Touching Your Heart
Meet Lusia

After Gwen returned to Indonesia one week ago and she had missed her best friend, Gwen contacted Lucia to meet her at their favorite restaurant before.

They let go of each other's desires and asked each other for news. However, a question that escaped the thin lips of Lucia suddenly made Gwen confused to explain it.

“So, how?” urge Lusia while sipping a cup of warm honey tea that has previously been ordered. “You love him or not?” Lucia who was wearing a casual brown trouser suit and looked expensive, raised next to her eyebrows—his gaze was full of probing as she looked at the face of her best friend who was sitting in front of her.

Gwen was momentarily silent, but her eyes looked at the customer who was eating lunch and being around her as she finished the best way to answer.

“Now, you look strange and different, Gwen,”. Actually, he would say that he doesn't know who Gwen Sandrian Decker is anymore, because of Mrs. Kim is a completely different person.

It is true, after two weeks in London and for weeks that Gwen Kim created— formed by smart hands to fit the man she now married. In the sense of starting from clothes, the way he carries himself, the way he looks at life, even the way he looks at himself has been completely changed.

However, the most important thing of all was the disappearance of the tense-faced creature, the empty eyes, and the seeming stray that made Lucia worried the last time she saw Gwen.

Now, instead he sees Gwen sitting more gracefully with her casual dress patterned with flowers— impressing luxury and elegance. Although, Gwen's makeup looks simple, but she looks sexy and alluring. And it makes the men's radar light up.

In short, Gwen is so special. And it belongs to someone special, if judging from the way the sexy eyes barely pay attention to other men. Whoever the man is they will be envious of him, even they might stay in the restaurant longer in hopes of catching a glimpse of the person lucky enough to have this woman.

“Is the answer that difficult?” Lucia sneered flatly as the silence between them stretched for too long.

“Yes, actually ..” muttered Gwen while focusing her gaze with a smile so mysterious that it almost made Lucia gasp. “That's difficult.”

“You said you loved him,” Lucia reminded. “After your unexpected marriage took place, you swore to me that you loved her.”

“Argh...” Gwen groans as she leans into a chair while lifting a glass of orange juice. “Entah, Lus,” he said sadly. “But at that time we pretended everything went perfectly because it was the only way we dealt with the real sad story.”

“And now?” asked Lucia while frowning. He was not blind when he saw the new sensual consciousness shining in the glittering eyes Gwen—ia could also feel it.

“His sad story is no longer a sad story,” replied Gwen simply. “Me and Kayden, we love each other.” According to him, that's the best explanation. “We are happy.” In our own little world, as long as no one else infiltrates it, he added secretly.

“Well ... it looks like that. You are happy with many things,” snorted Lusia, dissatisfied with the answer of her best friend. Previously he did not feel comfortable with the relationship of his best friend with Rainer, let alone the brother who is harder and far more frightening.

“What's up, Lusia?” ask Gwen cheerfully. “Didn't .. You think I should be happy?”

“Where do I know that you didn't tell me anything?” Lucia sighed in despair.

It was obviously a circumvention, and Lusia was aware of it as well. However, he still insisted on expressing his opinion. “Well, you should be careful if you don't want your heart to hurt again,” he predicted.

But after only receiving a mysterious, infuriating smile in return, Lusia let the conversation be diverted to a less electrifying topic about her own engagement that was scheduled to last another week.

And maybe Gwen should have listened to her best friend's last warning. But anyway he remained happy. And when you're happy, you don't want to ruin everything by imagining unhappy thoughts, right?

“Lus,” call Gwen. “I've decided not to go back to work at Kayden's company again" she said, after a moment Lucia explained some of her engagement plans.

Lucia widened her eyes in surprise. “Start when?”

“Five days ago after my return to Indonesia.”

“So fast?" lusia protests. "Why did you stop, Gwen?” tanyanya. “You've become Mrs Kim. So there should be no problem if you go back to work in your own husband's company, right?”

“That's okay, Lucia ..” Gwen said. “But I feel Kayden's reputation will be damaged if his wife still works as his secretary,” he said. “And I am not a stupid woman, if the people who worked with me before would not be comfortable when near me now.”

“Because you became the wife of their leader,” timpal Lucia.

Gwen sighed tiredly before saying, “Yes, you were right.”

The woman realized that her husband was not the type of man who dizzy whether he liked her or not. He was a man who was at the top and admired by others. A man who takes a big decision by recruiting even fires, promotes a career or destroys them if he feels like it. Very inversely proportional to the stepbrother, Rainer, who prefers to be liked, always throw a light joke and a carefree smile that helps people around him feel comfortable.

Suddenly Gwen could not imagine Kayden entering her room and openly sitting in the corner of her desk, invite him to chat lightly as Rainer used to do so as not to make others blink one eye.

In other words, Kayden is a man to be admired—not a person whose presence makes comfortable. Therefore, no one will feel comfortable if Gwen works among them anymoreThe fear is surely Gwen will know and listen to their conversation, listening to their complaints, he said, and maybe report it to her husband. Although, Gwen had no intention of complaining about it, she felt like a spy in their midst.

More than anything else, Gwen doesn't like to face the assumptions of Kim's company employees about the bizarre events of her marriage. So, in the end the decision not to go back to work is very easy. And Kayden himself didn't try to change his mind, meaning he didn't like the idea of his wife working for him anymore.

However, he is also not ready to stay home like a spoiled doll with nothing to do but fill the days by making himself desirable when the husband comes home from work every night. Therefore, she agreed on the idea of her husband to open his own company in the field of travel with two employees. Of course, it was her handsome husband who kindly modelled it as the first step.

For a few days Gwen was so enjoying and so comfortable with her new job. He felt he did not have to be in one place long enough so that anyone would not be curious and began to ask questions about his personal life.
