Legend of the Dragon God
CH. 10 – Gang Wei.

Three days later Liu Chang came according to Chairman Shi's invitation from the Sky tribe. After giving an explanation to Feng San, Liu Chang departed at noon after finishing his swordsmanship training.

“You came sooner than I thought, come on in!” Chairman Shi smiled amiably as he saw Liu Chang had been at his doorstep.

Chairman Shi occupies an honor building in this small town, for the inhabitants of the Sky tribe he is a hero of where they once came from. So there is nothing wrong with giving something to appreciate it.

“How's your training progress?” Opening the question Chairman Shi chose to ask Liu Chang's progress.

“Not too far but in these three days five hundred new moves back I managed to learn.”

Actually in these three days, Liu Chang had only done training with fewer portions. Although in that time he still managed to master more movements in the eighth, Liu Chang did not consider it an achievement.

Chairman Shi almost choked on his own saliva upon hearing that, Liu Chang's development would even be difficult to follow by others of the same level but even this young man before him did not look happy when he said so.

“This child is being low or indeed for him it is a common thing ...” Chief Shi massaged his chin.

Liu Chang returned to the hut in the afternoon, his visit was well responded to by the Sky tribe residents, although in the fight with the salamanders back then he was not very helpful, either, the inhabitants of the Sky tribe still considered him their hero.

Along the way home Liu Chang received many invitations but he declined them respectfully, actually Liu Chang was happy with the invitation to just enjoy the snack but his training activities would be disrupted if he responded too often.

“Gang Wei, this is my student Liu Chang.”

The morning after the swordsmanship training, Liu Chang came to Feng San in front of the hut. Seen beside Feng San, stood someone of the same age as Liu Chang.

Feng San directly introduced the two to make them more familiar.

“Gang Wei.”

“Liu Chang.” Liu Chang shook Gang Wei's hand with a faint smile.

Gang Wei was actually the son of Gang Fei, Feng San's assistant in carrying out his duties as the Dragon God.

When viewed in terms of strength, Gang Wei was still far below the current Gang Fei but had many of the gods wanting to obtain it to make Gang Wei an assistant, he said, it is estimated that in just a few more years he has been able to surpass the strength of his father.

After the two got to know each other and knew each other's names, Feng San made his point of bringing Gang Wei here.

“Nature of the Gods?”

Liu Chang was quite surprised when he heard the name, as he remembered the Realm of the Gods was only a fairy tale because such a realm was unknown the location and way to enter it.

Feng San then explained that Gang Wei here would take his place as Liu Chang's teacher as long as he went to the Realm of the Gods.

It was fortunate that Gang Wei was willing to come with him here, as some gods tried to hold Feng San back from not accepting him who had owned Gang Fei before.

“I will be gone for at most one month but I am not sure it will be finished quickly, gods like us will need a lot of time in discussing. Keep practicing more.” Feng San waved his hand and started entering the dimension behind him.

Slowly the dimensional door in front of Liu Chang began to disappear into light dust. Liu Chang smiled faintly before glancing towards Gang Wei, he felt Gang Wei would do something to train him.

Gang Wei returned Liu Chang's smile in a cold manner, to the dragon race it seemed very unlikely to consider a human like Liu Chang to be on par with him.

“Let's sit down, you want to drink something?” Liu Chang did not reply any further to Gang Wei's attitude towards him, he realized one's attitude would be better known when no one was watching. All Liu Chang could do was try to be more friendly to him

“No need, after all I was assigned to be a rival and teacher, not to be served by you.” Gang Wei replied flatly.

Actually Gang Wei did not want to take on this task but his father's coercion and respect for Feng San made Gang Wei unwillingly accept this task and accompany Liu Chang.

“Huh shit, I hope the ability is not as bad as it looks ..” Gang Wei had seen Liu Chang's aura since earlier, not the slightest bit did he feel the existence of a great power flowing at Liu Chang.

“Alright, if that's what you want, how about directly training me something?” Liu Chang could still faintly smile at that flat Gang Wei reply. He tried his best not to embarrass Feng San because of his actions.

Gang Wei nodded slowly, according to him if Liu Chang's ability to know faster then it was better for him. With that, he could determine the attitude in training Liu Chang in the future.

“I want to see your ability ... from anywhere, sword or whatever it is.” Gang Wei said flatly but in his heart, he began to be curious about Liu Chang's ability to become a Dragon God disciple like Feng San.

Liu Chang nodded slowly, he pulled out his wooden sword and began to display some movements in the Dragon God Sword Science. Liu Chang was not stupid he realized that Gang Wei was testing him, therefore Liu Chang displayed moves that were quite difficult to follow.

“What?!” Gang Wei almost choked on his own breath, he saw Liu Chang as if he was dancing around with that movement, his movements were indeed smoother than ordinary attacks but looked also stronger. Gang Wei could only giggle in awe because as he remembered the disciples of the previous gods were not this fast in terms of learning swordsmanship.

Gang Wei heard from his father, Liu Chang hasn't even trained with Feng San for a year, at first he felt that Liu Chang's abilities would not be too far away but now Liu Chang managed to prove that the human race did not seem to be of low value in Gang Wei's eyes.

“Quite, I've seen it, you're awesome. I can't believe God Feng's disciple is this strong.” Gang Wei stood up from his seat and knelt before Liu Chang to forgive his mistake for being disrespectful earlier.

Liu Chang smiled faintly and woke up Gang Wei, he thought it was unnecessary like this. He realized that his abilities must indeed be tested to prove the worthiness of being Feng San's disciple.

“Now I will accompany you to practice and teach you what I can. You can control qi, right?” Gang Wei was quite confident Liu Chang mastered qi control, before he saw the impact of Liu Chang's attack was quite powerful as it contained qi.

“I did not master it, earlier I also heard about the qi of the Sky tribe. What do you mean by qi?” Liu Chang raised his eyebrows.

Gang Wei was speechless to see Liu Chang's confession, according to him Liu Chang's movements had already been like using qi, he could not imagine what it would be like if Liu Chang were to completely coat his sword with qi.

“Eh, yes. I'll teach you the basics a little.” Gang Wei scratched his nape.
