Assassin's Requiem
Volume 3 Chapter 3: The Plan Revealed

Requiem, Alteon, and the prince were hiding behind a window in the palace's secret room. They watched carefully as Alysia's forces stormed the city and the palace.

"It seems they are trying to take power by force" Alteon said in a low voice. "We need to move fast."

"We must stop them before they reach their destination" the prince said. "We must defend this kingdom at all costs."

Requiem nodded. "I agree. But we have to be careful. They must have had a bigger plan. We can't get caught in their trap."

The three of them moved slowly towards the secret door and exited into the open space outside the palace. They soon saw that Alysia's forces had already taken control of the city, and were searching for them.

"There's no way we can survive on our own" Alteon said. "We need help from other forces. I'll send a message to my friends in another kingdom."

"I will lead our troops in battle" the prince said. "We must endure until help comes."

Requiem observed the situation closely and proposed another plan. "I'll go find Alysia and stop her plan. He must be behind all this."

Alteon and the prince glanced at each other and then nodded. "Alright, we will entrust that to you, Requiem," Alteon said.

Requiem immediately set out for Alysia territory, using all of his skills as a hitman to evade enemy surveillance and find out Alysia's location.

After a while of moving silently amidst the enemy forces, Requiem managed to find Alysia. He was sitting in his private room, busy with some documents and plans.

"Welcome, Requiem," Alysia said without turning her head. "What brought you here?"

Requiem stepped forward calmly. "I know you're behind all this. What do you want to achieve by taking power?"

Alysia smiled coldly. "I just want to create a new kingdom that is stronger and fairer. I'm sure you can join me and help achieve our common goals."

Requiem shook his head. "I'll never work for someone like you. And I will not let you undermine the calm and stability that is already in this kingdom."

Alysia laughed. "You can't stop me by yourself, Requiem. I've been preparing this plan for years and won't allow you to destroy it."

Requiem did not respond, he just stared at Alysia with a sharp look. He knew that he could not defeat Alysia alone, but he would not give up without a struggle. He and his allies must work together and use all the resources at their disposal to stop Alysia and her conspiracy.

Meanwhile, the prince and Heaven led their armies in battle against Alysia's forces. They fought desperately to stop the enemy's attack and defend their kingdom. But the attacks continued and got more intense, and they continued to be pushed backwards.

Requiem and Alteon arrived on the battlefield and immediately joined the battle. They helped their troops and led a powerful counterattack. The fighting was fierce, with both sides facing each other in attack and defense.

However, amidst the chaos, Requiem finds an opportunity to find out more about Alysia's plans. He saw a woman wearing a black robe among Alysia's forces and felt that he knew her. He chased the woman and caught her.

The woman tells Requiem that Alysia's plan is to overthrow all kingdoms and take control. Alysia had conspired with several other kingdom leaders to achieve her goal. They wanted to make their kingdom the strongest and control the entire world.

Requiem returns to the battlefield and tells Alteon and the prince about what he found. They immediately planned a huge counterattack to stop Alysia's plan. They prepared their troops and made plans to attack Alysia's headquarters in the middle of the night.

The attack was a success, and Alysia's forces were defeated. Alysia herself was arrested and tried for all her actions. Requiem, the prince, and Heaven became heroes to their kingdom and were known as valiant and courageous protectors.

However, this war also brought great sacrifices. Many people were wounded and killed during the fighting, including new ally Requiem. He felt sad and guilty over the death of his friend and was determined to make more sacrifices to defend his kingdom.

After the war was over, Requiem returned to his life as an assassin, but he no longer felt alone. He had loyal friends and allies, as well as pride in protecting his kingdom. He knows that there are more conflicts to come in the future, but he is ready to face them with his newfound courage and determination.

However, behind his success in saving the kingdom, Requiem felt that something was still troubling his mind. He had yet to fully understand Alysia's secret and motivation in creating chaos in her kingdom. He decides to find out more about the woman and what is really going on behind her actions.

Requiem conducted a tacit investigation and gathered information about Alysia from various sources. She discovers that Alysia is actually a powerful witch who intends to take over the kingdom and change the world according to her wishes. He used his power to incite conflict among kingdoms and kill anyone who got in his way.

Requiem felt angry and humiliated that he had been made a tool by Alysia in her attempt to achieve her goal. However, he also felt relieved that he had revealed the secret and provided justice for Alysia's victims.

In a secret meeting with the prince and Alteon, Requiem gives a full account of Alysia and her plans. They decide to take action and arrest Alysia to stand trial for her crimes.

Requiem leads an army to raid Alysia's hideout and capture her. He was detained and tried before a court, where he was convicted of his crimes and exiled to a remote island.

Alteon smiled. "You're right, Requiem. And we'll face that challenge together."

Prince nodded. "We will fight together as friends and comrades."

Requiem smiled, feeling relieved and happy. He knew that his life had changed ever since he met Alteon and the prince. He no longer lived in solitude and without a clear purpose. He had found friendship and pride in protecting his kingdom.

In the next few months, Requiem and his friends worked together to rebuild their kingdom and strengthen their defenses. They also prepare themselves to face the threats that will come in the future.

One day, while Requiem was practicing swords outside the palace, he saw a figure he used to know well: Lirien, his best friend who used to be his enemy.

Lirien walked up to him with gentle steps and smiled. "I came to apologize, Requiem."

Requiem looked at him carefully. "Sorry for what?"

Lirien sighed. "For all the mistakes I've made in the past. I know that I've made you suffer and apologize for that."

Requiem looked at Lirien carefully, but then smiled and shook his hand. "I forgive you, Lirien. We all made mistakes in the past, but the most important thing is how we grow and learn from it."

Lirien smiled and Requiem felt relieved. He knows that he has found peace in his heart and that his life has changed for the better since he met Alteon and the prince.

As the sun set on the horizon, Requiem looked up at the sky and pondered. He knows that there are still many challenges to come, but he is ready to face them along with his friends.

He smiled and said inwardly, "This is a life worth living."

Eventually, Requiem continued his life as the best and most famous hitman in the entire kingdom. However, this time he no longer did so in solitude and without friends. He now has loyal allies, including Alteon and the royal prince, as well as some new friends he meets during his adventures.

When a mission comes to him, Requiem no longer does it coldly and emotionlessly. He took on the task with pride and determination to protect the people he loved and his country.

However, conflicts and threats continued to emerge throughout the kingdom, and Requiem knew that his task was not yet completed. He and his new allies are ready to face whatever challenges come to him, in order to protect peace and justice throughout the kingdom.

And in the midst of all this, Requiem feels he has finally found his place in a world filled with magical powers and conflict. He is content with his life and happy to have loyal friends and allies. He knew that although the journey might be tough and difficult, he would never face it alone again.

The sound of a distress call rang out inside Requiem's room, and he immediately got up from his bed and picked up the communicator. "What's up, Alteon?" he asked, trying to calm his breath.

"The situation is an emergency, Requiem," Alteon said, his voice serious. "There was a massive attack on our northern city. We need your help right away."

Requiem felt his heart thump. This was a situation he had hoped for but also feared. He knew he had to act fast. "I'll be here soon, Alteon. Let me know as complete information as possible on the trip."

Requiem put up his armor and picked up his weapons before running towards the city gate. When he got there, he met the prince and several other troops who had been ready to leave. They all rode on horses and headed north.

As they approached the northern city, they saw the chaos and destruction that enveloped the city. The enemy forces had attacked and robbed everything they could get. People are running around looking for hiding places and shelters, while others are struggling to survive.

Requiem and his army soon descended from the horses and joined the Alteon army to fight the enemy. Requiem felt his heart pounding as he fought with the enemy, but he held on and protected his friends.

After hours of fighting, their troops finally managed to drive the enemy out of the city and restore peace. Requiem was relieved and proud of their hard work, but he was also saddened to see the destruction that had occurred in the city.

He promised himself to protect his kingdom and his people with all his abilities, and he knew that he was not alone in the task. Together with his friends, he is ready to face every challenge and defeat every enemy who dares to challenge them.

Alteon. "really. And we will always be ready to protect our kingdom, until the end of our lives."

Requiem and the prince agreed, and they together raised their glasses to celebrate their victory and a bright future.

From then on, Requiem, Alteon, and the prince became an inseparable team. They fought together against the enemies of the kingdom and protected their people. There was never a single enemy that could defeat them, as they always cooperated efficiently and protected each other.

Requiem feels that he has found his life purpose in protecting the kingdom and his friends. He no longer felt alone or without purpose. He has found a family in his company with Alteon and the prince.

And despite the challenges and conflicts that come and go, they always survive and protect each other until the end of their lives.
