The Battle of Shana and Margery Daw

On top of Misaki Bridge, Shana shook the fire wings behind her, leaped high into the air, and swung Nietono no Shana who had been burning red lotus flames towards Margery below.

The extremely hot red lotus flames suddenly turned into roaring waves that swept through the air like a flood of flames.

This terrifying heat caused the surrounding air to distort. It was as if there was a huge distortion in the space behind the walls of Fuuzetsu.

The scale of the fire in Shana's slash was enormous, thus covering the entire field of Margery's vision completely.

"Suck!"

Right under the flood of flames, Margery shouted in annoyance while standing on top of the huge hardcover book that floated in the air. He was gradually able to feel the terrifying heat continuously coming towards him.

Immediately, Margery raised both of her fingers and chanted the Improvisation Slaughter Poem (Improvisational Poem of Slaughter).

“Bara no hanawa o tsukurou yo, haha!” (Let's make a wreath of roses, haha!")

“Pokke his hana ga ippai-sa, tto!” (My pocket is full of flowers!)

Under the reverberations of Marchosias and Margery, the infinite Spell formed a ring centered around Margery's two fingers. The circle rotates and extends around Margery's body like a circle around the planet Saturn.

In the next instant, a burst of flames that fell from the sky immediately descended sweeping across Margery's body.

Booms

A huge explosion bloomed in the air.

Waves of red lotus flames descended like waterfalls falling on a rock. The entire open space near Margery turned into a blaze that spread and burned everything around it.

This terrifying high temperature burned through the entire space, allowing the temperature inside Fuuzetsu to rise very quickly and directly exceed what a human could bear.

Compared to the surrounding area, the temperature of the center of the flame flares up almost like the heat of the sun's outer surface temperature. With a very red flame resembling magma, the Misaki bridge and the river below have disappeared replaced by hot lava.

In this case, Margery once again appeared to be surfing while stepping on a large hardcover book, and slowly swinging under the influence of a terrifying fire wave.

Every time the red lotus flames would touch his body, the ring-shaped Infinite Spell surrounding Margery's body would spin around and form an invisible shield, so that the flames did not hit his body.

Merely, every time an Infinite Spell like that ring withstood the onslaught of that almighty flame, the light on this ring would dim even more.

Krataks

Until finally after a while, a sharp crack sound began to sound from the Unbounded Spell like the ring.

“Tsk!” Margery has no power to cluck around to see this.

“Be careful! He's coming!” marchosias warned Margery.

Immediately after, a tiny figure with red wings behind him, descended and charged at an astonishing speed.

"Don't underestimate me!" Margery shouted violently while pointing her finger upwards.

"You're the one who likes to look down on others!" shana's reply rushed down like a meteor. Simultaneously, Shana threw the sharp dagger in her left hand violently.

Swoosh

The sharp dagger instantly turned into a cold glint that shot straight towards Margery.

At the same time, the dagger that shot out like a flash of lightning was spinning very quickly.

Seeing the spinning dagger coming at him, Margery recalled the previous tornado attack. This made Margery's guts shrink, and made her mind messed up.

Margery was completely unaware that the attack this time compared to the last time, was very much different.

On the previous attack, that extremely fast and powerful dagger rotation force made all of the surrounding wind suck and coalesce into a tornado wind that pierced through the sky. A really deadly attack.

However, it could be said that Ryan's previous attack had been imprinted deeply on Margery's mind, so she reacted so excessively.

So, Margery tried her best to step on the big hardcover book with a very embarrassing posture and move sideways.

The continuously rotating Moon Blade immediately passed through Margery's side and landed in empty space.

Shana flew downwards with Nietono no Shana burning the fiery red lotus fire. Like a meteor, Shana lunged at Margery's body which had already lost the protection of the Infinite Spell.

Booms

The sound of explosions was heard again. Waves of red lotus flames also bloomed and enveloped the surrounding area.

"Wellam!"

In a wave of flames, Margery whined in pain burning by the red lotus flames that began to burn her body.

As the waves of fire that hit the surroundings began to fade, Margery appeared to be standing amidst the black smoke, with some charred skin, as if she were the victim of a bomb attack dropped from the air.

"Mary!"

Marchosias' anxious voice rang out from the large hardcover book.

The pain ran through Margery's body, causing her to moan in pain and shed tears. 

Scorched black traces filled Margery's body. Even the hair that was pigtailed like a ponytail had been damaged and decomposed everywhere.

Margery could only try to open her eyes hard and struggle to get up.

However, before that, an edge of the Odachi blade had been right in front of Margery's eyes. This made Margery's eye expression change dramatically.

In front of Margery, Shana stood up while pointing Nietono no Shana to Margery's eyes and looked at her with a contemptuous look as well.

Shortly after, Shana said firmly. "I won."

No one doubts Shana's declaration of victory.

"This is the end." Alastor also solemnly, "If we continue to fight, then it is a futile thing."

"You dare to say that!" 

Margery looked at Shana intently and said ironically, "You are a Flame Haze, but for the sake of protecting a Crimson Denizen, you are the one, you are willing to fight to the full force against me who is also on the Flame Haze mission!"

"Who here is doing this pointless thing, is it me, or you?!" 

"I don't want to talk to you, and I'm not in the mood to debate whose point of view is right." Shana said in an unquestionable tone, "For sure, the winner in this fight is me. So, as the losing side, you should be willing to listen to me."

Hearing Shana's selfish words, Margery's charming facial expression changed slightly.

At the same time, a very relaxed sounding voice entered everyone's ears.
