The match resumed. Kagami realizes that Akashi feels different from the one he was when he returns to face Akashi.

While making it past Kagami, Akashi then confronts Kuroko.

"What are you doing here?" Ask Akashi.

"Of course because I want to see you. I told you that I wanted to meet the other you when you were all together." Answer Rei.

"It's nice to meet you, Akashi Seijuro." Continue with a smile.

"How do you know it wasn't me that met you before?" Ask Akashi.

"From your eye color and attitude. That seems obvious. If your eyes are the same color it means Akashi is soft and warm but if your eyes are heterocrom it means Akashi is sadistic and cruel." Answer Rei.

Suddenly Rei's phone rang indicating an incoming call. The call came from Kuroko, Rei immediately picked it up

"Moshi moshi"

"Moshi moshi Rei-san, where are you? We're all looking for you."

"Gomen ne's. I have some business so go home first. Tell them my apology. Jaa ne."

Rei turned off his phone unilaterally and sighed hoping that Riko would not scold him tomorrow.

"I think I should go now. It's getting late." Rei muttered which Akashi could still hear.

"I'll drive you." Akashi uttered to Rei's surprise.

"No need, I can go home by myself. You should also go back to Kyoto." Rei Said.

"I'll take you back to Kyoto." Akashi.

They waited at a stop close to the stadium. Not long after, Akashi's car arrived.

They also got into the car. Akashi keeps looking out the window of the car as well as Rei. Akashi occasionally glanced at Rei. No one speaks at all. The atmosphere became very awkward.

'Why be awkward like this?' The uncomfortable inner Rei.

Unfeeling, they had already arrived in front of Rei's house.

"Arigatou, you've brought me home." Rei Said.

"Come in. The weather's getting cold, don't get sick." Akashi said with a smile.

Rei then nodded and went inside his house. He then threw himself on the sofa.

'Did I just dream? An Akashi Seijuro drove me home? Unbelievable. But it was because she was being her warm and gentle self. Instead of thinking about it I'd better take a shower.' Inner Rei then stood up and walked towards his room on the 2nd floor.

After she took a shower, someone knocked on her door. He immediately went down and opened the door.

Rei was so shocked by the figure standing in front of his door. The figure was red-haired and had eye colors that matched his hair.

"Akashi-kun, I thought you were back in Kyoto." Rei Said.

"I can't go back because of the snow that covers the road so my car can't get through." Akashi.

"Let's go in." Rei then widened the door to let Akashi in.

After Akashi entered, Rei closed the door again. Akashi sat on the sofa.

"What about your driver?" Ask Rei.

"She said she'd sleep in the car." Answer Akashi.

Rei just nodded in understanding then headed for the kitchen to make hot chocolate for himself and Akashi.

After that, he returned to the living room with the hot chocolate he had made for the two of them and placed one of them in front of Akashi then sat on the sofa next to Akashi.

"Do you live alone?" Ask Akashi.

"of course. I came to this world also by chance." Rei said and drank the hot chocolate.

Akashi who was drinking his hot chocolate turned his eyes to Rei.

"What do you mean by coincidence?" Ask Akashi.

"I was hoping to get into your world, then suddenly when I woke up I was already in yours." Answer Rei.

"Did you ever think about going back to your world?"

"Not at all."

"Why?"

"Because I can't be happy there." Rei said then quietly for a moment then continued. "My mom died in an accident when I was a kid. I assume I was the cause of my mother's death. Since then, I have been living independently and my father has only sent money for my living expenses. He never once visited me just to check on me."

'He's the same as me.' Inner Akashi.

"When I'm happy here. I have Seirin's team members who care about me and you, Kiseki no Sedai." Rei said and smiled.

Silent. No one is talking.

"I'll prepare a room for you." Rei then stood up and headed to the 2nd floor to prepare the guest room that Akashi would wear.

A few minutes later, he came down again. Rei then escorted Akashi to the room he had provided.

"You can call me if you need anything." Rei Said.

"Arigatou, let me stay at your house." Akashi.

"No problem. Rest, you must be so tired." Rei Said.

Akashi nodded with a smile.

"Oilas." Akashi.

"Oilas." Rei said with a smile then left Akashi and returned to his room.
