Mariana tried hard to fulfill Elios' request. Since being given the order until now, he has not stopped watching Roxanne's room in order to sneak in.

Finally there was an opportunity where Eris did not visit Roxanne.

"Let me go." Diane rushes away after seeing Arkas move away from the room, which means she will return to the main building.

Mariana watched over Diane's back while occasionally looking at Arkas. While Diane tried to keep her steps slow, until she actually reached the door of Roxanne's room.

Without knocking on her, Diane shifted the door open.

Causing Roxanne to be shocked in it.

"Diane?"

"What are you doing here?" diane suddenly said. "Only you are free now and you are just relaxing in your room."

Of course Roxanne did not understand suddenly getting such a sentence. Isn't it Roxanne who's locked up and they're all free?

"What's wrong?" Roxanne tried to respond quickly. "First Young Master told me to rest so I'm—"

"Roxanne, I was really amazed at how you maintained that naivety until now."

Roxanne's stunned.

"It seems like no matter what happens, you would rather be who you are now."

Roxanne's emotions are still unstable after Eris and Arkas make her angry. And now Diane comes scolding her as if everything was Roxanne's fault?

"Whatchu mean? Just say it clearly. I should what?"

"What else? You can't think for yourself? Mrs Graean is gone."

Roxanne looked at him furiously. "I told you to tell me directly."

"Young Master Elios has no protector at all in this house. That's what Madam's death means."

Diane's gaze was the same as Roxanne's.

"Mrs Graean is needed in many ways, if you don't know at all. Young Master Elios may be Narendra but he's outcast. If it were to be called roughly, then the position of Lady Graean was even much better than that of Young Master Elios in this house."

"Then why are you talking like it's my fault? It wasn't me who killed Madam!"

Diane was bluffing her teeth, not hiding her disgust there. "From the beginning, you were such a woman."

Roxanne's feelings were erratic. Why did Diane suddenly do this? Why is he so hateful to Roxanne? This was even different from when he said he hated Roxanne but his expression was flat.

Roxanne's heart was broken. He turned pale looking at Diane who was glaring angrily at him.

"I know because I saw it for myself! You think I'm stupid, huh? I watch over you all the time and I know your relationship with Sanya! Stop acting stupid!"

If Diane gets to tell everyone about it, Roxanne could be put to death. He at least knew that, because Elios' property was essentially Narendra's property on loan.

Diane pushes him away while releasing Roxanne's collar.

"You're so spoiled and annoying. Understand that small things cannot. First Lady is gone and your deeds with Sanya are bestowed on her. Though the Young Master's greatest honor lies with the First Madam. It's a stupid woman."

Roxanne clenched her hands with her head bowed.

He knew he had to be quiet now because if Diane threatened him further, Roxanne would be in danger.

"What's wrong?" Roxanne looked up again, pretending like nothing had happened. "Did something happen to Young Master? If you don't know, I want to leave when Daniel picks me up but Second Young Master forbids."

Diane looked at him coldly. "Being aware of you First Young Master's pet can't either."

"What?"

"You think First Young Master and Second Young Master are really that good, coming to feed every day to Young Master Elios' wife? If you really don't know, Madame Medea locked us all up."

"Madam bestows your guilt on us. Calling us irresponsible and not performing our duties at a price. Madam even threatened to kill us all for being useless."

Roxanne breathes.

"Only you enjoy all this now so why can't you think a little? Do your job."
