One Night With Your Wife

Like this time Austin came with Nick and they sat in the outdoor area to talk about work. From where they were sitting could directly stare into the living room as there was only a barrier of glass walls with white curtains that opened wide.

Nayara was there, accompanying Zeano to play and occasionally they laughed. Since then, Nick has always stolen a look there. It wasn't enough just once, but he did it over and over again. Until Zavian began to feel disturbed and upset. 

“ What's wrong there , Nick ?” ask Zavian to his friend. It just so happened that Austin was away after previously asking permission to receive a call, until only Zavian and Nick were left. 

“ Nothing, everything is running well,” Nick replied casually. 

“ Not about work, but I asked about what was wrong there,” Zavian said as he pointed to the living room where Nayara was.” What's wrong until you look in that direction many times ?”

“ Oh that...” Nick was clearly blown away because he felt like he was being shot in the head. He was at a loss for words, especially when he found the glare of Zavian's sharp eyes being directed at him.” No ....”

“ Oh yes ? “ asks Zavian to doubt his friend's words. Then he stood up and walked towards the central room and pressed the automatic button to have the glass wall covered by the white curtain all over. Nayara had looked at Zavian confused but her husband shook his head so as not to protest her actions. After that he sat back down to where Nick now had an irritated face. 

“ I know you look out of focus, Nick. I think the atmosphere in there makes you disturbed,” said Zavian. 

“ No. No ! Nothing bothers you at all, you should just leave the curtain open,” Nick said quickly. 

“ Maybe next time we find a better place to discuss,” said Zavian.

“ I do not feel disturbed, instead I am happy to see your wife there,” Nick said so honestly. When he realized Zavian's increasingly sharp and dark gaze, Nick again felt wronged. 

“ My wife ? Oh…. So you noticed it ,” hiss Zavian who felt the bait was starting to show results. Therefore, he immediately shot out quickly.

“ You like my wife ?”

“ Uumm…. I mean's…. C’mon bro, isn't it natural that such a beautiful woman is admired? I only admire your wife because she is beautiful,” Nick said blatantly .

Zavian sighed while suppressing the pain that was now choking on his chest. He does not want to make his friendship with Nick broken, but also does not want his territory to be surpassed by foreigners. Nayara is the only person who should not be bothered by anyone in her life. So, as a first step, he would try to give a warning. 

“ She is beautiful, but don't you dare touch her !” threaten Zavian calmly but impressed firmly.” You know who he belongs to...”.

“ That's right,” hiss Nick is less happy.

” I just admire it.”

“ Everything comes from the eyes and then down to the heart, as well as a feeling of awe that could have turned into something wrong,” explained Zavian.

“ You are too much,” argue Nick.

“ Yes, I am. I feel the need to remind you not to ruin our friendship with such things,” said Zavian.

Coinciding with that, Austin again came and sat in the middle of the two . Realizing the tension between his two friends, the white man tried to figure out the cause. 

“ What happened between you guys during the time I left earlier?” ask Austin. 

Long time he just got an answer because Zavian and Nick are both silent with their respective upset faces.

“Just a little misunderstanding,” Nick said as he grabbed his drink.” No need to think about.”

Austin looked at Zavian and Nick back and forth and over and over again. Zavian chose not to make a sound, but from his tired breath Austin could understand that there was indeed something stuck between the two. Don't know what.

“ Talk to me if you need help,” said Austin in the end.

After their feud during the meeting, Zavian increasingly tried hard to protect his wife. He cuts off the interaction between his wife and Nick so that nothing happens that he fears. He accompanies Nayara to go anywhere and does not allow his wife to walk alone. 

“ Okay, I will remember it ,” Nayara said obediently.

“ You know why I asked you to avoid it ?” ask Zavian.

“ Because you love me ,” replied Nayara. 

Zavian nodded and kissed his wife's lips.” Right enough. It might sound like an exaggeration, but when I found out that Nick liked you and admired you, I was afraid of myself. Afraid that you will be taken by someone else.”

“ Don't think that I'm leaving your life, By. I'm here and I've loved you all my life. I don't know how to share this love with others because there is only you the only man I want in my life,” Nayara assured her husband .

“ Sorry, I'm just too worried about you,” whispered Zavian.

Zavian has completed one major project and received a fairly decent fee. Austin asked him to rejoin work on a new project but Zavian refused after considering things. Just one year of working there, Zavian now begins to consider other plans in his life. 

Zavian's decision to resign then made Claire disappointed because she had to lose her beloved man at work. The woman continued to fuss and requested that Austin again persuade Zavian to join them. 

“ Do you really like Zavian ?” ask Austin to the woman. 

“ Yes, really like it ,” said Claire blatantly. 

“ What do you like about her ? Her personality, her face or her money?” ask Austin then.

“ To be honest, I don't really like Asian men because they're not my type. But especially for Zavian, I'm really in love. No matter he already has a child and a wife, I will still pursue him,” Claire replied. 

Austin chuckled at the words of the woman before him . She knows exactly who Claire is and also how she is. It's impossible if a woman seems to admit to falling in love with a man who isn't her ideal type.

“ You are not in love with the person, but are in love with the money,” Austin said. Staring at Claire with clingy while sharing a cynical smile.” You must have known that Zavian was rich. That's why you approached him desperately and didn't care about his wife . If he is not that rich, maybe you will be disgusted and make racist remarks to him.”

“ There is no need to bother thinking about me to that extent because what I did was obviously nothing to do with you. Now I ask you, you want to keep Zavian working with us or not ?” claire asked with a face starting to get irritated. 

“ No !” austin replied while shaking his head.

” Zavian has made a choice and I appreciate it.” 

“ Ck !” Claire sneered annoyed at Austin's reply . 

“ Zavian was a good guy and he helped me a lot when we were in college. So, if anything happens to her here then I will help her. I'm his friend and you're dealing with the wrong person if you want to launch malicious intentions on him,” uajr Austin warned.

“ Just relax,” Claire said with eyes full of tactics.” I just want to play around with that sweet guy, just for a minute.”

“ You must remember that I will not betray my own friend,” Austin asserted later. He warns that if one day Zavian gets into trouble, then Austin knows who is behind it. 

“ Tonsh idealist !” cibir Claire . 

Austin simply flicked his shoulders casually, then let the cunning woman pass from before him. Austin will not interfere in the matter because he only needs Claire on the job. But that doesn't mean he doesn't care about Zavian. He had even warned Zavian to be careful with the woman and avoid any form of meeting her.
