Annette's pair of eyeballs grew almost out of her cavity. The shock, made him freeze for a moment in silence. But it didn't last long, when the kiss was fierce, deep and savage. Worse yet, Egbert not only sucked her domineeringly, he also opened his mouth and bit his little lips.

Annette was clearly upset. He angrily pushed Egbert's chest away from him. Egbert was dissatisfied. Without releasing the link of his lips, he went to put the bowl of porridge he was holding onto the table. After that, he immediately pressed down on the small body below him and deepened his kiss. Opening her mouth, Egbert's heavy breath blew in front of Annette's pretty face that was blushing sweet like a peach. Annette could not help but feel her nervousness at seeing Egbert's pair of eyes staring at her, it was filled with hot tempest that was ready to burn her in passion.

"In the future, you're not allowed to smile as enthusiastically as you did with any man other than me"

Annette's jaw muscles hardened, hearing the silliness Egbert said.

"Haa, you just thought of arranging on anyone I can smile at? Don't be silly!"

Egbert's eyes darkened, the layer of black fog enveloping her made Annette's heart throb in anxiety. Pinching Annette's chin, he said with a cold look, "Why not? I'm your husband"

Annette's lips curled up in a sneering motion, "Well, you're my husband. Then do you love me?"

The question of love instantly turns Egbert's view into a complicated one.

"Can't you answer it?"

Clenching his hands, Egbert felt something heavy weighing down on his heart. He did not understand what, but his heart throbbed pain and lost the word to speak.

Egbert's silent reaction and not responding to her at all, made Annette feel very disappointed.

"Yes.."

What was I expecting?

Annette smiled bitterly and her heart felt sour. Egbert's hand, holding both hands, felt loose. Annette directly pulled her hand from there and pushed the man's body away from her.

"As long as you don't love me, don't expect me to be able to keep the arrangements you've made towards me" Annette stared deeply into Egbert's eyes away from the whirlpool of emotions, adding, "Because of me, "Because of me, you don't deserve that"

"Your lady last night, where is she?"

"Ah, I heard he was kicked out this morning by the master"

"Delivered?" Annette rounded her eyes in confusion.

The servant generously explained further, "Yes, he has been kicked out of the castle. The master even punished Mary's butler for taking any guest without her permission. So now Mary's butler is in her room writing an apology of five hundred pages"

"What?" Annette's on the spot. Write an apology? Five hundred pages?

Although it was only one word, but by writing it full page of paper, it was enough to make the wrist sore until it felt like wanting to break. Not to mention enduring feelings of boredom. Annette sighed, feeling a great pity for Mary's butler.

That forties woman must be suffering greatly now.

"Mrs, how are you? I heard you almost got bitten to death by that female vampire" The waiter showed a concerned look.

Annette smiled softly saying, "I've gotten a little better"

"Ah, thank God" The waiter seemed to sigh in relief to Annette and sighed, "You don't know how panicked the master this early in the morning found you lying unconscious?"

Blinking her eyes, Annette shook her head, "Indeed, how panicked is she?"

The master even urged Mary's butler to bring a doctor to the castle, no matter how it must exist.
