Not felt, just in a matter of hours will soon occur the turn of the year. Rei was only at his house and did not know what to do to spend the remaining time.

He is currently in his room sitting on the bed and hugging his pillow.

Suddenly, his phone rang a sign that a phone was coming in. He immediately lifted it.

"Moshi Reicchi!" Said the man excitedly on the phone.

"What is Kise-kun?" Ask Rei.

"Because tonight's the turn of the year, how about we go to the temple?"

"We're both only?"

"Yes. You want one, Reicchi? If you don't want me I'll be very sad." Say Kise with a clear tone of voice.

"Ha'i ha'i, it doesn't need to be like that. I'll go with you."

"Hontou ni?"

"Yes." Yeah."

"Yesse!" Said Kise cheering happily in her room.

Rei who heard it so laughed.

"I'll pick you up tonight." Say Kise again and then turn off her phone.

Rei then smiled while looking at the screen of his phone.

He stood up and walked into the closet. It was not her wardrobe and then looked at the contents.

"Wearing a sweater and jacket will be better, especially outside is still very cold." Rei said, then closed his wardrobe and spent time at home until it was no longer night.

At exactly 9, Kise came to pick him up. He went back to checking his clothes, afraid that they might look strange. After being sure there was nothing strange, he immediately came out of his house and approached Kise who was waiting for him in front of the house while occasionally rubbing both hands because of the cold air.

"Romance, Kise-kun. Did you wait long?" Rei Said.

"Ie, I'll always wait for you until anytime." Said Kise while smiling which made Rei's face glow red.

Kise just grabbed Rei's hand and took him away. They walk in silence, busy with their own thoughts.

'What am I doing right? Did I make Reicchi uncomfortable?' Inner Kise then glanced at Rei who looked slightly lowered intending to hide his red-hued face.

'I don't know what to react to. I was too embarrassed to even look at him.' Inner Rei who was still lowered.

They did not arrive at the temple. They spent time walking around the temple until the turn of the year marked by fireworks in the sky. They then lined up to pray.

Kise then let go of his hand when he was about to pray. Rei felt a little unwilling as Kise let go of her hand grip.

They also pray. Rei finished praying first and saw the face of Kise who was still praying.

'He is very handsome. It could be a model.' Inner Rei.

Kise then opened her eyes and saw Rei who was also looking at her. They kept staring for a few seconds until they realized there were still many people waiting in line to pray.

They immediately stepped aside and allowed others to pray.

They also take a walk at the festival that is being held near the temple to welcome the new year. But since there were many people, Rei was pushed and separated from Kise in the crowd.

Rei tried to find Kise in the crowd. There's someone holding his wrist, but it's not Kise.

"Miss, do you want to come with us?" Asked the person still not to let go of Rei.

"Come with us. You won't regret it." Said the man while grinning.

Rei tried to let go of his hand but that person was too strong. Suddenly there was someone pulling on Rei's hand that made that person's grasp come off. Rei turned to look at the man.

"Kise-kun's..." Rei Mumbled.

"He's my boyfriend. Don't you dare touch it." Said Kise while giving the person a sharp look.

That man went with his friends. Rei breathed a sigh of relief.

"Daijoubu desu ka, Reicchi?" Kise asked who looked very worried.

"Daijoubu, Kise-kun." Rei Said.

Kise just hugged Rei tightly, she was very worried about Rei.

"Yokkata, hontou ni yokkata." Say Kise.

Rei did not know what to react to, he just quietly let Kise hug him.

Kise let go of his embrace and cupped Rei's face with both of her big hands.

"Gomen, I've put you in danger. I'm not leaving you alone anymore." Said Kise who looked guilty.

Rei then also cupped Kise's face with his hands.

"Come, Kise-kun. It wasn't your fault. No need to think about it, the important thing is that I'm okay right now? And that's because you came on time." Rei said with a smile and tried to calm Kise down.

"Reicch..."

Kise then brought her face closer to Rei and kissed her right on her lips. Rei's eyes glared in surprise, but he did not fight back or return Kise's kiss the same as when Akashi kissed her.

Kise then let go of her kiss and looked at Rei inside. Rei's face was already flushed.

"I love you so much, Rei. I don't want to lose you." Say Kise.

"Kise-kun's..." Rei Mumbled.

He could not avoid Kise's gaze. It felt like that look was curbing him.

They stared at each other for a while until they realized they were still in a public place.

Kise immediately let go of her face and averted her eyes as well as Rei. They are silent in awkwardness.

"I-I'll take you home." Kise said then clasped Rei's hand and led him away from the crowd.

They walked in silence until they reached Rei's house.

Kise let go of his hand. Just as Rei was about to enter his house, Kise again held back her hand. Rei also looked.

"Rei, I hope you choose me. But whatever your decision may be, I'll still love you." Said Kise with a serious face.

Rei was stunned to hear Kise's words. He doesn't know what to answer. Rei then went into his house and closed the door. He leaned against the door and looked up at the ceiling.

'This is getting harder. What will they do next? I'm not sure my heart will survive.' Inner Rei then sighed.
