The manticore used the breath of fire to attack us, but was held back by Laura by using the Holy Wall. I used Caleo to make Emilia and her shadow approach the manticore.

When it was near that manticore, they immediately used a quick attack. The troubled Manticore received Emilia's attack, roaring and making waves that cast Emilia along with her shadow. Even the floor around the manticore was destroyed by the wave.

Laura immediately ran to Emilia's place to treat Emilia's wounds. Thanks to Divine Protectio***n, Emilia was not seriously injured.

The manticore that saw Emilia being treated, immediately lunged to where Emilia and Laura were. But since there was my Umbra on Laura, the manticore couldn't get close. My umbra formed a wall of spears to protect the two of them.

I went forward attacking using Gladio and also Luminatio. Using his tail, the manticore attacked me. I jumped back to avoid the attack. My luminatio instantly retaliated against the manticore attack automatically.

The attack from my Luminatio managed to make some cuts on the tail of the manticore. The manticore attempted to retaliate against the attack by using his fire breath.

Using Grando, I created an ice wall to withstand his attacks. I jumped up and attacked using Arcus Ignis. The fire arrows hit the two wings of the manticore.

But my attack cannot burn it. I thought that he must have resistance to fire. Besides, I feel that he is stronger than the Black Dragon. It's just a smaller size.

When I was in the air, the manticore flew and hit me until it hit the wall. Not only that, he also used his tail to attack me. Even though I avoided it, my right leg was still exposed.

Laura who has finished treating me, immediately protected Emilia with the Holy Wall. When the manticore was about to fly, I shot Arcus Umbra to bind him.

He tried to roar to untie the bond. But Laura made the Holy Wall surround the manticore. Even at the top it was made. That manticore roar, smashing the floor below him and also injuring himself.

"Emilia, let's end it now."

Me and Emilia shot up using Caleo. The combined attack between my Gladio coupled with the Blue Fire Emilia covering it directly led to the head of the manticore.

With 1 stab in the head, we managed to finish this fight. The manticore shattered into black dust. Then the dust formed a crystal ball.

"Ciel, that's." Laura said.

"It looks like it's our way out of here."

When I touched it, there was a choice to move on or get out. Of course we chose to exit this Royal Dungeon.
