Chapter 0.1 Summoning

“Where is this?”

“Why is it so dark?”

“I can't see anything.”

“I can't hear anything.”

“Am I dead?”

A man was tossed in a dark room.

“It's impossible? All I remember is that I was on my way home from college. Then...”

“I don't remember what happened next..”.

“Wait a minute.”

“What light is it...?”

The light was approaching the body of the man. As if he had come to pick me up. It was not long before the man arrived in a room. He opened his eyes.

“This is where?” That guy looks confused. He looked to the left and to the right.

It seems there are some people around. They wear robed clothes with white hoods. One of them approached him.

She said,”I am a royal witch. I know you must be confused. But can you follow me? because there are people waiting for us, hero lord.”

“Hero? I mean?”

Then the man called the hero followed the royal witch to a place. They passed through a solid stone-walled passage. From the window in the hallway he could see the city and the beautiful blue sky. Inside the passageway they passed by, the man looked to the upper left corner in his view.

“Wait what is this? why in my vision is my name, a few bars, and levels? It's like being in a game.”

The man was named Ciel. He wanted to ask but he held back the question first. Before long they arrived in front of a pair of large cukuo-sized doors that had beautiful carvings.

The witch knocked on the door and said,” I came with one of the heroes.”

“Come in.” said a man behind that door.  

That door is open. They both entered the room. The room is very big and luxurious.  Inside the room were several people who looked like royalty.  Ciel glanced at the figure at the end of the room.

“The person sitting there seems to be the king and the girl next to him is she his daughter?”

After Ciel entered some people also came into the room. They seemed to be wearing the same clothes from the world where Ciel was.

The king stood up and said, “Welcome heroes. My name is Zion Khriscie, king of this kingdom.”

“So...why are we in this place?”

“And also what place is this or rather this where?”

The people who had just arrived earlier asked the king some questions.

“This place is the kingdom of Tornia. One of the few kingdoms that existed on a continent called Alchesia. We call you here to defeat the demon lord who invaded this continent,” said the King.

“It's been heard many times in our world.”

“If so instead we should get special power or ability?”  

“It's true. Bring that thing here!” The king ordered one of his witches.

The witch brought a crystal. The crystal was light blue in color with the size of the strange writings. He placed the crystal in front of the king.

“Then, now we will know the capabilities of each of you. First each of you touch the crystal.”

They are afraid and afraid to touch it. No one wants to go forward first. Until finally one of them ventured to move forward.

Before touching the crystal, he asked, “Just touch it?”
