Ch. 70 – Ancient Letters.

“Looks like I should wake Chiriyu.” Liu Chang landed on one of the roofs of the residents' houses. He took out the seal paper that was currently sealing Chiriyu.

To remove something sealed inside, the seal paper needs to take its toll, usually in the form of blood or stealth gems. In that case, Liu Chang was wearing his blood as it did not have any stealth gems.

Liu Chang bit his fingertip to a drop of blood and wrote some ancient letters that read Chiriyu's name as if he had done a blood contract with her.

“Chiriyu, come out!!"

The white-colored mist was seen so clearly as Chiriyu came out from the seal paper. Fortunately for Liu Chang, Chiriyu did not come out with his stealth form because if that happened the roof of the house under Liu Chang would collapse when Chiriyu stepped on.

After reinserting some seal papers that had quite good condition, Liu Chang immediately woke up Chiriyu who was currently asleep. “Hey, wake up!" Liu Chang patted Chiriyu's cheek several times.

“Hm, Sister. It's night?” Chiriyu glanced around her, this was the first time she had seen the night in the human world.

“Yes, let's go. Our current task is to cut down the Devil's tree.”

— Ten kilometers from Xian Qi City. —

Some horses that had large bodies were speeding up in the middle of the windstorm tonight. The people riding him were all dressed in all black with eye-catching blood patterns.

The sound of their horse's footsteps caused fear for those who heard it, as if implying that a murderous angel was passing by at this moment.

In the front row, the biggest horse was ridden by the man who gave off the most murderous aura. While behind the horse was a row of five other horses followed by ten horses in their respective rows.

“Bos Zhixin, are we going to continue his journey like this without a break?” One of the members of the Blood Rain approached the Zhixin horse, all of this group of horsemen were full strength that Zhixin led to Xian Qi City.

“Don't be too weak!! If you feel the ride of riding with the boss of the Silver Eagle. The troops behind him would not stop for days before reaching the destination. That's why it's sparking your spirits!!” Zhixin called out to the troops behind him, secretly the spirit he instilled had an effect on his exhausted army.

Liu Chang had arrived in front of the Hun tree, previously on his way here Liu Chang saw some suspicious people watching this tree from time to time. Because it gave off a murderous aura, Liu Chang ended up killing all of them and left only one person to interrogate.

“Blood Rain will be back today .. something unexpected they recruit residents around here to be used as spies .... ” muttered Liu Chang quietly while thinking about the ingenuity of the Blood Rain who often did not use his hands directly to commit crimes.

While near the Hun tree, Liu Chang only realized one strange thing: the unreasonable size of the Hun tree. With a height of about 50 meters and a width of 6 meters this tree will be difficult to cut down with ordinary human strength. Plus its hard stem texture also adds to that difficulty.

After making sure no one else could disturb him, Liu Chang rushed to fly up the Hun tree and started cutting it down bit by bit.

“Not as hard as imagined .... ” Liu Chang smiled slightly, The Lightning God Sword combined with the Dragon God Sword skill was very effective at reducing quite a lot of the wood.

Within a few minutes half of the tree had been flattened and only left the bottom. A moment before Liu Chang was about to cut down again, Chiriyu's voice called out to him to descend down.

“What's Chiriyu?” Liu Chang approached towards Chiriyu who noticed a small hole in the Hun tree.

“See this Brother ... the shape is very similar to that ancient letter, isn't it?” Chiriyu cleaned up the dust covering the letters that she thought were ancient letters.

“Chiriyu, pull over a little. I'll read it.” Liu Chang was cross-legged to read it more closely because the rest of the ancient letters were still immersed in the ground and only a small part of it had arisen.

“This tree seems to have space in it. This reads, (Every fruit we harvest, will always increase our chances of returning free. If we have fully collected, that's when the world will return we mastered) what is the meaning of fruit here?” Liu Chang muttered softly. Chiriyu also looks around the tree to find what fruit this letter means.

After leaving for quite a while Chiriyu returned a while later after finding something, she immediately pulled Liu Chang's hand to follow him to that place.

“Look, this watery land if noticed is quite strange, right?” Chiriyu pointed at the watery ground beneath her. He said the groundwater was not as usual.

Liu Chang touched the surface of the watery ground. He immediately smelled the aroma and was sure this water was not urine or the like.

“It looks like this water came from the room below. I will slash the land ... get out of the way, Chiriyu!” Liu Chang retreated a few steps, his slash could make the ground around this tree would split quite large.

In one slash the watery ground split open the diamond door that was cut in half after being slashed by Liu Chang.

“Hidden room?”

Liu Chang and Chiriyu looked at each other, they were thinking the same thing which was to enter this room. After walking down the stairs to the bottom, Liu Chang realized that the water that appeared on the ground was the water vapor that had accumulated due to the hot temperature of this underground room.

It looks like the diamond door managed to conduct heat to cause water vapor.

The longer he went inside Liu Chang started to feel his temperature getting higher but strangely he did not see Chiriyu overheating in the slightest.

“You're not hot?” Liu Chang asked after seeing the extremely relaxed Chiriyu at this high temperature.

“No, Brother. I think this temperature is normal.” Chiriyu smiled slightly.

A few minutes later, the two met a large room right in the middle of the Hun tree. Liu Chang looked around him many ancient artifacts with letters that were also absent in this age.

Chiriyu ran to the side of the room, the little girl always managed to find unique things that Liu Chang was unaware of. Liu Chang approached towards Chiriyu not long after noticing him.

“You found something, Chiriyu?” Liu Chang sat down by Chiriyu's side. This little girl had always managed to attract his attention since then.

“I don't think this is important, but try to see this.” Chiriyu handed over the jars containing a strange fruit which she thought gave off an aura like a stealth gem.

Liu Chang held his breath for a moment, since all these sentences of his foster sister had always surprised him.

“Silver jewels have aura ... Or maybe only Chiriyu felt it because she was one of them, Liu Chang's inner” while looking at Chiriyu who was unceasingly said strangely.
