Chapter 13

Rei then blocks Kuroko. Kagami immediately hid behind Rei's back.

"Kuroko-kun, you can't be like that. Pity Kagami-kun to be scared." Rei nagged Kuroko.

Kuroko was only silent when she was taken by Rei. Kagami is grateful that Rei is protecting her. Kuroko's flat face was so cute that Rei had to try to refrain from hugging her.

"Kagami-kun, I'm sorry. Because of me, you passed out yesterday." Rei said with a guilty face.

"That's nothing. Don't think about it. I also want to apologize for what I said when I played Shutoku yesterday. Sorry, it's upsetting you." Said Kagami while gently stroking Rei's head.

"You didn't let me down because you realized after that, did you? I did leave at the time, but I kept watching the game until it was over from the bleachers because I didn't want to miss every important moment." Rei said with a smile.

Rei then approached Kuroko.

"At that time, you were the one who managed to resuscitate her right, Kuroko-kun? Thank you." Thank you." Rei said with a smile.

They both smiled with red faces.

Seirin's team is training at the pool this time. Kagami still hasn't been allowed to practice.

"Exercise in the pool is hard, yes." Izuki.

Kuroko was already floating in the pond.

"Kuroko, don't sleep! Don't just float around!" Hyuga.

Rei then entered with Nigou to their training ground wearing cute swimsuits. The clothes perfectly matched Rei's body and did not show too much of his curves.

"The dog's so cute, huh?" Said someone from behind Rei.

They also looked towards the origin of the sound. They were surprised by the arrival of pink-haired girls who use bikinis that are classified as sexy.

"What are you doing here, Momoi Satsuki-san?" Rei asked coldly.

"I'm Tetsu-kun's girlfriend, so it's not strange if I want to meet him before the final league?" Momoi.

"It's not weird, but you're not her boyfriend. You only cheat once and you've already claimed him as your girlfriend when he doesn't express feelings for you." Rei said that made them all look at him in disbelief because they already knew until like that.

"Tetsu-kun and I are indeed dating." Said Momoi with her cute pretentious face.

"Are you really dating her, Kuroko-kun?" Ask Rei.

"No, he was my manager at Teikou Middle School" Kuroko said with his flat face.

"You heard that, right? You better go now." Rei tried to expel Momoi.

"Ehh.you're so mean to Rei-san. By the way, how do you know my name and my past, hm?" Ask Momoi.

"You don't need to know about it." Rei Said.

"He. So we're the same. But strangely I can't find much about you. It's so weird." Momoi.

"Momoi-san, is it true that you went to the same school as Aomine-kun?" Ask Kuroko.

"Yes. Actually I really want to go to school in the same place as you, Tetsu-kun. But, if I don't watch, I don't know what he's gonna do." Momoi said then crouched down in front of Nigou. "This dog looks like you, huh?" Just as Momoi was about to touch her, Nigou turned his face away from Momoi. He approached Rei's feet.

"He's so cute!" Momoi.

"You got that way because he was your childhood friend, right?" Ask Rei. "Well, I'm not surprised at the closeness of the two of you long ago."

"Actually, do you know where I've been? You said that a long time ago. Did we know each other?" Ask Momoi.

"Well, if it is said, you do not know me, but I know you." Rei's voice sounded ambiguous and mysterious.

After the training that was done in the pool, Kagami secretly did the exercises alone in a field. But, while about to jump he could not do it. Rei, who happened to be walking around, saw Kagami training from a distance.

'He's very stubborn. His feet still hurt. What if he can't walk anymore?' Inner Rei. As he was about to approach Kagami, there was a dark blue haired man there talking to Kagami. 

'The color of the skin. The color of the hair. That sound. Not wrong anymore. Aomine Daiki's. He must want to test Kagami.' Inner Rei. Secretly, Rei watched them from afar.

"Huh? Whoareyou? I don't like taking challenges from people who don't even tell me their names." Kagami.

"I don't care about your feelings. If I told you to play. Well, at least I'll tell you my name. My name is Aomine Daiki." Aomine's words surprised Kagami.

"I've heard of you, but don't expect that I'll take it for granted if you demean me like.." Kagami's words were cut by Aomine.

"Oi, oi! I told you I don't care about how you feel. Just shut up, let's play. No one expects to fight with you. I told you, right? I just want to test you." Aomine.

His words made Kagami a little upset.

"I'm not looking for something that doesn't exist, like a stronger player than me. I just want to know how far you can get rid of my boredom." Said Aomine again which made Kagami very upset.

Kagami then took a deep breath and exhaled.

"From Kise to Midorima, Kiseki no Sedai is just people who can upset me. But you're the exception between them. I'll destroy you!" Kagami.

They also played one on one. But having not fully recovered, Kagami is exhausted.

"This is ridiculous. Is it true that you won against Midorima?" Aomine.

"Damn it..." Kagami.

"Tetsu must have misjudged you. You will not be able to bring out all his abilities. He's a shadow. The stronger the light, the darker the shadow. In other words, he would become stronger or weaker depending on the strength of his light. Your light is too dim." Aomine.

Rei then came out of hiding.

"You've always been such a bitch, Aomine-kun?" Rei Said.

Aomine then turned to Rei and looked directly at his chest.

'Hm, pretty big too.' Inner Aomine.

Rei who noticed Aomine looking at his chest immediately covered it.

"Basic bawdy!" Jerky Rei. "But this is how Aomine, a pervert, likes to skip training, doesn't like to study, and likes to read Mai-chan's magazine." Rei Said.

"Where do you know about me?" Aomine asked who was shocked to hear Rei's words.

"Before that, introduce, my name is Rei Nabila. Basketball team manager Seirin. You asked me where I knew from, right? You could say, I'm just like Momoi. You understand what I mean, right?" Rei Said.

"But you know too much. Who the hell are you?" Ask Aomine.

"Don't I tell you? I'm Rei Nabila, Seirin's basketball team manager." Rei said and smiled. Then, he looked at Kagami. "Kagami-kun, you shouldn't practice alone like this. You have to heal first, otherwise we don't know what's going to happen to your feet. You can't walk anymore." Rei said with a serious face.

Kagami just lowered his head. They left Aomine alone. They sat on a park bench. Rei then crouched down in front of Kagami.

"What are you doing?" Ask Kagami.

"I'll massage your legs." Rei then started massaging Kagami's legs.

"You don't have to get this way." Kagami.

"Who's wrong until I have to be like this. It's because you're training when you haven't fully recovered." Rei said while massaging Kagami's legs.

Rei then stood up after massaging Kagami's legs.

"Other times, don't be like this. You worry me, baka (stupid)." Rei said with a worried face.

Hearing that made Kagami very happy. Then he nodded his head.
