After a brief conversation with Hibari, Ryan and Hibari follow Lindow to the command tent. Inside the tent, Lindow introduced himself. “I'm the Captain of the First Unit of Fenrir Far Eastern branch, Amamiya Lindow! Who is in charge here?”

A middle-aged man stood up and shook Lindow's hand. “My name is Alexei, I am Captain of this squad ,,”

“Can Captain Alexei explain the current situation to me? Shouldn't the Aragami Horde arrive in 3 days? Why did the attack happen now?”

Facing Lindow's question, Captain Alexei made a difficult statement. “This is the first wave. The number of Aragami attacking this time is still much smaller than reported.”

Meanwhile, the number of Aragami Medium was at least more than tens of thousands. Even the number of Great Aragami reached almost a thousand. The scale of the attack this time was huge and unprecedented!”

Lindow asked Captain Alexei. “Why did Aragami of these various types join forces to attack the Russian branch? Moreover, their assault was very structured and organized.”

‘So so, this is all Aragami who has the name of a goddess god in mythology. Most likely, the hidden mission in the mission this time was to defeat that Aragami Leader!’ thought Ryan.

After Lindow's conversation with Captain Alexei, Ryan gets orders to escort Hibari to the Fenrir main base of the Russian branch and also takes supplies for the God Eater. Hibari was tasked with contacting the Far East branch of Fenrir and reporting on the situation here. 

Meanwhile, Lindow, Soma, and Sakuya will return to the frontlines with the Russian God Eater. Actually Ryan wanted to sneak out and kill Aragami to complete the first and second missions. But, after he thought that the one attacking now was only the first wave, Ryan finally undoed his intentions. 

Ryan wanted to save his strength, so that when the main Aragami army arrived, he could carry out a massacre with all his heart.

Arriving at the main headquarters of the Russian branch of Fenrir, Ryan parted ways with Hibari. He now went to the stockroom to take the special supplies of the God Eater.

When God Eater was about to fight, they needed some special supplies. God Arc by Lindow and Soma. Their God Arc required some special materials. Sakuya's God Arc also needs special supplies in the form of bullet ammunition made from Oracle cells.

In addition, God Eater must also routinely inject Bias Factor. Just like humans need to eat, the Oracle cells in God Eater's body also need them. This is where the Bias Factor function for God Eater, which provides food supply for Oracle cells, and also presses Oracle cells to not eat away at God Eater.

God Arc can also prey on its users if God Eater does not have a Bias Factor. Therefore, God Eater must routinely inject himself with Bias Factor. And that's Ryan's job as a Logistics unit, where he has to prepare the Bias Factor for Lindow, Soma, and Sakuya.

The sun was almost setting, but Ryan was still busy arranging the supplies he had to bring for the God Eater Fenrir trio of the Far East branch. 

Suddenly, Lindow's voice came from behind Ryan. “Hey, can I talk to you for a minute?”

Ryan looked back. “Captain Amamiya? Is the war over?”

Lindow sat on a wooden box and exhaled cigarette smoke. “Fuuh~ after we join the Russian branch God Eater, all this becomes easy. We managed to kill a lot of Aragami. But that's natural, because this is still the first wave.”

“You want?” Lindow offered Ryan a cigarette.

"Forget it when you're working." Lindow scratched his head and said with a slight annoyance: "Soma doesn't smoke. You don't smoke either. Are all my co-workers boring men?"

“If cigarettes were indeed I would reject them, But if the Captain brought me a woman, I would definitely accept it, hehehe ..” Ryan jokingly said.

“Didn't women play while working worse than smoking?” Lindow laughed out loud. “Hahahaha ..you really are an interesting guy! But, why haven't I heard of you before at headquarters?”

Hearing this, Ryan put on a serious expression. "Is the Captain here to test me?"

"Don't talk like that, I'm just curious about your incredible ability." Lindow looked at Ryan seriously. "Ordinary soldiers, even God Eater in general, might not have high-level abilities like you. So it's only natural that I'm interested in you."

Ryan's body goosebumps as soon as he hears Lindow's last sentence. “Sorry Captain, I am happy to hear it, but I am still normal. Maybe the Captain can try the approach with Soma.”

Lindow was silent at Ryan's question. He sat back on the wooden box and smoked. Ryan also returned to gather the supplies needed by the God Eater trio. After Ryan was done with his task, Lindow spoke. “Do you know about Venus?”

“Venus? You mean the Goddess of Love and beauty in Roman Mythology?” 

“It's true. In Roman mythology, Venus is known as the Goddess who controls all feelings of love.” Lindow took out a 7-inch tablet from his jacket pocket. Then he runs the tablet and shows Ryan a picture.

In the photo, there is an Aragami who has a white body like ceramics. Like life emerging from a flower, the lower body is a flower and the upper body is shaped like a woman.

Aragami with a hybrid form of human-plant was seen floating in the sea. Its lower body has many rattan-like legs that move in the sea. Aragami size is even larger than the buildings in general. 

"This is one of the most terrifying Aragami in the world that has been discovered today. Fenrir listed it as a Deusphage type. This type of Aragami has a very large body size, exceeding the Large Aragami type. Almost half of the sea creatures had been preyed upon by him. Venus has a strange hormone that can attract Aragami and manipulate it to some degree" Lindow explains.

"So, did Venus control the Aragami army to attack the Russian branch?" 

Lindow nodded at Ryan's question. "Hibari has reported this to the Far East branch."

Then, Lindow's hand swiped several times on the tablet's touchscreen panel, making the photo on the screen shift into another photo.

In this photo, Venus is seen walking out of the sea very clearly. "This is a photo taken not too long ago. From here we can confirm that the location of Aragami Deusphage's ascending to the mainland is Russian territory."

Ryan looked at the photo on the tablet screen seriously. After a while, Ryan said in an outspoken voice. "So, what exactly does the Captain want from me?"
