episode 40 of Refald's Promise

Once the meeting is over, the material delivery event is immediately started. Speakers consisting of several alumni participated in providing material to participants. The others are preparing for the next event.

While everyone was busy with their respective duties and obligations, I searched for the existence of Refald who suddenly disappeared just like being swallowed by the earth.

I looked around but couldn't find it. The officers I saw were not here anymore.

"Where did they all go?" I muttered while looking for them.

"What are you doing?" asked Yua who was suddenly standing next to me.

"It's okay? You just take a break, the others are still following the show."

"No! I'm bored, and also uncomfortable."

I understand what Yua meant, how could she comfortably one tent with the lover of the person she liked the most.

"Later to sleep in my tent with the others."

"really?" Yua looked pleased. "Is there still a place in your car?"

I just looked at Yua with a smile. Actually, the tent is full. But seeing Yua tormented like that, I so did not have the heart.

I just grimaced to see Yua.

"Thank God, I'm so happy for you. You and Refald are compatible. From the beginning I had expected that you guys were meant to be together."

"Thank you, Yua .. You're my best friend!"

"Happy, Fey ... Then, what are your next plans?"

"Ehmmmm, I haven't thought about it yet" I said honestly.

I really don't know what else to say. Actually, I'm really glad that Refald came back with some amazing facts. It feels like sharing happiness with Yua, but I can't say it right now. The timing and situation are not very precise.

It's really bad to talk about my happiness with a friend who is in acute heartbreak. Yua is not so much fun at the moment. I don't want to keep him tormented and hurt like this.

I need to figure out a way to separate Epank from Via. But, how is it? Refald made no comment after knowing the truth. I was confused as to what to do next.

I saw Yua staring at something I could already guess what she saw if she had such expression. The togetherness of Epank and Via must have hurt him. I'm sure Via was deliberately acting romantic in front of everyone here.

I closed Yua's eyes with my hands as her tears almost fell. He looked at me and I clasped his hand and took him away from here. This is all I can do with Yua. The night has finally arrived. I haven't seen Refald yet. Go where is he? What the hell is going on? Why he likes to worry me so much.

"Fey! You're not sleeping?" ask Mia.

"All right, I'm ahead!" Mia left me and went into the tent.

Finally, all the activities today are finished. All my friends are exhausted. So, they immediately went to sleep in their respective tents after the dinner was over. Likewise with other PA participants. They are also immediately encouraged to rest immediately because tomorrow the activities will be much heavier than today.

"What are you doing here?" alex asked, he stood beside me, watching the tent around us.

Alex is a good person and very disciplined and responsible for what he does. No wonder he was nicknamed the prince of Nature Lovers who was notoriously friendly and thoughtful. His calm inn, adding a charismatic impression on him.

"Sister Alex!" I tried to call Alex back. He looked at me who was starting to approach him. "Did you see Refald?" ask me after being in front of him.

"What kind of wife are you? My husband doesn't know where?"

"He's not my husband, brother! stop calling like that, we're not married either!" I'm being bullied for being constantly nicknamed Refald's wife.

"But you are engaged, sooner or later you will become husband and wife. What difference!"

"That's very different, brother!"

"For me it's the same!"

"It's been that you didn't know!" I passed away leaving Alex with a super duper face upset.

"I know!" yell Alex. I turned to face him again.

"Where?"

"Behind you"

I laughed immediately. "So don't fool me with a joke like that."

"Well, if you don't believe it!" Alex said that while leaving me.

As he passed me and I turned around to follow him, I saw that Refald was already standing there. Right behind me.

Alex walked closer to Refald. "He didn't believe you were here before" he told Refald. "You love to worry your wife." she patted Refald on the shoulder, who stood looking at me, and left us.

I looked at Refald with relief. Thank goodness he's okay. I'm really worried about him.

Refald. He took my hand and led me to sit by the fire. I knew Refald's purpose was so that I wouldn't get cold, because the night it got, the colder the air here got. I could even see the air coming out of my breath.

"Where have you been? Why did it disappear?" ask when we sit together.

"What do you mean?"

"I saw you just now. Standing near the entrance. What are you doing there? And what makes you so wary of seeing a police officer?" I unknowingly interrogated Refald.

"You have so many questions! Have you eaten?" it looks like Refald's trying to divert the conversation.

"Already! How's yours?"

"I have too! Don't worry about me."

"You haven't answered my question. Where have you been these last few hours?" Refald just kept quiet and looked at me with meaning that I did not understand at all. "What's wrong? Is your wound okay?" I'm trying to guess.

Refald shook his head. "May be okay?"

"You didn't open the bandage? What's the matter exactly?"

"What's? But ... why?"

"Because .. I felt something was bad. I can't leave you. I promised you. I'm not leaving you again."

"But ...."

"That was my decision. Like it or not, I'll be by your side." Refald interrupted me before I finished my sentence.

I don't know what's on Refald's mind right now. He seemed to be wary of something I couldn't understand. I actually wanted to ask her, but, somehow I can't tell her what I want to know from her right now.

"Actually .. Where were you? Why am I just seeing you now?" I kept pushing him.

"I'm not going anywhere. You're busy so I don't want to bother you."

"But why don't I see you anywhere?"

"Why? You miss me?"

"Don't switch the conversation!"

"From the river" answered Refald quickly.

"the river? What are you doing there? Find wangsit?"

"Fishing!"

"Did I not hear wrong? I didn't think you liked fishing either! Where's the fish?"

"Detach .. I have no intention of arresting him. I was just watching the fish."

"I don't understand what you mean. Where there are people who fish just observe the fish without being on the fishing line! You're weird!" I don't know why I felt there was a hidden meaning to what Refald said.

"Oh, it's late! Get some sleep, there's more work tomorrow, right?"

Refald stood up while extending his hand to me. He wants to take me to the tent. But, I still did not want to stand up, therefore I did not welcome his outstretched hand.

"What's wrong? You want to sleep here?"

"Actually, my tent is full. I told Yua to sleep on my kick because she wasn't comfortable one tent with Via."

"What?" Refald sat by me again in surprise. "Then where did you sleep?"

"I will accompany you on your guard!"

"Can't!"

"Why?"

"You think keeping the night is good? You can get sick later!"

"You haven't slept from last night either? What if you're sick too?"

"I never sleep, Fey! Not a second before I can find you and you're safe here."

"Your explanation is ambiguous. I don't understand what you're saying to me at all. But yeah, you're like that."

"Wear this!" Refald gave a large backpack that turned out to be a sleeping bag.

"Where did you get this? Who's this?" I noticed this thick sleeping bag. It would be warm to sleep in it.

"That's mine!"

"I didn't see you bring him here?"

"I told Mr. No to take it for me."

I'm a little confused, it's no secret that Refald can do everything easily, including getting this sleeping bag. Somehow that warm thing is already here. After all, this sleeping bag is very useful for me.

"Then ... Where did you sleep?"

"Heem." Refald grinned mischievously.

I threw the backpack back in front of Refald, who was caught by the owner.

"Why? This sleeping bag fits both of us, and of course, our bodies will be much warmer" Refald said without sin.

"Basic bawdy! I don't want to!" my nasal.

I left Refald but he hugged me from behind and surprised me.

Spontaneously I immediately let go of her embrace. "What are you doing? What if someone sees us?"

"They already know everything, even if we get married here, they will support and be happy for us."

I'm getting more worried about Refald. Let's not say he was possessed after the river. I hesitantly approached him to measure his body temperature using the back of my hand which I had pinned on his forehead.

"Refald took my hand. "What are you doing?"

"Your body temperature is normal! Why are you acting so weird like this?"

I can't believe Refald pulled my body right up to it. He's keeping me tight. There are no more barriers between us.

"Do you think I'm crazy?" ask her sharply. His look made me nervous.

"Yes .. uh, no! You're not crazy .. Really, let me go! Someone's gonna see, you know it's gonna ruin my image here."

"I don't care!"

"But I care! Please Refald, let me go!" I tried to put on a clear expression and a blanket as possible so that Refald would let me go.

Apparently succeeded. He finally let me go, too, but he wouldn't take his hand off me.

We sat back by the fire. Refald opened the sleeping bag and tidied it up so I could occupy it.

"Get in and sleep here. I'll accompany you!"

I doubt that he will not attack me again like he did.

"So that's just kidding me! I'm not going to do anything beyond the limits of our relationship. Even though I deserve. But I'll do it later if we're both official ...."

I immediately ran to hug him before Refald finished his sentence. Of course he was surprised by my sudden embrace.

"You like it so much to piss me off!" slowly I let go of my embrace and got into the sleeping bag and closed it tightly.

Actually I'm ashamed of myself, I don't know why I immediately spontaneously embraced Refald like that.

"Don't forget to open the zipper a little so you don't get out of breath!"

"I know!" my yelling. I don't know what my face is like now.

Actually, I can't sleep. Moreover, there is a Refald beside me. But I was going to pretend to be asleep so that Refald wouldn't worry about me until I accidentally heard Refald say something that left me dumbfounded.
