In a remote village far from the frenetic city, a young man was lamenting his loneliness while accompanied by a puff of cigarette smoke that had been his true friend since when.

"Sir doctor Rion! There's a call for the doctor" said a rented housekeeper Rion had hired.

"Who's calling?" ask Rion.

"From the city, Doctor."

"What else is with them? At most they just want to ask me to come home."

"They're in the hospital. Please return! I need you to take care of my mom and dad. You know Zetta is pregnant. I can't possibly ask him to take care of everything."

Rion took his breath. "I'll think about it."

"You're not sane! This is your mom and dad! How you talk like this!"

Phone connection disconnected. Dion deliberately cut it off because of annoyance. Rion shuffled her hair which started to be long. His appearance was extremely chaotic with a sideburn that filled his stern jaw and frowny hair. It is very inappropriate for a pediatrician who must always look neat.

"What's up, Doctor?" ask Lastri.

"My mom and dad were in an accident."

"Yes God! Then the Doctor must go home immediately."

Rion stared intently at the middle-aged woman who had been helping him all this time.

"I'm afraid this is just their wits. Aunty knows how long they've wanted me back."

"Then the doctor must return. I don't think they would lie about something like this. Do not let the Doctor regret if it turns out that something happened to the parents of the Doctor."

"Ah, shit!" Rion punched the air to express his annoyance.

"It's time for the Doctor to return. The contract period for the Doctor is over in this village. Auntie, excuse me!"

Rion stared at Lastri's departure.

"Is it time for me to come back? What if I meet Aleya or Boy? They must be married by now" Rion murmured inwardly.

Today Rion returned home to the city after a long journey. Dion's man picked her up at the airport. Although Rion's face showed compulsion, but he still obeyed the wishes of his brother and parents.

Rion went straight to the hospital with some big guys.

"What the fuck? You think I'm gonna run, huh?!" annoyed Rion who was sitting among the big man in the car.

After traveling for 30 minutes, the black SUV finally arrived at the Avicenna hospital courtyard. Rion's arrival is greeted by Dion in front of the hospital lobby.

"Rion's?" Dion frowned when he saw Rion's unusual appearance. The hair that started long and like deliberately not cut and the sideburns that filled Rion's face made the handsome man unrecognizable.

"So this is what you've been doing all this time in the village? How can your patient feel at home with your appearance like this? You better go to the salon before you see mom and dad. They would be sad to see you like this. Come on!"

Dion drags Rion's body back into the car. This time Dion was driving the car.

"Sister! Where are we going?" ask Rion.

"Of course change your appearance. You're really outrageous. If you cut off contact with your family, at least you'll live well there."

After tidying up her hair and appearance, Rion and Dion return to the hospital. They walked to Marinka's room.

Dion knocked on the door first and then opened the door handle followed by Rion behind him.

"Dad, mom!" dion's greeting made Marinka and Maliq turn towards the two of them.

"Rion!" exciting Marinka.

Rion smiled stiffly. Maliq patted Rion on the shoulder and led her towards Marinka's gurney.

"My son!" Marinka hugs Rion. His longing could no longer stand it.

Marinka summarizes Rion's face. "How are you doing, son? You're getting good-looking after I haven't seen you in years."

Dion rolled his eyes lazily. Fortunately, she managed to dress Rion up before the man met Marinka.

"I'm good, Mom. What exactly is going on? Why did you get into an accident?" ask Rion.

"We were involved in an accident with a motorcyclist. Lucky we survived because a girl saved our lives" Maliq said.

Rion hugged her mother and then hugged her father.

"Thank God you're okay" said Rion.

Three days later, Marinka was released by a doctor. Even so Marinka must continue to take the medicine until it runs out.

In a different place, Zetta, with her belly, meets someone who is waiting for her at a children's playground.

"Did you do that when you were pregnant with Andra?"

Zetta chuckles. "of course. All pregnant women must be potbellied, Ken."

"I'm glad you're living well with Dion" said Kenji.

"You have to organize your life, too, Ken. Find a good girl and live happily with her."

"Eitherway. Where can I get a girl like that?"

"It's definitely not in a nightclub" Zetta said.

"Ish, you!" Zetta hits Kenji's arm. Then they both laughed.

Zetta decides to reconcile with her past and look to the future. He had agreed with Kenji and Dion to take care of Andra together. Luckily the six-year-old was very understanding of the situation. He is happy to have two fathers at once.

"Mama! Daddy!" Andra waved at Zetta and Kenji.
