Vampire'S Secret Baby

Vampire'S Secret Baby
|29|. The Happiest Wife In The World

"Do you know the best way to comfort a grieving human girl?" In the afternoon Egbert gathered all the servants in his castle in the central room. He discusses with them to prepare something that can comfort Annette when the girl returns to the castle.

Egbert asked not because he had little experience in entertaining women. Because even though his character almost rivaled ice cubes, but he was once the most romantic and loyal typical man for a woman. Only all of that was dashed in an instant from receiving betrayal from her lover.

"I asked, because there may be little difference between the mindset of a human girl and that of a girl in my nation. That's why I'm asking you guys" he said again.

Micah and Zeta exchanged smiles full of signals. Both of them were happy that Egbert was paying so much attention to Annette. In addition Mary remained standing well-mannered with her calm stature. He became the first to speak, "In my opinion, there is no such significant difference between a human girl and the girl of your nation's lord. In reality, we are beings who put forward feelings, love beauty, enjoy care and crave romance" West Java Mary so straightforwardly.

Making Micah and Zeta nod their heads together after hearing the answer, "Yes, exactly what Mary's butler said" The two said in unison.

"Then, do you have any advice that can cover everything you said?" Egbert asked Mary, "Beauty, care and romance, I want you to set it up in a moment that can cheer the girl up tonight"

Before she could, Mary poked her lower lip while thinking. It didn't take long for him to think about what to do until he nodded his head, "Okay sir. I understand what to do. You can trust me in this"

Egbert nodded in satisfaction in response. As usual, Mary never let him down.

Mary hurried to direct Zeta and Micah to follow her arrangements in making the preparations. Even that afternoon the castle dwellers were engaged in a busy schedule that was almost like the wedding preparation night of Egbert and Annette.

......................

Annette still didn't come back to the castle. He was still sitting in the front seat of the minimarket until dusk. But he had nothing else to do. But the successive sadness that had befallen him all day made him not excited to go home to the castle. He chose to sit quietly watching people passing by and a little noise of vehicles that are quite boisterous with empty views.

Once in a while Laura came out just to check on her condition and went back to work inside.

At night when the sky was blackened and the red mega twilight was gone. Annette goes into the minimarket. He stood right in front of the fridge and stared at a row of beer cans.

He rarely drinks. He remembers the last time he did so at a reunion with his High School friend last year. It was because he hated the taste of alcohol and how it worked to affect his consciousness.

But now...

'I feel so anxious to drink it'

Just when the refrigerator door was opened and Annette was ready to grab two cans of beer, someone came patting her on the back of the shoulder.

"What are you doing?"

"I want to mess up my consciousness a little" Annette's voice sounded weak.

"Put it back down" Laura ordered, "You can't consume alcohol, remember you're pregnant right now" Laura said.

Annette stared blankly at her large belly, while she laughed as if she wanted to cry. Laura who saw the scene, felt pain for Annette. What a poor girl. Her life may have been difficult, but the girl was still fractured with a smile. Only since she became the forced wife of a vampire has her life become chaotic and unfortunate formless.

Laura snatched the two cans of beer from Annette's hand and put them back in the fridge.

"I'll prepare warm honey water instead" Laura said. This afternoon she bought Annette's favorite strawberry juice but the girl spewed her out of nausea. Therefore he thought of making something more neutral for pregnant women like Annette.

Laura could see a trace of a motherly aura that faintly began to be seen from Annette.

After saying that, Annette called Gordon to pick him up and he returned to the castle early that night.

At exactly eight o'clock fifteen minutes, he had already arrived at the large residence. Annette pushed open the door and the two maids greeted her with a warm smile.

To his surprise, they came holding both of his arms and dragged him into the room. There she was seated at a dresser by Zeta and Micah looking for a dress in the closet.

"What are you doing?" Ask Annette. There was no expression of confusion on her beautiful face there was only resignation on the state.

Micah and Zeta just exchanged smiles in response. Annette chose not to ask again. Finish her face in beautiful makeup and her body wrapped gracefully in a knee-length pregnant mother's dress. Micah and Zeta took him to the back garden.

Annette's eyes were immediately greeted with candles lined up along the trail. Up there he saw a dinner table with a romantic white design. There was precisely Egbert who stood as if he had waited a long time for his presence.

The man appeared quite charming in a formal black suit. Carrying an aura of darkness fused in the frostyness of his handsome face. Seeing the man smiling so widely welcoming his presence, Annette's heart instantly rippled in hope...

'After all the mess that's been going on all day'

'Tonight I found her smiling so endearing right to the bottom of my eyes'

'When I feel like everything's paid off'

"My wife's night" Although the greeting sounded so cold from Egbert's ice-free face, it almost made Zeta and Micah almost scream because of the atmosphere.

Of course the two quickly smothered their mouths tightly, restraining him. Annette was frozen in place. I felt his world stop turning for a few seconds.

"Madam, we leave you with Mr. Egbert" Whispered the two in Annette's ear and they hurried off to give the couple complete privacy.

Annette was silent. Looking at Egbert who was walking behind him and then he found that the man's big hand was slowly slipping from his waist until it landed onto his big belly.

"This is a surprise I made especially for you" whispered Egbert right in Annette's ear, "You like it?"

Annette should have been confused that night. He was only involved in a formal letter of agreement with Egbert until the baby in his belly was born. So why did Egbert go so far?

But very dear.

The naive Annette chooses to be lulled into the role of a wife who enjoys her husband's sweet care and forgets her true reality.

"Surprise in what order?" By then, Annette had forgotten all her misfortune and sadness.

"A surprise to my wife who has survived so far..." Egbert did not continue his words, instead he gently stroked Annette's large belly as the closing of his sentence.

At that time, Annette immediately felt like the happiest wife in the world.
