The Attribute Points obtained from the Reincarnation Tower were random Attribute Points, so the Attribute Points earned were evenly split on all four Attributes.

The 60 Attribute Points that Ryan had obtained previously, he used them completely to add up the value of the INT Attribute.

The reason Ryan does this is because while in the world of Asterisk World, the Prana he has is not enough to use the Seraph for a long period of time. As a result he became exhausted, and eventually the opponent used it to block him.
