Upon his return to the residence, Madam Belinda tells Egbert that Sean is waiting for him in his study. Egbert nodded and said he would be there soon. Before leaving, Egbert carried Annette, taking her to the room. The servants who were busy cleaning, could not ignore the sight. They glanced at Annette who was in Egbert's arms without saying a word. Soon they returned to work when they found the stern gaze of Madam Belinda from a distance.

"You don't have to carry me, but I can still walk"

Egbert just laid Annette on the bed. Ignoring her complaints, she gently peeked at Annette's forehead, "Have a break"

Annette stared at the departure of Egbert's back with a heart full of sugar. He felt Egbert's attitude towards him, no longer as he had once been. Cold and indifferent. But now it's turning sweet and warm.

"Hopefully his attitude this time is truly sincere.."

Egbert sat across the legs on the single sofa and Sean sat right on the long sofa in front. Picking up his cigar, Egbert sucked on it and puffed smoke from his open mouth, "I want you to take care of the leave"

The thick white smoke that soared into the air, made Sean hold his breath. His pupils flashed with a depressed feeling, "Can you not suck that thing while with me?"

Egbert's lips twitched, "I haven't smoked it in a long time"

That sentence seemed to subtly affirm, 'I want to suck this now, you can't stop'

Sean rolled his eyes pushyly, "So why do you want me to take care of the leave? Do you know how many times I've done it? I thought this time they wouldn't allow it anymore"

In addition, Sean had run out of reasons for what else he had to give.

"I want you to take my son to magic school"

Sean rounded his eyes, "That kid has that special ability?"

Egbert shook his head, "I still don't know for sure. But Robbin's doctor advised me to check with a magic master. The identity of Aldrich, who is my son, I still have to hide for his safety. That's why I want you to take him there as the status of the kid you found on the side of the road"

Sean nodded slowly, "I understand" It turned out to be something quite serious.

If that was the case, Sean would think of any way that he could take care of the leave, even though it seemed like it would be difficult. Sean was Egbert's loyal friend and supporter. He will try hard to be a supporter so that his childhood friend can occupy the throne that is already his right.

Egbert sucked his cigar again and exhaled a puff of smoke. Sean had to hold his breath for a moment.

"What's that?" Sean raised one of his eyebrows.

"You have to take care of Emma who's still in the human country. Take secretly her access card, because in some time ahead, she must not return to Merland. Or the secret of Annette who is a human being and I who already have a son, will be spread by him"

Sean smiled coldly, "If so why don't we just kill him? Aren't the dead the best secret guards" Sean sounded cruel. She did hate Emma so much that there was not a single conscience left for her.

Emma is now Duke Rajeev's woman. That sneaky duke was a man with high ambitions. He has a desire to seize the throne and is Egbert's most unlikely enemy.

"Your Highness Duke"

Rajeev turned his head towards the dark horse that had just come closer. A blond man riding on it, it was none other than one of his usual confidants coming to bring news.

"So, the crown prince just came out of the palace with a woman by his side?"

"really"

"Who is he?" A pair of Rajeev's brows were linked, his eyes slightly showing a ray of surprise.

"The crown prince recognizes her as his wife"

A line of cold smiles rose on his lips, "Then we should rearrange the plan we had designed earlier"

Sean gets information from Mary about the hotel Emma was staying at. The room was registered in Mary's name, so she could easily have access. Just when Emma was fast asleep at midnight, Sean picked up an access card that had been chuckled on the table. Sean smiled coldly, "I didn't expect you to be so discreet"

Early in the morning, Annette had a heated argument with Egbert. He was against Egbert who wanted to take Aldrich away somewhere. Egbert was helpless, only able to explain slowly. It's up to the point that Annette gets an understanding, "Alright, but you have to promise me. If I tell you I want to visit her, you'll have to take me there any way"

That way the servants immediately packed Aldrich's belongings. Sean had arrived in an ordinary horse carriage. He deliberately chose it so as not to look flashy.

"Son, it's really hard to let you go" Annette bent her knees to the floor and clutched her little son tightly.

Aldrich's little hand rubbed gently on his mother's back, "Maa, don't be like this. I'll just go away for a while and come back to you soon"

With a heavy heart Annette nodded and kissed the little face time and time again. From two cheeks to forehead, the shower of kisses was as if endless. Egbert who was watching, could not help but be jealous of that five-year-old boy. Sean who caught the clear look on his face, gave a faint smile, "Do you also want that much rain of kisses? Go somewhere far away and let your wife do a rain of kisses for you"

Egbert gave Sean a sharp look.

Sean immediately silenced his mouth tightly, putting on a plain look as if he had said nothing.

"Had kissed enough, she just left for a little while, instead of forever" Egbert walked forward, holding both of Annette's shoulders helping her stand up.

"Why are you so heartless!" Annette lightly hit Egbert's arm.

Sighing, Egbert looked helpless. Just embrace Annette and take her in her arms, "I'm sorry, trust me this is only a moment. I'm doing this for our son too"

Sean calls Aldrich to come to him. Then Sean lifted the body of the five-year-old boy and put him in the carriage. Revealing the curtains, Aldrich waved his hand at his mother before leaving.

Annette could not hold tightness in the chest, letting go of it by sobbing. After the horse carriage completely disappeared from sight, Annette clenched tightly onto Egbert's burly body and cried loudly.

Egbert couldn't be so helpful, just patting her gently on the back hoping to calm the woman down a little.
