With the sound of splitting the sky, a fiery red figure descended from the heavens and landed amongst the puppets in a slightly kneeling pose. 

The location of the descent figure is right in front of Ryan.

From behind, Ryan could see the figure had long red hair clad in flames.

Immediately, a child-like voice sounded from the figure. "So our opponent this time is just a bunch of Rinne?"

After saying so, the fire-haired figure moved.

A hot wind whistled around his body. It was the sound of fire dust flying carrying a hot temperature.

With a body wrapped in sparks, the fire-haired figure slowly raised his hand. In his hand, there was an Odachi that was also enveloped in flames.

Holding Odachi like that, the fire-haired figure immediately shot out like a bullet towards one of the puppets.

A sharp slash was released from his hand. This fire meteor-like attack left a faint red trail blazing in the air. In an instant, the puppet that was in front of him instantly turned into ashes.

Without the slightest pause, the fire-haired figure instantly moved like a bullet to the other puppets.

The fire-covered Odachi once again killed one more puppet. The strength of this fire-haired figure was truly beyond the abilities of the puppets present here.

Even so, the dolls were not afraid at all. Instead, the remaining puppets simultaneously changed their target of attack on the red-haired figure.

Like a stream of red light, one by one slashes were shot towards the puppets attacking him, leaving a trail of fire in the air.

To be honest, the Sword Technique that the haired figure used was arguably very rude.

When compared to Ayato's Amagiri Shinmeiryuu or Kirin's Toudouryuu, Odachi's trajectory shown the fire-haired figure was too ordinary and crude, as if he had only used the most basic Sword Technique.

However, due to this being too rough, the slash of the fire-haired figure became strong and nimble. 

Like a sharp passing typhoon, a fire-haired figure lunged at the puppets that attacked him. The sword swing of the fire-haired figure looked like countless red ribbons, making the puppets that came to him fly one by one and become ashes.

All these fights went on quickly. The process doesn't even take five seconds.

After the last doll he managed to defeat, the fire-haired figure suddenly appeared behind Ryan.

Fire dust, like the wind, constantly fluttered around the body and fire hair were striking.

The figure was a young girl who seemed to be only around 13-14 years old.

The girl's body looks very tiny. On his body, he wore a dark coat, with Odachi still burning fire in his right hand.

Fire dust kept flying around him. His fire hair also seemed to be dancing in the air.

The girl looked so cool with all these fire effects.

A moment later, the young girl raised her head and looked directly at Ryan's eyes.

The two little girls eyes were red like flames.

Looking at all the features of the girl, Ryan muttered, "Flame Haze …"

Flame Haze is an existence that exists to kill Crimson Denizen which can upset the balance of the world.

Not all Denizens in the Crimson Realm made a mess in the human world by acting at will.

Among them, there are some Denizens who believe that the actions of the Crimson Denizen greedy and other evil will only lead to the breakdown of the balance between the human world and the Crimson Realm.

To prevent that from happening, an idea emerged to fight against the Denizens who infiltrated the human world.

However, the appearance of the Crimson Denizen in the human world required a considerable Power of Existence. To get it, they must consume humans.

In order not to take the same path as the evil Denizens, these Denizens make contracts with humans so that they can give power to their Contractors.

Humans who have contracted with Denizen will become container objects of contract at the expense of their own existence in the past, present, and future. 

They would hold a powerful Denizen inside their own body and receive Denizen's power. That way, the humans who contract can fight against the evil Crimson Denizen in the human world.

That was an existence called the Flame Haze. And the young girl in front of Ryan right now was one of them.

Moreover, Ryan also knew the identity of the Flame Haze in front of him.

The reason Ryan knew it was so simple. Because the Flame Haze that was in front of her was the Female Main Figure in Shakugan no Shana Anime, Flame-Haired Burning-Eyed Hunter, Shana.

After seeing Ryan for a moment, the girl named Shana turned her back to Ryan and spoke in a low voice. "Alastor, what do you think?"

Suddenly, a man's voice answered Shana's question. "There should only be Rinne here. I don't feel the Crimson Denizen around here." 

This voice came from a pendant that Shana wore around her neck. This pendant has a stone with sparkling stars in it.     

From the pendant, something called Alastor spoke again. "But, since the number of Rinne that appeared this time was quite a lot, it seemed that Denizen was the one who made him possess quite a strong power. So be careful."

Hearing Alastor's warning, Shana said without hesitation, "Don't worry."    

In his tone of voice, there was no fear at all. No matter how strong the opponent was, there was only one word that Shana had in mind, fighting.

Whoever the opponent is, how strong the opponent is, and how many opponents, Shana doesn't care. He just had to fight and continue fighting against all the evil Denizen. 

In other words, Shana is the type of person who does things without thinking more deeply first.

In the next instant, the Flame-Haired Burning-Eyed Hunter turned back and looked at Ryan with a flame in its eyes. "Then, what about this man?"

Shana's sharp gaze made Ryan feel that the atmosphere around him became heavier. 

Although all of these things had no effect on him, Ryan understood one thing. That the young girl who was in front of him, possessed a power that ordinary humans did not possess.
