The Wallace family is very happy. The adoption process has been approved and passed down to the Wallace family. Her real name is Chloe Valleria Wallace.

"Beautiful name" Otis said as he held the tiny Chloe in his arms. Luke approached Otis and rubbed his little baby's head. "Get him, Luke!" otis's word to Luke.

Luke took the tiny baby from his sister-in-law's arms. "He's so small, Dad, sister."

Otis nodded in agreement. "Yes, very soft. I miss Kanaya when the baby is like this. He cannot be angry or sulking. He will follow me wherever I go. Ah, I miss that time." Otis suddenly realizes that he cannot relate his childhood to Nay so clearly in the presence of Luke, who is still hoping for his daughter's love.

After a few days of Chloe being in the midst of the Wallace family, Luke becomes focused on Alma and their baby. It was nice to see the warmth that came from Chloe coming between them.

Luke's attitude has changed. He became a gentle father and husband figure to his son and wife. No more cell phones in his hands.

Alma is grateful for his reckless decision which is considered insane by some parties but turned out to bring drastic changes to Luke.

Time passed quickly too. Chloe's age is now 5 months. The development is quite rapid because Alma nurtured it himself.

"Daddy, what time are you coming home?" ask Alma one day.

("Hmm, I have a meeting tonight, anyway. What was? Chloe's fine, right?") ask Luke to worry. His mind immediately floated far away to his little princess.

Alma gave her smile. "He's fine, honey. Tomorrow, Chloe we're six months old and it's time for her to eat. I want to take you shopping together,"

("Only that? Why didn't you say it earlier. I'm going home now. For the meeting, I'll send Victor there. Wait for me, yeah,") Luke replied. The man rushed to get ready to go home. Before returning home, he spoke to a man who was not very tall and had a spiky hair in the middle of his head. After that, he left his office to pick up his wife and son.

Upon arrival at home, Luke immediately changed clothes and held Chloe who was already looking beautiful that afternoon with a simple pink canal, headdresses in matching colors as well as cloth shoes attached to her two tiny legs.

"Eh, where are Daddy's kids going? It's so pretty." Luke couldn't bear to not kiss the cheek of his daughter's bully.

Chloe also showed a wide smile while making a clear aaa sound.

"Daddy, try calling Da-, Daddy," Luke asks, teaching Chloe to call him.

"That's hard. Easier, Mommy, huh Son?" said Alma who suddenly entered and was ready with a colored outfit in line with Chloe.

"You're so pretty. Don't want to lose to Chloe huh? Hehehe," the seductive Luke chuckled.

Today, the Wallace family is happy. But unfortunately, their happiness did not last long. A few days later, Luke gets a phone call from someone without a voice who once contacted Luke at night.

"Hello, good day" said Luke.

No answers or signs of life could be heard from across the street. Luke shut down his phone and continued his work.

Meanwhile, the caller is silent when the call is closed just like that by the receiver of the phone. "It looks like he's completely forgotten about me,"

Yes, the mysterious caller is Kanaya. The girl has not forgotten Luke, although she is currently in a relationship with a man named Felix North.

Nay nodded. "Yes, but it looks like my brain won't be working today,"

Felix shook his head at the pile of paper, the laptop was open, the junk snacks and beer cans were everywhere. Not to mention, pillows and tissue scattered on the floor. Nay doesn't mind Felix's words. For him Felix was nothing more than a friend who accompanied him. Currently, their relationship is at the stage of almost getting married. Both Otis and Felix's parents are thrilled to hear their two children have reached this stage so far.

Felix continued typing excitedly. "OK, for dresses, catering, decoration, etc how?"

"Love it" answered Nay briefly.

Felix nodded. His relationship with Kanaya Rivers was quick. Nay does not want to linger and just two weeks ago, the girl invited Felix to get married.

Felix was surprised and thought Nay was drunk, considering the last liquid he gulped was just a liquid in a beer can.

Such was their dubious wedding plan. All Nay did was to help her forget Luke from her mind and heart. The girl looked very tortured.

("Hello, who is this?") ask Luke again.

Nay filled his lung cavity with a lot of oxygen then he exhaled slowly. "Ehem, ha-, hi Uncle Luke. Howdy?"
