Annette momentarily chose silence and calm. But that doesn't mean he's giving up. No matter what in front of him it was human or what. He insisted to keep running away.
"You.." Annette tried to get away from Egbert's sturdy arm.
"I don't care who you are"
Annette sounded so calm, that it made Egbert fall looking at her in silence. Egbert thought, how could the girl turn so quickly— from almost dead in fear to so calm like a leaf floating in water.
In the silence, Annette immediately took advantage of the situation to do so...
Bugh!
Annette's leg flapped Egbert's shins.
"Shht-o..." Inevitably Egbert grimaced. That's pretty ill. The girl kicked right in her shin very hard.
The opportunity was immediately used by Annette to run as hard as possible to leave the dining room.
"Damn" Egbert clucked in annoyance at the sight of the small back so quickly disappearing from his sight. He would never have guessed it could be made off guard like that.
"Hurry and hold him!" Egbert's orders to Mary.
"Good sir"
Mary's butler immediately applauded, and quickly the three servants arrived.
"Pursue the lady" he ordered, "Then bring her here"
"No" Egbert raised his hand, interrupting Mary's speech.
"Take him to the back garden"
"Okay sir" Nod the waiters.
Without saying another word, Egbert immediately left the dining room. He rushed to the back garden where everything was prepared as a simple wedding party.
While Chief Mary and the other three servants. They were busy catching Annette running around the big castle.
"No" Annette shook her head violently, she ran with all her might away from the waiter who was chasing her.
"I don't want to marry him" Just when the servant's hand almost landed on his shoulder.
Soon Annette ran quickly to the back of the sofa dodging. As a result the waiter bowed, breathing heavily saying, "Miss, please stop!"
"No way!" Annette jumped onto the sofa as the other two servants approached.
The three servants screamed furiously, "Nonaaa"
Presumably they've been overwhelmed chasing after Annette who is quite nimble.
But Annette doesn't care. His mind is only one...
"I have to get out" he nodded.
"I have to get out of here anyway"
Annette again ran hard when she found the three servants chasing her back. Until his step arrived at the front door, his big black eyeball continued to shine happily.
"doors"
Soon Annette ran to the door but was very dear...
"Locked?"
Dismissed his hopes of escaping from this cursed place. But not giving up so easily, Annette insisted on tugging at the doorknob trying to open it.
"Miss" Mary's butler seemed to be walking quietly towards her.
"It's useless if you want to escape now" Tukas Mary, her eyes could see how hard Annette tried to open the door to get out of the castle.
"Then what should I do?" Annette sounded upset.
Hearing that loud screech Mary just smiled helplessly. Until the other two servants came to ambush Annette.
"Can!" The two maids finally managed to hold onto the skinny little arm of Annette.
"Pass!" Annette tried hard to rebel, but the two servants held her tight enough.
"Take her to the back garden as you ordered" Mary told the two maids.
"Good butler Mary"
Without heeding Annette's refusal, the two maids tightly grabbed the young girl and dragged her into the back garden.
Arriving at the back garden, Annette was struck with an exquisite garden decoration. There are some yellow lanterns hanging on the lush branches of the trees, making the night much more lively and crowded.
Along the path, there are rows of white jasmine flowers blooming on the left and right hemispheres, they are quite charming under the moonlight.
Just at the end of the trail, there are rows of candles lined up in a large circle and they are beautifully lit. Egbert looked to be standing in the middle, looking at his appearance with a cold gaze.
"Bring him here!"
"Well sir" Nod the two maids who are holding tightly to Annette's two arms, preventing her from escaping again.
Annette was forced into the circle. Just as Annette was trying to escape, Egbert had already blocked her rough wrist.
"Don't drain my patience"
Annette's body shivered when she met the man's pair of eyes that were no longer black...
Rather it was red like a blood vortex that was ready to ignite it until...
"Your eyes.." Annette's lips twitched in disbelief.
"This is the original color of my eyes" Tukas Egbert with a stifling cold glare.
One jolt—
Buk up!
Egbert had pulled Annette's body into his arms.
Annette surprised. The coldness of Egbert's body temperature made Annette again shiver.
Hugging the small body, Egbert leaned over, adjusting his height posture with Annette who was only around his chest.
Then her thin lips twitched sharply, approaching Annette's earlobe that was cold because of the touch of the night wind. Then he said, "I am a blood-sucking creature"
All over Annette's body stiffened.
"If you still refuse to be my bride.."
Annette found it very difficult to breathe.
"My sharp fangs, ready to suck the blood out of your body"
The deg!
This time Annette was stunned.
His body was almost dazed as his eyes turned to the side...
Her retina clearly caught a pair of sharp fangs sticking out of the man's mouth..
"How's it?" Egbert's cold fingers gently stroked Annette's cheeks. The movement was smooth and light, but it was full of dangerous signals. Makes Annette goosebumps and slowly freezes like ice.
"Do you still dare to refuse to be my bride?"
