The only way for the Reincarnator to break through the limits that the God created was by raising the Authority Level. And to be able to achieve a higher Level of Authority, Reincarnator had to undergo the Level Rise Exam.

For Ryan who wanted to quickly become strong and meet the God of Reincarnation Room, undergoing the Level Rise Exam was a must.

Kill 100 enemies that have an Authority Level 5 within an hour. If in an hour, the number of enemies killed does not meet the target, then you are considered to have failed this test.

Remarks : 

The enemy that must be killed has the same total attribute value as you. If you die in this test, then you will actually die permanently and be unable to come back to life.
