LOVER MONSTER!

LOVER MONSTER!
109. Revenge.

Waking up early in Sorrento, Italy still feels very foreign to Jessica. It felt like he had not really woken up from his sleep.

The place has a natural beauty that is very eye-catching. Too beautiful to feel real. Every time Jessica stepped on the balcony of her room, Jessica felt like the weight on her chest was lifted. Nature calmed him down with a soothing beauty tired in his mind.

The blue of the Tyrrhenian sea before his eyes was like a sapphire gem, like oh!

Jessica remembered Oscar who had blue irises like sea water.

It would be nice if Jessica could talk to Oscar. The man had a relaxed and light-hearted nature that allowed Jessica to chat with him for hours. Oh, speaking of Oscar too, Jessica remembered that the man was the owner of Bronze. The shocking fact passed in Jessica's mind without her having time to digest because now Jessica is here, in Italy.

Jessica wondered what her friends were doing in Vegas right now?

The time zone difference makes it difficult for Jessica to contact Dania lately. Jessica is afraid of timings. Especially now, when it's early in the morning in Italy, which means it's still night in Vegas. Jessica doesn't want to interrupt Dania at work or worse, when she's resting.

"Miss. Jessica," Lisa again greeted Jessica, carrying the sandwich she had placed on the table.

Lisa notices Jessica standing in front of the dresser, appearing fresh and tidy in an oversize black shirt and matching hotpants. Enveloping Jessica's feet, a pair of white converse shoes fitted right at her feet.

"You're leaving today?" Lisa asked.

"The plan" said Jessica. "You're going with me, aren't you?"

"Ah.., finally." Lisa was rather pleased. During this time, Lisa was a bit worried about Jessica's situation. Her guest spent the past few days locked up in a room like Rapunzel. Lisa offers herself several times as a tour guide, but Jessica often beats her with a flick of her hand.

Lisa is afraid Jessica is lonely.

"I'll get the car ready for you, Miss." Lisa was cheerful. "Before that, have breakfast first. I'll wait for you downstairs."

"Thank you, Lisa."

After Lisa's departure, Jessica picked up a sandwich located on the table. He put the sandwich in the trash can before waltzing out in Lisa's footsteps. Jessica still eats nothing but apples, pears and apricots.

Jessica's stomach is filled with fruit fibers. Unfortunately, that's not enough. Jessica knew her body was in need of heavy food, something fatty, smelling like sugar, containing meat and calories.

Not wanting to die in that room, so Jessica decided to go out today. He would eat snacks in Sorrento, filling his stomach with cafe and restaurant food before returning to the manor and forcing himself to eat fruit again.

"Miss. Jessica." Robin greets Jessica, who appears on the front page of Rhoden Manor.

Because Jessica often locked herself in the room later, Robin never saw Jessica again. At least not for a few days. Robin felt - when she came across Jessica now - the woman looked a bit thin.

Robin hears Lisa's anxiety that Jessica doesn't seem to be eating her food at all. Robin thinks that Lisa is just over-assuming, but after seeing Jessica's condition, maybe her friend is right.

"Good morning, Robin." Jessica greeted Robin and gave the young man a polite smile. "Is the car ready?"

"O-oh, already..., come here."

Following Robin, Jessica headed for a black sedan car whose engine was on. Lisa was in that car, on the steering wheel. Lisa was a bit surprised at the arrival of Jessica who was fairly quick.

"Have you had breakfast, Miss?"

"I wouldn't be here if I hadn't eaten, Lisa." Jessica lied to him.

"yes too. I'm sorry." Lisa smiled stiffly. "So where are we going today?"

"I want to bike..," that's Jessica's plan today. He wants to leave the beautiful scenery in Sorrento while cycling, stop to taste some delicious food, and have fun alone.

Jessica wants to refresh her head, re-discover her sanity. Jessica felt like she could go crazy if she kept nesting in this manor.

"You don't need to rent a bike, Miss. We'll buy one for you."

"Huh?"

Lisa nodded. "It's easier and easier."

"It's easier to rent a bike than to buy a new one, Lisa. I'll only use that bike once. I don't intend to be a cyclist forever or join the cyclist community either."

"Hahaha, you don't have to be a cyclist forever, Miss."

"That's her. So I prefer to rent a bike. I don't intend to waste my money on things I only use once."

"You're not going to waste anyone's money. As long as you're a guest in Rhoden, we'll be responsible for everything you need."

"No, no" said Jessica. Jessica is reluctant to let Hestia feel she has power over Jessica. That droper could die with his money, Jessica didn't care. "If you don't let me rent a bike, I don't need you as my bodyguard. I'll just travel alone."

"Don't talk like that. It's our job to protect you. Take it easy, I'll take you to the place where ordinary tourists rent bikes."

After reaching an agreement with Lisa and Robin, Jessica could lean her back on the car quietly. Jessica was relieved that Rhoden Manor was now far behind her. At least, for the next few hours, Jessica can forget all the madness that has haunted her in that magnificent house.

...*...

Following Jessica's plan, Lisa and Robin would not want to join the bike rental as well. The two of them were a few meters behind Jessica, observing how the young lady who was their responsibility, was pedaling a bicycle with her hands spread freely in the air.

"Miss. Jessica, be careful.., you could fall like that..." Lisa reprimands the breath.

Thanks to the suit that covers her body, Lisa felt very uncomfortable while cycling. His body was suffocated by his feet the clothes he was wearing, and every stroke he felt he would tear a thread or two in his pants, it was terrifying.

"Just calm. I know what I'm doing" Jessica said, indicating that she won't hear Lisa's warning. That left Lisa even more depressed.

What if Jessica fell off her bike? Lisa and Robin can be whipped to death by the Bellamy family. Does Jessica not know the cruelty of her lover at all?

As long as Lisa and Robin were following Jessica, Jessica did not care much about either. Jessica enjoyed this moment alone for refreshing. He even listened to music from his earphones, humming cheerfully while occasionally removing both hands from the handlebar of the bike. Jessica enjoyed the sea air greeting her face, flying her black mane.

It felt like all the weight that was piling up on her shoulders was being swept away by the wind, Jessica felt very, very excited. He could ride a bike forever. Wait, should he join the cyclist community in Vegas?

"Ehehehe...., what nonsense am I thinking now?" Jessica murmured to herself while enjoying the view of the distant Vesuvius mountain, looking quite close in the eyes.

"What's up, Miss?"

"I want to stop by the restaurant for a while, have you two eaten yet? I'll deal with it."

Robin widens his eyes. "That's not necessary, Miss. Jessica. Please enjoy your time. We'll wait outside."

"Are you sure you don't want to join?"

Lisa gave a smile, perhaps somewhat astonished at this human offer.

Jessica is really a species that shouldn't be with the Bellamy family, Lisa thought. He has a high humanity side, he's too normal. Purer. Bids like this never happened to Robin and Lisa during their time working as bodyguards. It feels kind of heartwarming, and funny.

"We are very sure, Miss. We just finished our breakfast."

"Well, then..." Jessica just beards. "I'll drop my bike on both of you, then."

After telling her plan to stop by a restaurant overlooking the Tyrrrhenian sea, Jessica returned to pedaling her bicycle. After a few minutes of travel, Jessica also reached a restaurant that she meant. Jessica had read a review about this restaurant this morning, and Jessica was planning to come here.

Jessica felt very relieved when the famous restaurant crowded visitors were now quite relaxed. Maybe because now is not the time for breakfast or lunch, visitors become reduced.

From the brief knowledge of Jessica - thanks to google - most restaurants in Sorrento serve seafoods menu. Because of that brief knowledge as well, Jessica was not surprised when the main menu at the restaurant she went to was all seafood.

Jessica-without fuss-picking a few menus that she considers to be in the price category makes sense.

One fish burger, a plate of spaghetti e Vongole, and a glass of lemoncello as a drink.

While waiting for her order to be served at the table, Jessica receives an unexpected call from her phone. Dania's name was listed there and Jessica never felt very happy when she saw her friend's name appear on her phone screen.

"God bless America" said Jessica. He answered Dania's call with a blue expression. "Daniiii., I miss you so much. How are you?"

"Wooww, dramatic. I'm good..." Dania responded to Jessica's enthusiasm somewhat in surprise. "You yourself? How's your honeymoon doing?"

Starting from one question from Dania, without being able to control herself, Jessica spilled all the situations she experienced in Sorrento to Dania, without filter. Jessica spoke at length with intonation that went up and down following her emotions. Sometimes he speaks like he nags, sometimes he nags, sometimes he tries to be wise.

Dania-as the listener-switches with the same energy. Dania is just as angry if Jessica is angry, just as upset if Jessica is upset, just as concerned once Jessica becomes a nelangsa.

"If I knew the situation would be like this, I wouldn't let you go there." Dania said off guard. "It's upsetting. How can you survive in that place without going crazy? If I had been there three days, I'd have burned it all down."

"If it wasn't for Demian, I'd probably buy a flight ticket to Vegas right now." Jessica said she was not happy. "This place is so beautiful, Dani. It's just, I can't be happy at all. I'm being a squirrel here! I miss the food Elli made. I hope I can come back soon."

"Just relax, if you come back, we'll give you your favorite meal. I'll make you die of glut."

"Well, that sounds kind of scary."

"Don't interpret my words with earnestness" Dania said. "Anyway, since Demian is busy, you haven't been able to see him lately?"

"That's how."

"How can you?"

"As I've said, he's got a lot of work to do.."

"Wait, Jesse..." Dania interrupted. "You should be the one at the top of his priorities. How can you let him put you aside? A lot of work doesn't get him to ghost you for days. You're still in the same town, for God's sake. You also said he never called you on the phone, right?"

"Yup. The last time he called me, it was three days ago."

"Jessica, oh, Jessica. If I were in your position, I'd be a killer."

Jessica knew the frustration that Dania showed in her voice. However, Jessica-on the other hand-wants to be an understanding woman towards her partner. "I want to give him the space to solve his problems."

"If he feels he's going to be very busy there, he shouldn't have dragged you there. He should have left you alone here, I could have protected you better. At least, I'll never make you eat an apple for a few days. You could die of malnutrition, my goodness!"

"..." - ".Jessica was speechless, she digested Dania's speech with a hint of disappointment in her heart. Jessica felt disappointed because somehow, she agreed to Dania's words.

Jessica thought, if Demian would keep her busy like she is now and have to ignore her for days, that man shouldn't have brought her here. Why all these visits if in the end Jessica will be set aside?

"Listen, Jesse.." Dania's voice turned more ambitious than ever, like she was possessed by a different figure. "Now it's time for revenge!"

"Huh?" Somehow, Jessica could imagine Dania grinning like a demon across the phone.

"Let's stress your prince a little. He already dares to ignore you, don't let him think he'll be free after ignoring you! Listen to me, my friend. I know what you need to do now!"

"Okay.., then?"

Then...,

Jessica came out of the restaurant with fingers cooling down in enthusiasm. Jessica felt the energy flow in her veins, whether it was the reaction of the fish burger crouching in her hull right now, or because of the words of Dania that motivated her to engage in a crazy plan.

Whatever it was, Jessica agreed strongly to Dania's words.

Jessica would not grant any forgiveness to Demian who had already ignored her these few days! Jessica believes she needs to give her curly lover that little lesson!

"Miss. Jessica, do you want to continue cycling?"

"Mm, I guess." Jessica smiled faintly. "Do you know of any touristy places near here?"

"Many tourists?"

Jessica nodded.

Without letting Lisa and Robin hear her words, Jessica continued to speak in a low voice that could only reach her ears. "I need a place that's crowded with tourists."
