Kayden's anger and reproach so struck Gwen's heart like a knife. So, the woman responded based on her thoughts. “You want me to do what?” She turned to look back at her husband. “Keep pretending until you're really bored with this game?”

Kayden who listened was shocked. The bitterness in the tone of his wife's voice seemed to hit his poignant point so that his chest was deflated by a sharp breath.

However, Kayden actually looked at her, making Gwen wish she would hold her lips back from speaking. It was because he knew that now Kayden could see the tension on his face—the pallor and poignant look that would remind him later in life when Kayden witnessed Gwen being so hurt like she was today.

And sure enough, Kayden suddenly narrowed his eyes. “Something must have happened,” he decided. “I've done something, haven't I?” His capture surprised Gwen. “I unknowingly did something that made you so angry that you just left me!”

Gwen's heart felt squeezed. “It's enough I've been lied to by brother Kim fucking!” hatchlings.

Kayden frowned deeply, trying to be patient with his wife. “I really don't understand what you're saying, Gwen,” he said. “but one thing is very clear and you need to know,” his fingers. “What we go through together every day is not a lie. And you know it!”

“Wedding is more than just sharing. I thought you knew that already,” Gwen said when Kayden was around.

“Indeed right,” Kayden said. “There is a name that shares—both good and bad. And there is another whose name communicates exactly.” His hands were raised, cupping his wife's cheeks. “As discuss our problem and try to solve it.”

“I've solved my problem,” Gwen said.

“With go?”

“There's nothing wrong with that.” Gwen tried to corroborate her argument. “Again I told you why!” Angrily brushed off Kayden's hand from her cheek before her husband did something to her like kiss her on the lips.

“And keep trying until I can accept the truth,” advises Kayden. Then, his hands hugged Gwen's waist, pulling her into her hot body. It was so hot that Gwen was unable to prevent herself from being shocked when the sweet and hot consciousness ran through her.

“This is wrong, Kay!” gwen is desperate. “I told you from the beginning, what we did felt wrong to me!”

“Salah?” Kayden's eyes blazed. “Every night you lie in my arms with your feet wrapped around me and your eyes dipping into my eyes while I constantly say love words to you. And how dare you tell me that it's wrong now?”

“Yes God ..” Gwen closed her mouth, gulped as a dry lump blocked her sore throat as she suddenly imagined Kayden lying down with another woman she had met earlier.

“Don't I tell you many times don't doubt the sincerity of my love, Gwen.”

“But I'm starting to doubt it.” Once again, Gwen tried to break free from the man's grip.

“Hah?” Gwen was confused. “I'm not—”

“Shut!” Kayden interrupted, then took it off. Then, he turned around and his hand raised to rest before pressing on his nape while staring at the floor. Every part of him was locked in a tense position that made Gwen silently hold her breath.

Then, Kayden let out a snort of angry laughter. “I should be able to guess right away,” he said. “The bastard returned to Jakarta and you met him.”

“But I didn't meet Rainer.”

“Liar,” sighs Kayden, releasing a hand from the nape so he can clench it to the temple. “Of course you met him.”

Was Kayden at that conclusion because of his secret encounter with the sexy woman? Gwen wondered. He would laugh at the irony if he could laugh. However, it did not happen because he almost cried.

“What does he do?” spray Kayden. “Hurry to see you at the first opportunity, knowing I am abroad and that rancid boy feels safe enough to beg you for forgiveness with all his soul?”

It was ridiculous, Gwen thought, considering that the one who said it was the man she saw with her own eyes begging for something from the sexy woman she saw earlier. And with a defiant attitude, Gwen raised her chin, her mouth clenched to form a thin line firmly, blatantly refusing to answer.

“So, that bagundal,” said Kayden, gnashing teeth. “How long does it take him to sneak back into your heart, Gwen?” taunted. “Some seconds? A minute or an hour, huh?”

“You're starting to sound excessively jealous, Kay,” replied Gwen. “and your jealousy has started to be unfounded. Just so you know,” the wedges. “I'm sick of you calling your fucking sister among us. And I'm also fed up with all these lies.”

The words made Kayden's eyes darken even more. A hot air crept into his face as if Gwen had just revealed a number of Kayden's terrifying dark secrets that urged her anger, almost unstoppable.

What a show of anger that made Gwen stagger back a step, trying to avoid a hand that suddenly stretched out toward her.

However, late. Kayden had already grabbed his nape and pulled Gwen towards him. Then his lips landed on Gwen—'s lips hot, urgent, and merciless.

And everything special that Gwen had ever felt about the man fell like a bird that couldn't fly because it was hurt, and it was lying shuddering as Kayden continued to kiss her with an atrocity that completely denounced all they had ever for all.

A few minutes later, as Kayden let go, Gwen sobbed. Her tears almost filled her whitened face.

“I'm tired, Gwen,” said Kayden grimly. “Maybe what I did was all for your sake all this time, you consider it all to be pseudo. I didn't know I had to do anything else to make you believe me. Believe in my sincere love. Every time, I try to convince my heart that I can make you happy.” He smiled wryly. “It turns out I was wrong. You're not happy with me. So,” Kayden gives pause to take a deep breath. “now I set you free in this marriage bond, and you are free to seek your own happiness.”

Gwen's cry grew between pain and disappointment. Instantly his hands stretched out squeezing his clothes like something was grabbing his chest hard.

“It's a good step for you to get your things out of my house,” Kayden said, gritting his teeth as he turned around from his wife. “I don't want to find a single sign that you've been there by the time I get home tomorrow night. Understand?”

Got it? Of course very understanding, Gwen admitted heavily when she watched the man step furiously into the door from behind a vision obscured by hot and stinging tears.

If Kayden thinks it doesn't matter, then Gwen can't accept it at all.

“And just so you know,” Kayden added coldly when he got to the door, “you can warn Rainer, that if he hurts Valerie with all this, then I alone will clean it up.”

Then, Gwen gave a wry smile that pulsated all over her lips that were swollen by the kiss. “Basic hypocrite!” cercan.
