'Please rethink your decision before it is too late. Don't make a mistake that will lead you to destruction' cues Emily, trying to talk to Jeremy as they are about to board the ship that will take them off the island.
"Didn't you have a good conversation? Like, how'd you live these three years?" jeremy asked as he turned to look at Emily who was also looking at him calmly.
Ever since, Jeremy liked Emily's calm demeanor when dealing with her. Even when Jeremy tried to kill her, Emily remained calm and never cried or made another fuss. The woman in front of him always found a way to discuss with him and say a few things that would affect his decision.
But, right now, no one can
affects his mind, even if it's Emily. Because at any moment, he would never let go. Even if he had to, he was willing to die together with Emily.
"You know, I'd rather listen to your story than your question about my decision that definitely won't change. So tell me about your life in this village. I'll listen even while standing." Jeremy said.
'I won't say it, because whatever happened in my life in the village has nothing to do with you. Besides, I want to remind you that I'm not Clarissa. I have no strong family support and will be of no use to you. So...'
"Did I equate you with that cheap woman?" jeremy's question cuts Emily's words quickly. He did not even care if his subordinates listened to his words.
While Emily frowned hearing Jeremy say Clarissa as a cheap woman. What the hell's going on?
"Do you think my feelings for you are fake? Do you think I just want a mutually beneficial relationship with each other? Some kind of mutualistic symbiosis?" ask Jeremy again to Emily who keeps quiet.
"I never thought of you that way. I never wanted any profit from you. I don't care, you have a strong family background or not. All I need in this world is YOU. Didn't I ever tell you? ILOVEYOU. I don't want to let you go and I will never let you go. So, stop trying to persuade me because I'll never let you get out of my life again." Jeremy continued at length.
'And how many times have I told you that I don't love you and will never love you?' cue Emily asked.
"No problem. Right now, you don't love me, but who knows someday, you might fall for me. It's just a matter of time to make you fall in love with me. Didn't people say that time changes everything?" jeremy said confidently. He forgets that love cannot be forced, even after so much time and so many things, he himself cannot love Clarissa.
Emily kept listening to Jeremy quietly, and after the man finished talking, Emily returned her words.
'And it's also just a matter of time for you to forget your love for me. I'm also sure, someday, you won't love me anymore when you finally get tired of waiting.'
Jeremy gaped upon hearing Emily return her words. This woman always knew how to fight him.
"My love will never change. You just have to trust me and I'll prove how sincerely I love you." Jeremy said.
Emily was silent for a moment, then moved her hand again.
'Love shouldn't be like this, Jeremy.'
"Then what does love have to be like? Does love mean I have to let you be happy with someone else, while I'm hurt? Isn't that totally unfair? For me, love should be like this, get you, keep you and never let you go" Jeremy said firmly.
'This won't work, Jeremy.' cues Emily.
Emily chooses not to say anything more because she knows it's useless to talk to her, Jeremy is very stubborn and does not want to listen to her. He has to throw his mind away to persuade Jeremy, and better start planning to escape. But Jeremy seemed to know what Emily was thinking, so he said,
"Don't think of running away from me if you don't want anything bad to happen to that boy." Jeremy said it while staring at Ferry.
'You threatening me?' cue Emily stunned.
Jeremy shrugged both of his shoulders.
"You can think of it that way."
'Jeremy, you know, what you're doing is making me dislike you even more.' Emily's gesture left Jeremy silent for a while.
"I knew... But, I need a guarantee to tie you to my side forever" he said.
Hearing that, Emily felt that there was no point in talking to Jeremy anymore. So he walked to the ship leaving the man, following Ferry who had been brought aboard by the guards. Since then, during the trip, Emily has not responded to anything Jeremy has said. Although Jeremy repeatedly comes to see her in her cabin, Emily chooses to ignore him. However, his behavior did not make Jeremy angry but laughed.
"Even if you don't respond to me for the rest of your life, I won't change my mind. Emily, right now you look like a wife who is angry and sulking at her husband who did wrong. I'm sorry, but I did all this for you."

Meanwhile, at the President's residence, Clarissa squeezed her mobile phone firmly after reading a news story inside.
Jeremy found Emily and now her husband is taking her to the palace. Not only that, Jeremy has even decided to make it as a second wife. Clarissa knew Jeremy couldn't divorce her. If he could, Jeremy would have given the title first lady to the mute woman.
"YAHHHH!!!"
Clarissa threw a nearby vase against the wall to shred it into pieces. This makes the waiters afraid and worried about the condition of the content. Especially when Clarissa blindly destroys objects around her. Sadness and anger made him unable to control his emotions.
No one dared to stop Clarissa, because if anyone tried to stop her, she would be the target of the first lady's rampage. So, the servants could only be silent in the corner of the room.
Frustrated cries of Clarissa sounded out of the room, but the guards and bodyguards could only fall silent in their place. Except for Saru the one who hurriedly walked from the kitchen to Clarissa's room.
She is Della Eden, the younger sister of Clarissa's father. She was taken to the state palace and became Clarissa's personal servant in her own right. When he entered, he saw that his nephew had stopped shouting, and was standing in the midst of the chaos he had made himself. Clarissa gasped for breath, her strength drained from her emotions earlier.
"Clarissa." call Della slow.
"Aunty..." Clarissa looked over and replied sadly.
"Be careful! Stay there, auntie's going" said Della as Clarissa was about to walk towards her. Too many ceramic shards can hurt his feet. Della walked up to Clarissa and immediately hugged her as soon as she was nearby.
