Roxanne just stared flat at the man. The guy named Roxanne doesn't know. If it wasn't wrong, he disappeared some time before Roxanne jumped.
Graean had come to say that from now on he would look after Roxanne. Because Roxanne gets hurt too often and Arkas doesn't like that.
"Time to eat."
Roxanne's attention was distracted by Diane. The woman did indeed directly take care of him on Graean's orders, even if the waitress was enough.
"Your head is fine? Can you sit down?"
Roxanne isn't hungry because of the stranger, but she won't bother Diane. "Can" he answered forcefully.
Diane helps Roxanne lean on a pillow that is arranged high, then the woman sits down, directing the food into Roxanne's mouth without saying much.
"Can't he get out? I'm not comfortable" Roxanne told Diane, but the man actually heard.
"I don't know." Diane replied as if the man did not exist either. "First Young Master asked for it so I have no authority to ask him to leave."
He had heard but the man did not even move.
There was something Roxanne was willing to say to Diane and it couldn't have been if this guy existed.
In the end Roxanne is silent, receiving all the food feeds from Diane. After finishing, Diane immediately resigned herself and only told Roxanne to rest in order to recover quickly.
Roxanne did not lie back down, but remained in her position.
"What's your name?"
The man was silent.
"Hey." Roxanne opened her eyes wide at the stranger. "I'm not a good person. Arkas doesn't even treat me like this, so you think you deserve to do this? I can tell Arkas that you're being rude to me."
The stranger just stared coldly. Doesn't look daunted. But he replied, "I don't accept any duty from the Young Master other than standing guard. Talking to you is not an obligation."
"Even then—"
Before Roxanne could finish speaking, the person suddenly passed away.
Roxanne barely believes her actions, but she is distracted by an open door, bringing Elios up with Daniel.
"I smell insects." Elios sat on the edge of the bed. "My wife, are you talking to that insect?"
"You don't like him?" From now on, Roxanne no longer wants to call young master Elios. He won't even be in front of Madame Medea.
"No," Elios replied casually, ignoring Roxanne's way of speaking. "I've hated that boy so much since he was born."
"Who is he? I think the connection to Eirene is good."
Including Eirene, of course. Roxanne doesn't care even if Elios is hooked again. He said he would do whatever he wanted now.
I don't know what Elios was thinking, but for a moment he was silent on hearing the name of his twin sister. Even though he smiled.
"His name is Dioris, Miss." Daniel answered with a friendly smile. "He was Miss Eirene's bodyguard a long time ago. Well, you could say their relationship is quite good. Because Dioris has been with Young Miss since she was four."
So anyway. That guy loves Eirene, doesn't he? Poor too. Roxanne wanted to laugh at him.
Is not the relationship between brothers the most difficult relationship to destroy? Because they are unlikely to break up when they are firmly bound by their own blood.
"Did he bother you, my wife?" Elios held Roxanne's hand over her thigh. "What did he say?"
Roxanne was more focused on the wound on Elios' hand. It was bandaged neatly until it felt stiff.
"Did the Young Master punish you for me?"
"Hm? No. gabe. It's a wound from practicing the sword." Elios pulled Roxanne's hand to his lips. Peeling the skin of the hand while smiling sweetly. "Why? Are you worried about your husband?"
Roxanne still can't believe that Elios really changed, but she can't believe that Elios would be this patient in pretending.
Why is he pretending to like Roxanne anyway? He's not even afraid of Arkas. If he's scared and he's forced to be nice to Roxanne, it still makes sense.
But in fact it's not. Then why?
"Stay playing the role of Brother."
Heh. That crazy kid and Elios were supposed to fit in with each other.
"Yes, I'm worried." Roxanne rubbed the corner of Elios' lips. "I don't want to ruin your handsome face anymore."
