“I'm sorry, but I have to turn down this offer.” Ryan felt that the samurai of this era were tantamount to the market thugs who used to turn traders in the market. In this world, samurai had always looked down on ordinary citizens. They also often act arbitrarily. Ryan obviously didn't want to join people like that.

Kurusu who had been sitting next to Ayame could only glare at Ryan who continued to use disrespectful words while talking to Ayame. If eyes can kill, then Ryan is dead a thousand times.

Suddenly, Ayame shouted a little. “Ah! I forgot!”

“Ayame-sama, what is it?”

"Fusujou's coming?"

"Yes, I think I heard that Fusujou came."

"Is Fusujou really scheduled to come today?"

"Yes, it's his schedule." The samurai on guard chatted leisurely after confirming that Fusujou had arrived on schedule. But that was the beginning of the tragedy.

The sound of the train engine was getting closer. The samurai also prepared to welcome Fusujou. But, without the samurai noticing, on top of the Fusujuo carriage, there were many black shadows clinging to the roof of the carriage like spiders. "Stamina recovery banquet is there, the healing potion is still half a bottle, the energy-boosting pastry is still there, and the drinking bottle is filled with water. Okay, everything's complete! All I can do is wait."

'If all goes well, even without my help, Ayame will be able to escape using the Koutetsujou with the other citizens.'

A loud sound was heard from the direction of the station. It was seen that a train had rolled over and hit several houses in front of him. Thick dust began to blanket the location where the train hit. Slowly, shadows began to appear with a glowing chest from within Fusujou.

"The time has come!" Ryan then left his house. On his way out, he saw the street filled with panicked citizens.

The sound of bullets from the Steam Gun was heard. Rian then sees a samurai with his Steam Gun trying to fight the kabane. But none of the bullets could penetrate their steel membranes. The kabane jumped and bit the samurai's neck.

"Gurghhh!" The samurai kept screaming in pain. Blood was splashed everywhere when the samurai were bitten by the kabane. Eventually, the screams of the samurai stopped.

Seeing all this, the other citizens became very frightened. There were even those who could not move so afraid of him. The Kabane then attacks a young woman who cannot move due to fear. "Yes …" 

At the same time, Ryan moved quickly and pierced the chest of the kabane that attacked the young woman.

Kabane suddenly drowned and collapsed. Ryan only needed one strike to kill him.

Ryan's actions make other residents stunned. This was the first time they had seen someone kill a kabane with just one strike.

"Hey, what are you doing? Get the fuck out of here! Go to the station immediately!" yell Ryan. As if awakening from his daydream, the residents who had been stunned to see Ryan's action, including the young woman Ryan saved, finally ran away. 

Seeing this, Ryan breathed a little. Because their safety was an additional point in completing the second mission.

But because of Ryan's scream, some kabane around him was provoked. They started to move closer to Ryan. "3 only?"

Ryan re-activated Mystic Eye of Death Perception. With a knife in his hand, Rian advanced towards the three kabanes.

"Graaay!"

Kabane seemed angry to see Ryan dare to challenge them. 

"You are strong, but …"

Ryan suddenly stopped and turned his pace towards the left. The three kabanes followed Ryan's movements. But it's all just a trick. Ryan turned his pace back to how it was and ran to the back of the kabane. 

"You guys are so stupid!"

The three kabane did not have time to follow Ryan's movements so that the back of them was wide open. Clearly visible kabane hearts are lit from their backs. With the Mystic Eye of Death Perception, Ryan was able to see death streaks on the kabane heart. 

Quickly, Ryan poked the exact death line on the back of the first kabane. Ryan's knife easily pierced the heart of the first kabane easily. At that moment the Kabane Roboh.

The second Kabane could not do much. After finishing the first kabane, Ryan immediately cut off his head. Following the death line, Ryan swept the kabane from his neck to his heart. 

The third Kabane blindly attacked Ryan who had killed 2 kabanes. Quickly, Ryan cut off both of the kabane's hands. Then Ryan's body turned and grabbed both kabane legs.

With 3 kabane killed, Ryan now has 5700 points. This number is almost double the target on the third mission, where Ryan must get 3000 points.
