Ch. 48 – Liko Valley.

"How long have I been falling?"

Liu Chang wondered inwardly, it felt like over 10 minutes he had fallen like this. Coupled with the darkening of the abyss, he could not see just how far away it was.

"Am I going to die?"

Liu Chang was back in his mind, he regretted coming down to earth in a state not too strong, so he could lose his fight with Dong Enlai. It felt like he wanted to cry, but it was crying for nothing, everything had happened at this time.

Liu Chang continued to mutter and think like that, several times he thought of giving up the situation, five minutes later he found a light. Yes, light. The blue color is quite bright, and it sounds like a river that is flowing fast.

Liu Chang tried to surrender, he saw for himself his current body right on top of those river stones. He could imagine falling from a height like this would cause him to experience death or even the luckiest, he would have a minor injury.

While trying to accept and surrender to the circumstances, a strange voice suddenly appeared in Liu Chang's mind. He did not know where the strange voice came from, but surely this voice was so familiar because it had been with him for a long time.

"Don't think of giving up so quickly, I dropped you off to earth instead of dying in vain!!"

"Teacher ... Are you here?" Liu Chang wondered.

"Don't think too long, make a shield out of Qi, hurry .. otherwise you will die soon, Chang'er!!"

Liu Chang obeyed the order given to him, no matter where the strange voice came from. He took out the Qi from his body and arranged it in layers as fast as he could.

Despite trying as fast as he could, Liu saw the distance with only two meters left, he was not sure his body was able to withstand the pressure.

Fortunately When Liu Chang had coated his body with Qi, his body was bounced into the stream thanks to the Qi he had gathered quite well holding back his pressure but as it had indeed fallen from a height like this, it did, his body sank to the bottom of the river.

Liu Chang immediately rose to the surface of the river quickly, because when he fell he did not have time to take a long breath of worry after surviving he instead died silly out of breath.

Liu Chang's hands and feet twitched, trying the swimming movements that he could, not waiting for a long time for his body to appear on the surface of the water a few seconds later, fortunately the depth of this river turned out to be only five meters.

"Fuaah."

Liu Chang swam to the banks of the river to avoid the flow of the river that was quite swift, because the flow of water as hard as this could carry his body dragged very far.

While setting foot on the riverbank, Liu Chang only realized one thing he had not seen before.

"The forest? There's a forest in the depths of a ravine like this?" Liu Chang furrowed his forehead, how could a tree like this grow so well at the bottom of the ravine and again the river behind him was currently so strange, there was no way the flow of water existed in such a deep place.

Liu Chang did not think of this oddity for much longer, he took the initiative to remove his tattered clothes and treat his injuries as a result of the fight with Dong Enlai.

Only then did he know that the injuries from his fight with Dong Enlai had quite a severe effect on his body. Liu Chang felt that this wound was caused by the light spheres that Dong Enlai released while pushing his body into the abyss back then.

Of course letting a wound this severe for too long was not good, therefore Liu Chang immediately took out something from the Galactic Ring.

"Galaxy Ring, take out a good quality swordsman's shirt and a resource of medicine!!"

After quite a while of cleaning himself up and treating his injuries using resources, Liu Chang began to rethink where he had fallen at this moment.

While trying to step further into the forest, a strange voice suddenly reappeared in his mind but not the Feng San voice he heard this time, this voice sounded more like telepathy.

"Say me don't step up, son!! You can die, don't you understand?!" yell that voice.

"Who is that?" Liu Chang again heard the telepathy in his mind, he spontaneously asked as his voice constantly popped up and disturbed him.

"It doesn't matter who I am, but definitely .. welcome to the Liko Valley." the voice came back to Liu Chang's mind, he mentioned something about the name of this place, Liu Chang frowned upon hearing the name Liko Valley.

"Hey wait ... What is Liko Valley?" Liu Chang asked again but not the answer he got from this voice. He even got a clue about this Valley.

"Go to the right one hundred meters, then turn to the left and walk straight ahead one kilometer!!" the telepathy came to Liu Chang's mind again, this time not a warning he gave but rather a detour in this valley.

Liu Chang was astonished, why not just straight ahead a kilometer, wasn't it faster?

But when inquiring about it, that telepathic voice had disappeared from his mind.

After thinking for quite a while Liu Chang finally followed the advice of the voice, he took a detour as he commanded.

"A hundred meters away, then to the left of ka-" Liu Chang's sentence came to a halt as he saw the wolf demon five meters away from him staring at him at this moment. The wolf-shaped demon looked hungry, visible from his drool that kept dripping when he saw Liu Chang in front of him.

Liu Chang thought of his strength from the demon before him, it seemed like this demon was a hundred years old. Liu Chang did not know how big his strength was, but for sure this would be a difficult fight as the wounds on his body had yet to heal.

"You styled me like that .. want my body? It's not that easy?!" Liu Chang jumped up after the demon actually attacked him. Liu Chang quickly clung to the tree branch above him, while taking out the Lightning God Sword he chalked up the Sutra Sword Science skill.

Liu Chang turned his sword towards the demon, as well as the wolf demon, he readied his claws and fangs to tear at Liu Chang's body.

"It's not that easy!! Accept this!!" Liu Chang dodged the claw attack, he again jumped onto another branch of the tree, to recapitulate the Sutra Sword Science.

"First step, slash of silence!!"

Liu Chang leaped from branch to branch, releasing several slashes at the stealthy body before him, fortunately several of his slashes managed to hit the stealthy ear until the wound spread towards the eyes.

Not stopping there, Liu Chang returned to chalking up the other Silk Sword Arts moves. To upset the demon, Liu Chang continued to move from tree to tree, drawing out his sword in a wary manner worried that this demon was not alone.

The strategy that Liu Chang used worked well, the demon was lured into following Liu Chang's movements without knowing that those movements meant to upset him.

"It's not like that ... You have to move elegantly!!" Liu Chang turned his sword towards the belly of the wolf demon, with the third skill of the Silk Sword Science he managed to tear the demon's stomach.

"WOWYRRRR!!!"

The wolf demon groaned in pain, he replied to Liu Chang with his claws. But in fact Liu Chang was able to avoid it so well that it made the demon even more furious with Liu Chang's actions.

Liu Chang continued his steps leaping from one tree to another, his multiple movements accompanied by slashes to the wolf demon body making quite a lot of wounds everywhere.

"Death!!

Liu Chang attacked again, this time he had slashed the tail and one of the stealth legs was injured in the knee. But the demon still stood up to attack Liu Chang, thinking that this prey before him should he get whatever it takes.

"Oi .. Your saliva is still in the test, you don't think your life is currently under threat!!"

Liu slashed back into the stomach, admitting that hundreds of years of stealth had rapid regeneration of such size, although being attacked several times and the wounds were closing back very quickly.

Liu Chang again attacked the demon's stomach, even though his own wound was already gaping wide enough, he did not want his fight to last too long.

"Fifth step, the fate of the fog of life!!"

Finally, after fighting for so long, the demon died by the last Liu Chang. The demon died with a wound on the stomach that gaped and split his body into two parts.

Liu Chang approached the already stiffened demon, he fumbled into the demon's stomach looking for something he could grab.

"It should be on the left ... Ah, here it is," Liu Chang smiled in satisfaction, he obtained a sizable demon gem from this demon. With its striking color, Liu Chang was sure the energy inside must be enormous.

After inserting the stealthy body into the Galactic Ring, and absorbing its gems to restore power within, Liu Chang resumed his journey following the direction of the telepathic voice in mind a moment ago.
