Chapters 24. Rage Boy

Boy shuts himself in his room after hearing Belinda and Patrick talk about canceling his mission as a young FBI agent. Boy felt his mother had gone too far by contacting Conrad Webster without his knowledge.

Boy came out of the room at breakfast. The four adults who were there only looked at Boy without anyone daring to make a sound. The cold aura that Boy showed made Belinda just speechless.

"I'll go to school myself. You don't have to drive me."

"Eh?" Belinda stunned. "Son..."

"Don't worry, Mama. I'm fine."

After eating his breakfast, Boy got off the dinner table and went out of the apartment. Belinda and Patrick soon follow Boy's quick steps. Kenzo and Riana followed behind.

Outside the door someone has been waiting for Boy.

"Hello, Boy. Are you ready to go?" ask a stranger to Boy.

"Already, Uncle. Let's go!"

Belinda and Patrick are only speechless to see the interaction of two different generations of humans.

"Wait!!!" Belinda stopped Boy's move. He positioned himself bent in order to match the height of Boy.

"Son, Mama knows you're mad at Mama. But don't do this, son." Belinda begging.

"Why Miss? Your son wanted to go with me because he said no adult living with him could understand him." replied a man who was none other than Roy.

"What?! My son wouldn't say that, Doctor Roy! Don't make up stories!"

"Ask the Boy."

"Sorry, Mama. But today I'm going to school with Uncle Roy. Come on, Uncle." Boy grabbed Roy's hand and grabbed it.

Belinda just looked at the departure of Boy and Roy. Patrick approached Belinda and calmed her down.

"Don't force it, Bels. Boy is a kid, after all. He still has a grumpy nature and sulks if the thing he likes is forbidden by his parents."

Belinda nodded. He returned to his room to calm himself down.

Meanwhile, Boy arrives at his school with Roy. Boy said goodbye to get out of the car and said thank you.

"Can Uncle go to your school?"

"of course. I'll introduce you to my beloved teachers." Boy was very excited to go to school.

Boy and Roy walk hand in hand towards Boy's classroom. In front of the room, a teacher greeted Boy.

"Hello, Boy. Well, today you were ushered in by your Papa?"

"Eh?" Boy and Roy looked at each other.

"Yes, I'm the Boy's Papa." Roy held out his hand.

"Ah, greetings sir. I'm sorry Boy never told you about his father."

"It's okay. Then excuse me. Please tiitp Boy, ma'am."

Roy kissed Boy's head crest before he left. Roy got back in the car and drove him to Avicenna Group. Roy thought about Boy during the trip. He is very sure if Boy is his son with the Diamond Princess.

Roy arrives at the Avicenna Group and is greeted by Ben who is ready to give him a lot of meetings.

"Good morning, sir," said Ben.

"Good morning, Ben. Sorry I'm a little late. I have to take care of something first."

"It's okay, Sir. There's still a few minutes left."

"Thank you for your hard work, Ben."

Ben simply replied with a nod of his head.

"Oh yeah, Ben. How about a girl named Princess Diamond?"

"Give us a little more time, sir."

"Hmm, okay Ben. You can go!" Ben withdrew from Roy's office.

Belinda continues to feel anxious about Boy's anger at her. For a few days Boy often went with Roy without being able to prevent.

"Uncle Patrick told me everything. Plus there is the possibility of Avicenna family interference in the disappearance of both parents Mama. I approached Dr. Roy just because of that. If it's true that he's innocent in the case of the disappearance of the villagers, then I'll let him go."

"Boy..." Belinda's eyes are glazed.

"I'm sorry I made you sad, Ma. I've also contacted Uncle Conrad. Maybe I wasn't directly involved in this mission. But I'll still help to find the bright spot of the matter. Mama don't worry."

Belinda hugged her only son. "Thank you, son. Promise me you'll be okay!"

Again and again, Boy had to go through a job as a forensic doctor with Roy. The couple has been phenomenal recently. Not to lose, Zara also accompanied Boy. But now Zara is more focused on finding out who Boy's birth mother is. Zara will not let the woman into Roy's life and snatch Roy from his side.

"Are you his bodyguard?" roy asked who made Patrick clench his hand.

"Boy and Belinda are my responsibility!" patrick resolute.

"Oh yeah? Okay, fine. Keep pretending like this until I find all the evidence. And you, Miss! You won't be able to escape reality." Roy steps away after saying the last words to Belinda.

Belinda swallowed her saliva and opened her eyes to what Roy had told her. Could it be that all his lies will be exposed soon?
