I think it was most likely that the letter was about the chronology of how Sun died and who killed him, that was what caused Sister Sista to become vengeful and wanted to kill doctor Raska because he was the son of the one who had killed her mother.

Refald's intoxicating kiss made me soar that I forgot to breathe. He looked at me again and put his forehead on my forehead.
