Personal Guard

Abarai Renji is seen running through the halls of the academy. A happy smile was seen on his face as he looked for someone.

"Yo, you saw Rukia"

"I think I remember seeing her enter XX's room"

Asking his fellow students, he gets a clue where Rukia was last seen. Achieving his goal, he did not bother knocking and directly rushed in, instead,

"Rukia, you..."

Renji was surprised to see that he was not alone. Looking at the man in front of her, she noticed the shreds she was wearing.

'Noble people?'

"Oh, it seems we have been bullied. All right, take your time to think, we'll wait for your answer"

The old housekeeper finished talking, before leaving with Byakuya. Renji saw Byakuya staring at him, no, behind him causing him to turn around. Standing beside the door while leaning his back against the wall with his legs and hands folded was a familiar man. Those same cold eyes looked at him as if saying

'Am I invisible to you?'.

Suddenly the eagle on his shoulder jumped up and landed on top of Rukia.

"Kyu~"

The old housekeeper was shocked by this when he saw Itsuki's eyes piercing him.

'Looks Captain Minamoto ...'

The housekeeper only sighed as he was chased away by Byakuya leaving Itsuki, Byakuya, Rukia and Renji in the room. Renji was only fixated on the spot as cold sweat appeared on his back. Ever since he entered the room, he could not move in any way. Their reiatsu is too big.

Byakuya turned to Itsuki as resolution filled his eyes,

"You sure?"

Byakuya nodded as he disappeared from their sight. He will visit the graves of his parents. Itsuki sighed after seeing this, it seemed like he could not change some parts.

 Byakuya still made a vow in front of his parents' grave, to never break the rules.

Itsuki tried to stop it from happening but it seemed like he had failed. This would be the second time breaking it, the first for Hisana, the second for Rukia. He still felt uncomfortable producing this oath.

The bird's cry made him realize from his daydream when he saw Rukia and Seikyo playing. Touching Renji's shoulder, he calmed her down as he gathered his reiats.

"Thank you"

A small voice rang out as he walked towards Rukia. He was still engrossed in playing with Seikyo and only realized it when the eagle landed on his shoulder.

Rukia was surprised to see him so close as a faint red hue appeared on her face.

"Captain Minamoto"

Looking up, he started to lose himself in those eyes and only came to a realization when Itsuki started to speak,

"It seems Seikyo likes you. So, I'm handing him over to you"

Saying this she disappeared from their vision leaving two childhood friends and a bird behind. Itsuki then stopped a bit far away and rubbed his throat, feeling dry. From then on, no words came out of Itsuki's mouth.

'Need balance, need balance ...'

Looks like he's still looking for her. One of the most powerful Shinigami, has an entire library of soul society crammed into his head and is still looking for balance.

Time passed as the captain's seat filled up slowly. 

Since then, Itsuki took over the 2nd division, Gin took over the 3rd division, Aizen took over the 5th division, Komamura Sajin became the captain of the 7th division, Kaname Tosen took over the 9th division and Shiba Isshin became the captain of the 10th Division.

Kurotsuchi Mayuri became the captain of the 12th Division shortly after Itsuki while Isshin joined their ranks a few years later.

Rukia joined the Gotei 13 after the year ended, joining the 13th division under Ukitake. Byakuya was still strict with him and remained aloof while talking to him.

 However, he was more gentle and would praise her occasionally. The only time he would act like anyone else was in front of Hisana and Itsuki.

Hisana still refuses to meet Rukia because guilt drowns her every time she sees Rukia. Itsuki and Byakuya knew they could not force him and only had to wait for him to gather his courage.

 Although Hisana has recovered, she still has a weak body and out of fear of her being injured, Byakuya asks Itsuki to assign some guards to accompany her.

Itsuki then asks some of Maneko's subordinates to always be with her wherever she goes.

Five years after Rukia graduated, Renji, Hinamori and Kira also graduated. They were all offered positions in Division 5, but, while Renji and Kira took them, Hinamori applied to Division 2.

He never joined the executive militia, patrol corps, or detention corps, but went straight to Itsuki's personal bodyguard.

Every head of Onmitsukido has them other than Itsuki, because, in his words, he does not need them, he has Seikyo. But Soi Fon, Maneko and the other Onmitsukido members are basically trying their best in persuading him to get his own. For some reason, even Byakuya interfered.

In their words, there was no point Itsuki personally taking out a small fry, it was just a waste of time. So, after a long time of persuasion, threats, and a lot of things I won't say, Itsuki finally agreed.

However, Itsuki not only made his personal bodyguards, he made them into a corps of classified information. Only known to Itsuki and Soi Fon, to the outside world they are his personal bodyguards but Itsuki makes them his information network. He had already started planting spies ever since he became the captain, which was slowly growing as it is now.

 He needed some subordinates to manage it and did not want anyone to know about it, including Yamamoto.

Seeing the first suitor, Itsuki was surprised to find Hinamori's proposal. It seems Itsuki has taken Aizen's place for the subject of his admiration. Itsuki knows that he is a very loyal individual and, coming from an elite class, is talented, especially in kido.

Hinamori arrived in front of the main gate of the 2nd division and walked towards the two Onmitsukido guards standing there.

"Say your purpose"

The one on the right says,

"Hinamori Momo, here for the test"

While giving his papers, he was allowed to enter. On his way he met no one and only walked on a paved road surrounded by trees.

 While walking in, he finds another wall and is allowed to enter, this time with a female Onmitsukido member as a guide.

No one spoke and he could feel the tight atmosphere within the division. He was taken to the main building and finally reached a door that had a plaque that read 'Captain's Place'. They waited outside until Soi Fon arrived.

Soi Fon examined the first applicant. She seemed to be just a weak little girl. Hinamori, on the other hand, looked at the girl who was no taller than him. 

Seeing the lieutenant armband on Soi Fon's left shoulder, he hurriedly calmed down and showed his respect along with the Onmitsukido members, he said,

"Mm, so you're the first suitor"

Hinamori nodded while Soi Fon continued,

"Why are you waiting outside, come in. The captain may have been waiting"

Soi Fon goes straight in while Onmitsukido members panic and try to stop him,

"Lieutenant, I think we should knock first"

"No need, come in..."

Soi Fon opened the door and was shocked. The members of Hinamori and Onmitsukido were at first confused and also looked inside so they were also surprised. Itsuki was standing there with wide-eyed eyes at the intruders. 

She was currently dressed up and was currently wearing a white top. While the lower part of his body was covered by trousers, the upper part of his body was naked in front of three pairs of shocked eyes.

The girls saw Itsuki's soft white skin holding back his perfect muscles. His body looked like it had been sculpted by the gods and no defects were found.

Itsuki on the inside was confused but on the outside was calm. Continuing wearing his superior, he wore his captain's clothes as he disappeared from their sight. This brought them back from their minds as they looked at each other, realizing the three of them had nosebleeds.

 Onmitsukido members then farewell as Soi Fon brought Hinamori to the main hall. Only Itsuki and Soi Fon would ignore this exam so that no one else in the room other than Itsuki was sitting at the front line.

Soi Fon looked at the place and immediately saw Yoruichi sitting there, as anger rose in his eyes. The image was later replaced by Itsuki who made his anger disappear which was then replaced with what he had just seen. 

A red hue appeared as he tried to remain calm but failed to do so.

Hinamori next to him came out if it was. He continued to look to Itsuki's side with a reddened face and did not dare to look her in the eyes.

 Soi Fon then walked in front of her and started talking about the rules and regulations. Itsuki didn't say anything and just saw it happen. First, they would test his strength in all areas, and then disregard his appearance in every corps.

Then there would be an examination of how well he could handle the information and a year later he graduated with the color of battle. What surprised Itsuki was, normally he would have a good face but when he was serious or angry, his eyes became very threatening.

After that, no other application reached Itsuki's standard so currently only Hinamori is part of Itsuki's personal bodyguard. Since he was from western Rukongai, Itsuki made him responsible for it while he looked to the other three.

Rukia has the same experience in the 13th division that she had in the anime. 

Every time Itsuki went to meet Ukitake, he would observe her from a distance. She was there when she started idolizing Miyako, Kaien's wife and was also there when she first activated her Shikai.

Once, Itsuki visited and talked to Ukitake while Kaien was beside him. Rukia came in with a plate containing only two cups of tea. Putting it down, Kaien saw this as he hit Rukia on the head,

"Kuchiki! Why do I only see two cups when we're three"

Ukitake had a smile on his face while Itsuki looked calm, but one could see the excitement in his eyes.

"Pardon"

Rubbing his head, he looked down. He just thought that Ukitake and Kaien would be here, he didn't know Itsuki was here either. A small red hue appeared on his face when he saw Itsuki when Kaien saw this. Preparing to tease her, Ukitake asked Rukia,

"Kuchiki, no response from the surveillance team yet?"

Expelled from his mind, Rukia replied,

"They haven't returned yet"

Suddenly there were loud footsteps as the door opened and Sentaro broke in,

"A-there's a problem, the surveillance team is having a problem"

Upon hearing this, Kaien immediately darted and dashed out while the others followed. Entering the usual looking hut. An unconscious woman lay on top of the bed as Kaien ran towards her while shouting,

"Miyako!"

Miyako is a beautiful woman with long black hair tied up while keeping a strand of hair hanging on either side of her face.

A Shinigami next to him began to speak,

"He had lost consciousness, but his life was not in danger"

Ukitake looked towards the other subordinates and asked,

"The others?"

The subordinate in question looked down and replied,

"All dead"

Ukitake was obviously surprised by this

"Everybody dead?!"

Itsuki was only looking as a spectator as he activated his eyes,

'Indeed, there's something inside him'

Rukia was worried and approached Kaien

"Kaeen-dono..."

Kaien did not answer and only looked worried.

After leaving Itsuki restrains Ukitake.

"What's Itsuki?"

"There's a strange, no hole around, Seikyo didn't find anything"

Ukitake thought as he suddenly looked back at Miyako's location,

"You can't mean ..."

Itsuki just nodded while Ukitake looked stunned. He did not doubt Itsuki's judgment but what he meant was too dangerous.

Waiting for the night to come down, Itsuki and Ukitake stayed nearby and waited to see if he would actually come down. Kaien was also summoned and looked very worried, at first, she was in disbelief and was about to make a fuss but one gaze from Itsuki made her silent.

Ukitake began to look doubtful as time went on without any movement from Miyako. He was about to question Itsuki when Miyako suddenly sat down.
