Chapter 78: Too Late ?
"Are you awake, Zee?" As soon as he woke up, Zee immediately heard Samuel's voice greeting his sense of hearing.
The pain in his stomach was still very pronounced. Coupled with something he could guess was blood, he already felt soaking his groin. Not until there, his whole body felt crumpled due to the tantrums of Samuel.
"I have a pretty good idea, Zee. Wanna hear?" Zee paid no heed to what Samuel said. He just started crying.
"Sam, please save my son. I'll follow all your will, but please save my son." No matter what the risk, he cried, roared, asking Samuel to pity him for a baby that either survived or didn't.
"Save your son? It looks like he's dead in your stomach." Instead of feeling pity, the psychopath guy even laughed at the misfortune that happened to Zee due to his actions.
Zee touched Samuel's feet to continue begging him. Even though Zee had, Samuel did not stop his laughter and still enjoyed every agony that Zee felt. Samuel removed his leg from Zee's hand and crouched down before him.
"Zee, you know. I also feel what you feel now thanks to the man" Samuel said as he removed the rope that tied Zee's leg.
"It's not enough to just destroy my family's source of income, he tortured us like this without giving mercy, even to my mother. No matter how much I beg her for forgiveness, she never heeded me and continued her torture until we all wished death was the best option." Zee's screams grew louder, as the knife used by Samuel sliced his hand.
"So, Zee, I'm asking you. Do you want death now?" samuel asked without stopping his activities that hurt Zee's hand.
"Sa-sam, please stop ... " Zee is now inundated by his own blood drained by Samuel.
"I was just enjoying your beautiful body, but she did this to us. It's not all my fault if your body is beautiful, is it?" Zee could only shake his head.
Samuel let go of Zee's already wounded hand and was covered in blood just like that. Zee was already drooping weakly in front of him. Samuel's hand began to move revealing the clothes used by Zee and pointed the knife he held on Zee's open belly.
"This is where your life will end, Zee."

"Zee's location has been found, Sean!" As soon as Zach spoke, the phone line was cut off by Sean. Zach can guess with confidence, if Sean is 100% sure to be here.
"What's up, Sean!" His mother, Alana called Sean to ask the latest news from his son who looked tense after receiving a call from no one.
"Zee, Zee's location has been found, Mom," replied Sean in the fog.
"I'll come with you to save my daughter" Dante said, raising his voice before Sean left. Sean did not speak and only nodded once.
"Dad will follow with my people" added Julian, who again got a nod from Sean. Sean and Dante eventually go to Sean's car, leaving together.
"I'll go with Mr. Rexford. Kyra, you wait here with the Rexford family." Aidan spoke before finally going to follow the two.
"Maidan!" Not yet Kyra spoke, Aidan had already left her.
Everyone in the penthouse had a wide variety of emotions on their faces. However, the most domineering one was an anxiety. The same anxiety that was shown to Zee. They pray for the safety of Zee and the baby she contains.
"Zach, send us Zee's current location!" Once the order has been said, Sean again turns off the phone connection casually.
Before long an incoming message came that confirmed it was from Zach. After seeing it, it didn't take long for Sean to increase the speed of his car to where Zee was. Dante had even held on because he was so fast, Sean spurred the car.
It didn't take long for Sean to arrive at a large building that seemed to be out of use. Not only because Sean is driving his car at high speed to get to the location, but also because the location is not too far from Zee's apartment. A place that I never even thought of.
"This is where your life will end, Zee."

Upon seeing the kidnapper's whereabouts, Sean fired a precise shot at his back. Samuel had not yet stabbed Zee in the stomach, Sean's bullet was lodged in his back. Samuel looked up and was surprised to find Sean. Sean did not let Samuel run, he stepped closer to the two while shooting at Samuel's body.
The closer he gets to her, the more he can see the condition of his already inundated and blood-soaked fiance. After making sure Samuel could no longer move, he threw away his original weapon and immediately approached the weak Zee. Her tears could no longer be held back, seeing the appalling condition of Zee.
"Babe, please, stay with me .. " said Sean as he held Zee's head on his thigh.
"City ... Wake up" he continued, patting Zee's cheek.
"Se-sean," call Zee straight.
"Save our children." Zee spoke while crying in relief when he saw Sean's face. Although his gaze grew increasingly blurry and his consciousness gradually disappeared.
"Don't close your eyes, Zee. Stay with me." Sean shook his head.
"Please! Somebody! Mr Dante!" sean exclaimed and shouted for help at this quiet building.
"Sean!" Dante approached the two of them along with Zach, Julian, and his men.
"Oh my God, my daughter." Dante was unable to hold back his tears when he saw Zee's condition.
"He did not provide any security at all. How dare to tease the Rexford family with this ability!" sumpat Zach is upset.
"Sean, hurry up and bring Zee. Let us take care of the rest here and that bastard!" julian's orders at a time when everyone is not aware of what's most important at a time like this.
Without being ordered twice, Sean holds Zee and runs with her again to take her to the hospital. Followed by Dante who is still loyal.
"Z-Zee?" Aidan who had just arrived, was surprised to see how the condition of the friend he had considered his sister.
"Hurry and get your car to the hospital now!" sean exclaimed at Aidan.
Aidan nodded and opened the door of the passenger car seat. Dante also went inside and was ready for the driver's seat.
"Hurry in, Aidan!" dante Exclamation.
As soon as Aidan got inside, Dante drove his car at an above-average speed. I don't know where his driving ability came from suddenly when Zee's condition was dying.
