NOT PERPETRATORS

NOT PERPETRATORS
The Doctor Eagle's House

The car is speeding.

"Be careful, Di!" For the first time, after all this time, I never mentioned his name. The panic made me forget that I was trying so hard to get rid of him.

The doctor was focused on controlling the car. Arka is calmer. He just stayed in my lap.

The doctor stopped the car in front of the luxury house, the page was quite wide. Honking. Not long after, a man in a security uniform opened the gate.

"Why are we here?" I looked at him confused. The car stopped right in front of the house.

"Come down!" tell him to remove the seatbelt from his body.

"Wait!" Reflexes to hold his arm. "Sorry."

Smile on his lips. "Have you forgotten?"

"What?"

"I'm a doctor."

"But ... You .. are not a pediatrician, are you?" I looked at him doubtfully.

He's laughing a little. "I'm a doctor."

"But?"

"Come, comeon!"

Actually I'm not sure. But, he's right. He's also a doctor. We went down, followed the steps of the eagle doctor.

I was stunned to see this vast courtyard of the house. This house is huge. Could this be the eagle doctor's house?

"A. Ma-meaning ... Doc." I stopped the steps right in front of the door.

"I'm glad you remember my name."

I take a deep breath. "This is your house?"

He turned his body, a meter in front of me. "You think?"

I turned my eyes away from her eyes.

Again he smiled seeing the expression of the bodo period on my face.

"Come in!" While opening the door. "What do you want to drink?"

"I don't want anything! I just want you to check on my son!"

"Then take Arka to the room."

"Are you crazy?" I feel like there's a certain purpose, this doctor brought me here. Let's not say he had bad intentions.

"Do you want your son checked or not?"

For a moment I'm silent. Trying to be prejudiced against him. "alright. Quick check Arka!"

Arka was still in my arms. The doctor led us to a room upstairs. Kunaiki the winding stairs, making my legs limp.

"Racid?" Looking at me who was left far below. "It's not much, Nia. The road we're going through, more winding later."

"You're crazy!" my sift.

I walk one by one stairs. We were in a room. I laid Arka on that very soft bed. This room is very spacious.

The doctor came out of the room. He soon returned with a box filled with medical equipment.

Although I doubt it. Watching the eagle doctor, who was examining my son, painted a glimmer of admiration.

"Mrs ... Arka just sprained." Massaged his instep Arka gently with his fingers.

"sickness ...." Arka groans in pain.

"Di!" I looked at the doctor to slow his massage.

Adzan's voice is resounding.

Day changed night. I forgot to tell Mas Bastian, about Arka, and where I am here. Arka fell asleep after her leg recovered. Maybe his body is good.

How'this? If you tell him, I'm not sure he's unsuspecting. What's more, in this house there is only Me, Dimas, and Arka. Would I rather just shut up?

I decided to pray Maghrib first.

***

It's seven o'clock at night. Arka won't wake up. Usually, Mas Bastian comes home at eight. I should be home before eight. I'd better wake Arka.

Just shaking Arka's body for her to wake up, the doctor came in

"Leave it. Arka's gonna wake up in a minute, okay."

"I have to go home, Di."

"Yes, I know." Seraya grabbed my arm.

"On! Release!" I pulled this arm rough. "Don't touch me."

"Follow me!"

"No way!"

"Then I force." While trying to grab my wrist.

I had to follow his steps. He took me to the balcony. The air is cold here. He took my hand slowly. We stood up, looking up at the sky. What beauty? No stars. Only half the moonlight, the other half covered in black clouds.

He's still quiet. Look up at the sky, then close his eyelids. A faint smile perched on his handsome face. I don't know what he's thinking.

Slowly the petals open. "More."

"Hm ...."

"Do you know why I brought you here?" He asked while looking at the black sky.

"That's because .. I want to show you something" he continued.

"This house is big, big, fancy, right?" She's looking. "But lonely. It's so quiet."

I saw a twinkle of sadness in his eagle's eyes. However, I am completely indifferent.

"See .. The sky is dark. No stars. You know why?" He put his head up. "Because the star is gone."

Quiet again.

"The same as my life." In front of him the athletic body was towards me. "My star has left me."

I grinned. "Isn't there still a moon?"

"I don't like the moon."

"Why? The light is brighter. The moon is larger, and more prominent than the stars."

The corner of his lips lifted. "The moon is much brighter. But it means nothing more than the light of stars."

"Stupid!"

"I am a fool! It's left the stars, let it go away from me. I shouldn't have been rash. Now .. without him, my doctor's degree would mean nothing. My star belongs to someone else. But ... somehow .. I think he's close."

He attached that body. I kept retreating, until I was cornered into the wall.

"In ... What are you doing?" My heart was pounding as both hands locked my body against the wall.

"Nia .. Can I ask you something? Honestly answer!"
