyes.

"Hello, Miss. Which necklace do you want?" A salesman's voice touched him. Zee looked at the salesman with a surprised look.

"Is the lady with Mr Rexford?" the salesman was also surprised. Zee hesitated.

"What's Miss' fiancee?" ask again with a face full of twinkle, without hesitation. Zee shook his head.

The look on the face of the salesman immediately changed. His facial expression that was initially so enthusiastic about Sean's engagement, now looking at him disliked.

"Can I see this necklace?" ask Zee while pointing at the necklace in question. The saleswoman took her necklace and gave it to Zee.

"Are you going to pay with that body?" asked the salesman to look down on Zee.

Zee's attenuation was distracted, he just silently looked down at the necklace and then waltzed away without saying anything.

He turned to the glass display case containing the bracelet then asked the salesperson who was on guard to take it without much talk. He intended to take the bracelet as a hadiaah, without thinking long. He waited for Sean in the waiting chair while squeezing his cold sweaty finger. A large hand perched on Zee's head to disperse his daydream.

"You done yet?" sean asked as he gently stroked Zee's hair. Soon Zee showed me a small grocery bag containing the bracelet he had chosen.

"Would you buy something else?" sean asked back who was only answered by Zee's head.

"Can we go home now?" Zee takes Sean's hand perched on his head.

"Sure..." Sean takes Zee back to his car after completing his payment.

"Dear, are you sick? You look pale and lethargic. Is something bothering you?" sean asked after running his car out of the basemant mall.

Zee shook his head again because there was no way he could tell what happened to Sean. Who was he to tell Sean that? "Just tired, I'm gonna go to bed after this." Zee looked back at the less crowded streets of London, leaning his head against the windshield. A drop of water falls on the windshield of the car, which is followed by other droplets then gets bigger into heavy rain.

"Hug me" Sean said without looking at Zee. Zee's attentions turned to look at Sean who seemed focused on the road in front of him.

"I'm not cold" Zee replied, turning his gaze back beyond the frosty glass.

Sean pulls the car over to the side of the road and turns off the engine, causing Zee to look back at Sean. He took off his seatbelt and took something from the back seat. A coat. He thrust it at Zee.

"I'm not caddy-"

"Sean!" squeak Zee because Sean picked him up and put him in his lap.

"I don't want you to get sick" Sean said, wearing the coat. Zee reluctantly wears it herself.

After she finished wearing her coat, Zee moved about to return to her seat. However, Sean restrained the girl's waist so that she could not move.

"Seans... Please, don't start." Zee tries to deny what Sean is about to start.

"I can't run my car because it's raining too much." His gaze led to the outside of the car glass which was indeed raining heavily. Zee said nothing but sigh.

"But I want to sit in my chair" Zee pinta.

"You're tired, so just sleep here first." Sean tightened his embrace. Zee looked at Sean with great aim.

"Sleep" said Sean, carrying Zee into his arms. Eventually Zee relented and obeyed what Sean had said. He leaned against Sean's chest. The soft elusan in her hair and back felt soothing making the drowsiness start to attack Zee.

'I heard cheap women! soon leave my son because he already has a lover and the day after tomorrow they will be engaged.'

The voice suddenly entered into Zee's memories making him reopen his eyes. He put his face away on Sean's chest which was staring at him flatly. Zee again intends to sit in the chair next to him.

"Don't be stubborn, honey." Sean still hugged his waist tightly making Zee unable to move. He pulled back Zee's head and rubbed her hair. Sean really noticed his voice.

Drowsiness increasingly attacked, Zee's eyes slowly stiffened not firmly open his eyes. Sean's voice whispered in his ear. "Don't Worry, Lil Girl. I'll take care of your life forever"
