Touching Your Heart

Touching Your Heart
A Warm Night

Kayden smiled faintly. “If there is a saying that love is blind, it is true. I feel my love for you is too great, Gwen,”. “Therefore, I will do everything possible to get rid of your thoughts about—”

“Rainer,” Gwen grim.

Kayden sighed tiredly before he replied, “Ya. And all this time what I've been doing with my attitude that you think is authoritarian is just trying to protect you. But the fact remains that my way of protecting you is wrong. Unintentionally I have hurt you many times.” He stared fixedly at Gwen's eyeball which tonight radiated warmth. So comfortable and soothing. “You know, Gwen? All I want is for you to be able to count on me all your time. Because I will be the reason why you smile, accompany you when no one wants to be with you, and remove every tear drop you drop because I exist to be a part of your life history.”

“Kay ..” Gwen's voice as if stuck in the throat. The woman was unable to say anything due to Kayden's statements. His eyes glazed over the husband's shady face. A powerful impulse that churned within him and could not be contained anymore, it felt like he had to let out immediately. “One thing you should know, Kay. I've forgotten Rainer from my mind and heart. After being with us all this time, I realized that I needed you beside me.”

Kayden smiled with satisfaction at hearing that. Although now from the lips of his wife has not thrown a sentence of love for him, but it does not matter because he will remain patient. At least, let tonight he warmly embrace his wife and shower her with all his love.

“Thank you, Gwen,” Kayden said. “I love you, Honey. Love you so much.” The man buried Gwen's head in her chest. Before then, he left a kiss on the top of his wife's head and wrapped a blanket on her body.

Instinctively, Gwen's hand reached out to embrace her husband's body with a timid smile. And this is really surprising. No matter how intimate they had been the past few days, only this time did Gwen willingly touch the husband like this.

In Kayden's warm embrace, she feels a happiness that Gwen never felt before when she was with Rainer. Now Gwen understands that of all the attitudes Kayden had disliked before, in fact the man was too loving and just wanted to protect his wife in his own way. In the end Gwen was able to breathe a sigh of relief, grateful that God had brought her together to marry the man who was currently stroking her hair gently.

“Sleep, Gwen. Didn't you say you were sleepy?”

Gwen frowned, then looked up to see her husband's face. “I'm not sleepy yet,” he said as he pursed his lips so as to make Kayden anxious made.

“Not sleepy?”

“He em,” reply Gwen. “I'm still curious, why don't you ask me again, who did I go with?”

“I remember .. You said that you went with a man, right?”

“And you don't want to know what his name is?”

Kayden frowned. “For what?”

“For what?” exclaimed Gwen repeating her husband's question. “Means you are not jealous of the man ..” He pulled his body away from Kayden with a look of disappointment. However, her husband's hand did not let go.

“Listen, dear,” said Kayden gently, trying to understand his wife's suddenly changing mood. “I've said before, haven't I? I'm jealous of all the men who approach you.”

Gwen's eyes sparkled with excitement at her husband's response. However, a few seconds later, as if unsatisfied with Kayden's explanation, he again said, “But you should have asked, where have I been all day?”

Kayden sighed tiredly. He was reluctant to argue with his wife. “OK, okay,” said before continuing his sentence, “will you tell me where you went all day without your handsome husband, Mrs Kim?”

Gwen smiled broadly, a triumphant sensation courting her as Kayden stretched out his hand to pull his wife's body closer so that their gazes met again. And the man seemed to be preparing himself to be his loyal listener.

“But not if you start yelling my name like always,” Gwen warned. “Because I better listen to you then.”

“Ya, all the time.”

“And you don't like it?”

“Not at all.”

Kayden chuckled, accompanying the soft caress of his finger on Gwen's ripe lips. “Alright, I am sorry and will not repeat it,” he said solemnly. “Now, if I promise I won't scream, how?” katany lazy.

“Endru,” says Gwen. “I'm with a Chinese man named Endru.” The caress stopped. “His wife is Emma and they are the same age as my uncle and aunt. At first I asked them if I could join their tour. Then they agreed, and it turned out I enjoyed that fun moment.”

Kayden did not say a word for a few tense seconds. “For God's sake, Gwen!” kayden exclaimed as he pulled his body slightly away. “You know very well how to punish your husband,” he murmured shortly afterwards. “You purposely let me imagine you exploring London with a man your age!”

“You promised not to scream.” Gwen reminded him while pouting.

“Indeed,” Kayden came back to him, and his finger began to move again, gently stroking the hair behind his wife's ear while something else flashed in his eyes.

Gwen herself wasn't sure what it was, but at the sight of her husband's black bead, there was a special place within her that felt warm. And it was a tenderness and a sour pleasure to tease Kayden.

“So, where did you go with those kind-hearted Chinese people who were your guards?” ask Kayden curiously.

Gwen finally told Kayden in detail to tell him about her experiences throughout the day. While telling stories, sometimes she stole a glance when her husband was smiling widely—look handsome and charming. It was such an amazing sight that Gwen's breath was held for a while.

“You are beautiful,” muttered Kayden hoarse. “I adore you.”

Gwen flinching. However, the next second their gazes clashed, so difficult to interpret with each other before the woman asked a question that Kayden was a little surprised. “Kay, are you a loyal man?”

“Ya,” Kayden replied.

And Gwen realized she believed him. There is something about this conversation that emphasizes honesty. But he still wanted clarification. “There are no other women? No short stops at every port?”

“Who said that?” exclaim Kayden.

“Jawab only question, Kay ..” urged Gwen. “I was recently tricked by a man, and did not want to let another man escort me to the same trap.”

“For God's sake, Gwen!” kayden said earnestly, trying to convince his wife. “There is no other woman, because my heart and mind have been contaminated by the name of Gwen Sandriana Decker who now holds the status as wife of Kayden Kim.” His eyes caught the woman's eyes again. “Only you, me, and chance have something special.”

Something special is what Gwen has started to feel for the complicated man who is gently rubbing his cheek. With her harsh outward appearance and fierce sensuality, the woman greatly appreciated this sincere honesty from her husband's lips.
