Vampire'S Secret Baby

Vampire'S Secret Baby
|93|. My wife is an Exception

This is Egbert now. Stand in the middle of the kitchen with an apron wrapped around his strapping body. The view was so strange in the castle. Make the servants flock to come for a peek. They secretly marveled at how amazingly beautiful his panorama of a handsome man was struggling with the kitchen very seriously.

Egbert rolled his sleeves up to his elbow and took out a knife. He held it with both hands and his eyes stared at the piece of meat that was on the cutting edge.

Everyone watched behind the wall and held their breaths. They look forward to the appearance of a male main character using a kitchen knife with his skill.

But their delusion was immediately shattered when they saw the scene that next greeted their eyes.

Nah!

Brak!

Bruk!

Cracks!

Instead of doing it charmingly like the male lead in a romance drama. Egbert's action is more like a cold-blooded killer in a thriller. In a matter of minutes, Egbert slammed the sharp blade into the soft premium beef, shattering formless.

"Look at his sharp gaze, master actually wants to cook or kill?" One of the servants started to open the conversation.

"Let's go, we'd better just go. The aura here is really not good. If caught, it is not impossible that sharp kitchen knives will float towards us"

"You're right!"

"Come, let's go.."

They go slowly one by one. Keeping the voice steps as smooth as possible so as not to be heard by Egbert.

Annette waited in the living room with a book in her hand. He sat on the sofa with his feet. Flipping through the pages of a book with a feeling of boredom. It was one of the books on business strategy he took from Egbert's workspace. Annette didn't like the discussion at all because it really wasn't the scope of her world.

"It looks like I should have Egbert prepare a television in the living room. He's so rich, surely it wouldn't be that tight, just for a box of entertainment?" Annette chuckled happily at her belief.

In the kitchen, Egbert had already heated up the pan without pouring a drop of oil on it. Then he poured all the pieces of meat that had been chopped earlier. Like that, Egbert just took the lid of the pan and closed it.

"How many minutes does it take to mature?"

Egbert muttered to himself and just then one of the maids came to the kitchen to pick up a plastic bag of trash that was already full.

"You, come here!"

"Yes, sir" The waiter placed the plastic bag he had tied to the floor and went to Egbert first.

"Can I help you, sir?"

"How long does it take to cook meat?"

At first glance the waiter turned towards the pan that had been closed. There was a little noise from inside.

"Oh, so. It turned out to be quite easy" Egbert nodded his head with his serious appearance which was somehow in the eyes of the waiter, it was quite funny for a rich master to ask innocently about the matter of the kitchen.

"I understand. You can go"

"Good sir"

Although Egbert had already said that he understood, but the servant somehow hesitated. Only he wasn't so dizzy. He immediately left the kitchen carrying a bag of plastic filled with garbage.

Until ten minutes passed, Egbert had already served his masterpiece on the dining table. Then he told one of the servants to call Annette over.

"Mrs"

"Yes?" Annette dropped the book in her hand.

"Master calls you to the dining room"

Annette closed the book she was holding and smiled, "Ah, she finally finished cooking as well"

"Madam, did you tell the master to cook in the kitchen ?" The waiter could not help his curiosity and asked timidly

"Em" Annette nodded as justification and got up from the sofa. He immediately rushed to the kitchen, to see what Egbert had prepared for him.

"So, sir is bothered to deal with kitchen utensils just for the sake of fulfilling the madam's request?" Instantly Egbert's gossip as a husband figure who was very indulgent wife, spread throughout the castle.

Annette was already sitting at the dinner table and gazing curiously at the dish that was still sealed in hiding. He raised his head towards Egbert, "Let's quickly pick up for me. I'm so hungry"

"You have hands. Use that!"

Egbert sat across with his cold cursed face. He was still upset that Annette had already made his life as an honorable crown prince, for the first time losing his high self-esteem just to serve his ridiculous request.

"Egbert, everything that is done in half is not good. Let's quickly lift the lid" Annette greeted Egbert with a polite smile.

"Annette, don't you challenge my line?" Egbert spoke with his lower teeth and above them bluffing each other suppressing anger.

"Am I not your wife? I should have an exception if challenging your boundary line" Annette smiled brilliantly as she blinked one eye bringing out a triumphant appearance, "Isn't that so?"

Egbert clenched his hands and developed his forced smile, "En. Of course there's a special exception for my wife"

For a moment Egbert felt sorry for promising to die to Annette. He cursed his stupidity that day. Though there are still many ways to lure the woman to settle in the castle with her son.

Only then did he feel less confident that he was capable enough, however he once manipulated his sincerity to ensnare the woman.

Egbert got up from his seat and pulled the lid off the plate. He showed his masterpiece proudly, "Come, please at the meal"
