Become a Manager At Kuroko No Basket
Chapter 25's

The Winter Cup has already begun. Before the game starts, an opening ceremony is held in advance which is attended by each player.

The first match between Seirin and Touou will start at noon, but Kagami has not arrived yet.

"Damn! Where is Bakagami?! The opening ceremony is over!" Said the annoyed Riko.

"It seems he forgot the time difference. He'll be here soon." Fukuda.

"Hard to believe." Hyuga tries to be patient.

Suddenly, Kuroko's phone vibrates a sign of a message coming in. He checked it and looked a little surprised.

"Sumimasen, but can I go out for a second?" Ask Kuroko for permission.

"I told you not to go out." Said Riko with her upset face.

"But.I was called." Kuroko.

"Called?" Teppei did not understand.

"I want to meet Akashi-kun." Kuroko.

Riko seemed to sigh for a moment.

"Okay, this afternoon we're going to play. Come back before that." Riko said firmly.

"Good." Kuroko said and walked away.

"Rei-chan, can you go with her?" Ask Riko.

"Dec." Rei then followed Kuroko.

Outside the stadium, members of Kiseki no Sedai gathered.

"You brought a nanny, huh, Tetsu?" Say Aomine while playing her basketball with her finger.

"Minechin, you have Sacchin too." Murasakibara said while chewing his chocolate.

"Satsuki has nothing to do with this." Aomine.

"Midorimacchi, why are you carrying scissors?" Said Kise who just distracted her from her phone.

"It's obvious this is my lucky thing, after all." Said Midorima while showing her scissors.

"But it's dangerous." Scream Kise. "I don't like to see you walking around carrying scissors like that." Further.

"Sorry to keep you waiting." Kuroko said as soon as she arrived at the place where they had gathered.

"Doumo, minna-san." Rei said hello to all of them.

Kise's phone suddenly rang a sign of an incoming message.

"Your phone's very annoying, Kise. Is that from Akashi?" Aomine.

Kise checked her phone and was surprised to see the contents.

"This.message from my fans." Say Kise.

"Death!" An annoyed Aomine said.

Murasakibara was trying to open a packet of potato chips. But it can't be opened.

"Midochin, lend me your scissors." Murasakibara.

Midorima let out a heavy sigh.

"I don't want to." Midorima.

"What's? Kurochin, do you have any?" Ask Murasakibara.

"I don't have." Kuroko.

Rei took out his scissors from his skirt pocket.

"You can use mine, Murasakibara-kun." Said Rei while giving him the scissors.

"Why should the one who called us come at the very end?" Kise started to complain.

"No need to complain. He's like that." Midorima.

"Basic..." Aomine.

There came a red-haired man who stood not far from them.

"Sorry to keep you waiting." Said the man who made them all look towards him.

"Akashi-kun." Rei Mumbled.

"Daiki, Ryota, Shintaro, Atsushi, and Tetsuya. I'm glad to see you guys again. I have been waiting for our meeting for a long time. But, there are people who shouldn't be here." Akashi said, looking at Rei. "Right now I just want to talk to my teammates. I'm sorry, but can you go?" Further.

"Sorry Akashi-kun, but I don't want to. I've been wanting to see you and the rest of you for so long." Rei's words that made Akashi look at him sharply.

They were all surprised to hear it. Then someone came from behind and patted Rei's head slowly. He is Kagami.

"You're not exciting at all. Don't ignore us." Kagami.

"Kagami-kun!" Said Rei who was slightly surprised by Kagami's arrival.

"Tadaima, we'll talk later. Before that..." Kagami said and looked at Akashi. "You're Akashi, huh? It's good to see you." Further.

"Shintaro, can I borrow those scissors?" Akashi said as he approached Midorima.

"For what?" Ask Midorima.

"My hair is a little annoying. I want to prune it. But before that..." Akashi then receives the scissors given by Midorima. "You're Kagami-kun, right?" Continue while walking closer to Kagami.

"Kagami-kun, be careful!" Rei warned Kagami.

Akashi then attacks Kagami with scissors he holds and causes a scratch on Kagami's cheek. Luckily Kagami could avoid it, otherwise he would have been hurt worse.

"Akashi-kun, you're too much!" Rei Said. "I know you're absolute, but it didn't get this way either." Further.

"What do you know about me?" Akashi asked again giving his sharp gaze to Rei. But that doesn't scare him at all.

"I know everything, not just about you. But all of you. Because I'm..." Rei Said. "Repid from another world."

Those who heard it were shocked.

"I've been watching you from my world for a long time. That's why I know about you. It's all been proven by my words and actions when I met you." Rei said seriously.

Rei then turned on his phone to look at the clock.

"Wine! I have to go now! We'll talk later!" Rei said then a small run left those who were still digesting what he said.

'A fascinating girl.' Inner Akashi.

They decided to believe what Rei said even though it sounded absurd, but it was all already proven.

Meanwhile, Rei ran a small back into the stadium. There was actually nothing important that he needed to do, he only wanted to escape for a while. He went into the toilet and went into one of the empty rooms. He then rested himself at the door of the room.

'I've said everything. What am I supposed to do? Have I done the right thing? Will the storyline in this anime change? I hope not.' Inner Rei was worried. Then he remembered something. 'Wait a minute! I'm just saying I'm from another world. I'm not saying what's going to happen in the future and who's the winner of the Winter Cup. That means nothing will change.' He then breathed a sigh of relief.

Rei immediately came out and re-joined the members of Seirin's team who were currently in the dressing room because soon there would be a match between Seirin and Touou. There are already Kuroko and Kagami.

"Where have you been Rei-chan?" Riko asked with her face down.

"Coach, I was out of the toilet." Rei said with a guilty face that made Riko not to scold him.

Kagami and Kuroko just looked at Rei curiously.

'Another world? That sounds absurd but...' Inner Kagami. 'Everything he said back then was as if he had known us long ago.'

'Rei-san, she said she is from another world. That's hard to believe, but...' Inner Kuroko. 'I'm so happy to meet him.'
