episode 90 of Refald
I immediately joined my friends while everyone was warming up after successfully escaping Refald. It was a bit awkward when all my friends were looking at me with their cynical faces. But I've been indifferent is the best, the important thing is I do not disturb the peace of life of others.
“What are you guys talking about?” asked Yua as I stood beside her while following the warm-up movement that the teacher instructed us. Only he was mediocre with me.
“She wanted to surprise me,”I replied carefully because I knew the others were stealing our talk as their gossip later.
“Oh, yes? What?” Yua was curious.
“I don't know, if I know, the name is not a surprise, oneng!” I also came to Yua, where the surprise was told first.
“Oh yes, you are right.” Yua squinted her body following the movements of our gym teacher.
While being engrossed in the warm-up movement, suddenly a small ball of green casti was thrown and landed hard on my arm. So hard, I immediately ignored because at the same time, I was lifting one of my legs for a warm-up movement. I fell on the body of Joshua, and Joshua fell on the body of my friend who was next to Yua, and so on until about the last standing student. As a result, all the students who were one line with me fell all.
“What are you doing? Why mass sleep?” snapped our gym teacher when we found out we were all sitting and moaning in pain.
“Fey who started, Sir!” roico yelled at me because he was the one standing at the corner.
“Someone pelt my arm with a round ball, sir. That's why I lost my balance and fell on them!” I tried to defend myself.
“You're a nature lover's son, Fey! It doesn't make sense that just because of one round ball you can fall and make a fuss!” snarl that gym teacher at me.
Well, why am I so unlucky today, anyway? My soul is in my heart. This was not my fault, but I was still to blame.
I'm really badmood now, because my gym teacher scolded me, when obviously everything that happened to my friends wasn't purely my fault. Not looking for the kid who threw the ball at me, but the teacher just kept blaming me.
When he finished nagging me, suddenly a basketball shot far past me at an infinite speed and hit someone standing not far from me.
The ball was on target hitting a woman's face so she bounced back. The woman fainted with blood pouring out of her nose as a result of the hard hit of the basketball. I looked over where the basketball was coming from and I saw Refald standing straight while draping his hands together in front of his chest.
“Refald!” muttered.
Refald just smiled sweetly at me and he went back to playing basketball without feeling any guilt. While everyone including the teacher, excited and immediately brought the fainted girl to the UKS room.
“What happened?” asked Yua who was a little limp from falling earlier.
I just kept quiet without being able to answer because I'm sure the one who threw the basketball at the unconscious woman was Refald. The question is, why did Refald throw the upperclassman with a basketball up to that point?
I was too busy twitching with my own mind until I didn't realize there was a hand grabbing my hand and examining the blisters on my elbow from the fall. I thought the owner of the hand was Yua's hand but it wasn't.
“What is pain?” asked Refald who was standing in front of me. The owner of the hand that grabbed me was Refald, while Yua, who had gone where she was.
I shook my head slowly, “No, this is just a minor injury, no problem for me.” I tried to pull my arm because we were already starting to become the gossip material of the students around. But Refald held my arm firmly.
“But, we're still sports! What if Mr. Dika comes back and I'm not there? He will definitely punish me!” I protested to Refald who kept taking me away from the field.
“That perverted teacher won't come back to the field. You're empty hours now.” Refald's eyes remained straight ahead without caring that there were so many students watching us. To be more precise, they were all jealous of me because Refald just kept holding my hand. It is certain that if I had escaped Refald's tutelage, they would have all killed me in various ways. Being the girlfriend of a Refald is not easy, the dangers around always love me.
“Wait! I don't understand what you mean! And also ... surely you were the one who accidentally threw the basketball to the upperclassman, earlier?”
“Ehm.” Refald smiled at his cynical smile. “Because he has made you hurt and got angry with that perverted teacher. Huh, besides that there is a surprising fact that sooner or later, it would be a scene in this school if everyone came to know about the dark scandal about their relationship.”
I tried to digest every word that came out of Refald's mouth, he was already similar to Roy Kyoshi, always full of mystery and puzzles. “I don't understand at all what you're saying,”.
“Forget it, it's none of our business!” Refald took me to a quiet place and treated my wounds so they wouldn't hurt anymore.
“Don't remove the scar, let it dry on its own, it will look more normal to me,” my door on Refald as he stuck his hand on my elbow.
“Of course! I already know that, next time, be careful wherever you are.”
“I've been careful, but you're the one who always makes me unlucky and in danger. Since the first time you came here and involved me. All the killing gazes of the women were already emanating clearly in their eyes. These kinds of things will continue until we graduate school. You know why? Because you're too cool for me. They must have felt that I didn't deserve you. That's why, they keep trying to harm me at every opportunity.”
Refald brought his face closer to mine and said, “ Stop talking nonsense or I kiss you right now so we get married to the school!”
I stared at Refald because I was nervous that the guy had brought his face closer to me.
“There is no woman in the world who is suitable to be my companion besides you. Because you are the chosen woman destined for me. You'll know in a moment, and we'll have to get ready.There'll be real danger lurking around us soon, but you don't have to worry, because I'll always protect you,” Refald kissed me gently and invited me back to class before we were caught by the other school residents.
What does Refald mean by real danger? Could it be that we would face such terrible things again in the forest back then? Why am I so worried?
“Do not worry,” said Refald. I forgot that he could read my mind. “I can't change the fate that has been outlined for both of us, but I can always protect anything that endangers your life, because our destiny is to be together forever no matter how hard the storm hits us. Trust me, okay.” We got to the front of the class when Refald looked at me lovingly. Who doesn't melt try? If Refald was acting so cool like this. “Come in, your friends will be here soon. What do you want to eat? I'll order it for you!”
“Snacks only, and also orange juz. It looks like it's good.” I smiled spoiledly in front of Refald.
“Alright, wait here! Oh yeah, come home from school later, you should come with me!”
“Actually where do you want to take me? Aren't you telling me now? Don't make me die of curiosity, please!” I winked my eyes to seduce Refald.
“To the wedding party,” replied Refald as he passed away leaving me shocked.
“Ha? Wedding feast? Who is married?” I asked myself because Refald had disappeared from before me.
