episode 69 Unexpected View
Refald was running while carrying me. It shot out as fast as lightning like a gust of wind without direction. Even though he was running, his breathing was still like he was not running. It's not even boring. I was comfortable on his back. The shock is also not too obvious, it even feels like a roller coaster ride.
“When you camped in the forest yesterday, indeed many tried to disturb you.” Refald began his explanation, his voice sounding calm even though he was now in a running condition. “Fortunately you guys have put up a fence, so they can't get through that fence. However, unlike you who had unknowingly broken through the barrier that had been made so that they, the astral beings that I did not know were about to take you away, lucky I could still save you.”
I was rather surprised to hear Refald's explanation of the mystery that occurred to me when I entered the black hole with Refald. As soon as I remembered the incident, my hair immediately goosebumps and I unconsciously tightened my arms to Refald.
“So, what I experienced at that time was not a dream? I really entered into another world?”
“Yes, and at the right time, my troops are helping us out of the black hole that I myself cannot explain to you.”
“Then, flood it? And this black bag I carry how?”
“If that bag I don't know who it belongs to, my army doesn't know. But, if the disaster ...” Refald did not continue his words.
“What's with the disaster?” I tried to push him.
“The disaster was caused by the tantrum of astral beings over the behavior of one of your friends. And also some people who are trying to destroy this forest.”
I was very surprised by Refaldz's reply but I also did not understand what his words meant. “Explain to me Dear, I don't understand the meaning of your words at all? What did my friend do? And which friend do you mean? Then some of the people you said that ... who? Do I know them? And what damage did they do that these forest dwellers went berserk?” I questioned Refald a lot of questions but, my fiancee just kept quiet and kept focused on running.
“In the meantime we will arrive at the village.” Refald didn't answer all my questions, he switched the conversation. “Keep hugging me like this, Honey. I like it so much,” Refald said with a smile.
I gasped for noticing that my embrace of Refald was too tight, and I embarrassedly began to stretch my arms, but Refald pulled my hand so that my arms were tight again.
“I told you to keep hugging me like this, you're such a wayward, huh? If until you loose again I do not hesitate to kiss you.”
“You threatened me?”
“No, that's a punishment!”
I snorted in annoyance, “Where is such a punishment? That's his name perverted.”
“Serah,” replied Refald briefly then he again drove rapidly through the thickets of bushes and tree branches. Every now and then he jumped up high and swung in the air. It seems like I'm getting used to the way Refald runs, I'm even starting to enjoy moments like this.
There was no point in arguing with Refald, for it would be a waste of manpower. He clearly does not want to be defeated.
I thought back to what happened in the woods when we were camping. Now I begin to understand the mysteries that have occurred so far because they have been revealed one by one. So seriously I thought about the mysteries that occurred, it did not feel that soon we would arrive at a village, which is the village where we came a few days ago.
In my heart I felt very happy, because after this I and Refald could live my days as usual and return to my normal life again, without any mystery or things happening beyond reason. However, I was not satisfied because Refald still did not answer my question.
“You still haven't answered my question, Darling.” I can't wait for a response from Refald.
“I'll answer but, let's postpone going to her first, I'll show you what I mean by my explanation earlier. That way, you'll know for yourself all the answers you asked for.”
Without waiting I said ‘iya’ or ‘not’ Refald turned towards the other direction, opposite the direction of the village that we previously headed. Refald immediately changed his course and darted away as fast as possible to a very exotic waterfall tourist spot in this area.
"Where else are we going .. hhuaaa .. is the village near ... Why are we going into the forest again?" I whine in Refald's sling.
"Be quiet Honey, or I'll kiss me right now!" refald Ancam. With an acute pouting face, I also obeyed him.
I slowly scanned around the area as Refald slowed his pace. Little by little I can remember this place and I know this location. Me and my nature-loving friends often come here during river training. This place is a famous waterfall tourist spot in this village. The location is indeed in a hill surrounded by dense forest and far from the village.
“I know this place.” said I'm clean. “Why did you bring me here?”
“What? why did you take me there? Can't we see this waterfall from below? Isn't it a great sight?”
“Who invited you to see the waterfall?”
“Lah, continues? Why do we come to this place if not to see the waterfall?”
“Already, just follow if you really want to know the answers to all of your questions that you asked me earlier. If you still protest I'll kiss you all day!”it seems, the word kiss will be Refald's weapon to threaten me if I don't obey his will.
I immediately spoke a thousand languages and did not dare to speak or say a word, rather than being kissed, mending in search of safety.
“Good, that’is my girl. Refald immediately jumped up high towards the largest and most lush tree among the other trees. In just a few seconds we reached the tree. Refald sent me down carefully so that I would not fall. He looked around the area below.
I was terrified because I was suddenly at high altitude. It took me a long time to believe I was up in a tree empty-handed without any safety. I could even see the land under the foot of the mountain even though my view was blocked by the densely growing foliage surrounding these trees. However, on the other hand there was a sense of awe and amazement at the miracle I was getting right now, because once again I feel like I'm in a fantasy world created by Stephenie Mayer when she makes Edward and Bella on a tree alone, when filmed, the characters who play it also look sweet and romantic.
I am happy even though I am really scared. However, this was neither a dream nor a fantasy world. It's totally real. Even I can still feel the pain in my leg that had sprained.
“Look down, Honey,” said Refald who immediately made me arrogant because he had ruined the romantic atmosphere in my shadow.
“What?” I'm kind of sensitive to him.
Refald bowed my head down and how surprised I was after knowing what I saw down there. I almost screamed, but Refald smothered my mouth.
They ... they both ... wrestle in the middle of the bushes? You are shameless! Do they have nowhere else to satisfy their lust? Why must this sacred forest which they stain with despicable deeds? Don't they have the money to go to the hotel?
I was very surprised to see what the two lovebirds were doing in such a beautiful place.
“Have they gone crazy, huh? Can they do that indecent thing here?” I was very emotional and tried to let go of Refald's hands, and also did not want to see that embarrassing sight.
“Sssssttttt .. don't be noisy! You will only interfere with their pleasure,” Refald said with a smile after he removed his hands from my mouth.
“Why do you forbid me to speak?” I was about to scream but Refald's index finger locked my mouth.
“Because we came here not to interfere in their affairs. From here you can find some of the answers you need. After all they only release when making out, so yes .. so.” Refald was still focused on looking down.
“Although their release of love does not necessarily do it here as well, right? Is there no other place? And why did you even see them? You're happy because this is a free spectacle?” I was a little annoyed at Refald who preferred to see the two perverted lovebirds instead of looking at me while talking to him, and worse, his gaze focused even more downward.
“Basic pervert!” I grumbled with annoyance.
“You misunderstood me, Honey. I'm not looking at them, and I'm not perverted.”
“Lies, your words and deeds are different.” I still turned my face away from following the eyes of Refald who was still looking down.
“Really, I'm not lying, Honey. I saw that there were a lot of dedemits surrounding them. Unfortunately they are not aware of it.”
“What?” I was surprised to hear the word ‘dedemit’ again.
I fell silent, wanting to see it, but I would not be able to see what Refald saw, for he could see invisible creatures while I did not.
I'd go crazy if I kept in this forest.
