Zavian came out of the bathroom with a fresh face after bathing, his shirt buttons were not fully attached. During his marriage to Nayara, the woman always helped Zavian button his shirt. It was as if the activity had become part of his task. And that kind of thing creates a feeling of affection that will make Zavian's days sweet and pleasant. 

“ Today you can go home quickly no, By?” ask Nayara.

“ I'll try if you ask. What's wrong?” ask Zavian. He looked at his wife's face at close range as Nayara was buttoning her shirt one by one. 

“ Kangen want dinner together. Lately you always come home late at night,” complained Nayara. 

Zavian realized that. There are so many things that attract attention and must be handled as soon as possible. Even on weekends, Zavian is busy. Either busy because of his work or problems in the midst of his family as it is today. 

It is not uncommon for Zavian and Nayara to communicate via cell phones and say longing sentences to each other. Zavian would go home late at night and find Nayara had fallen asleep first so their time together was very thin. Both are like a couple who have a long-distance relationship, but still live under the same roof. 

“ Then we want dinner where ?” ask Zavian. 

“ Mas want to go home quickly ?” ask Nayara to make sure. Zavian nodded and he could see happiness emanating from his wife's eyes.” I'll cook dinner for us later. Oh, yes there is a new movie that I want to watch with you.”

“ Wow, it looks like tonight will be fun,” said Zavian. 

“ We will create a pleasant evening,” said Nayara with a meaningful smile and Zavian agreed. 

Zavian was about to kiss Nayara's lips but her movements stopped when he heard a loud deheman sound from the bed. The two looked a little shocked and misbehaved, then realized that they were in the hospital room where Fabian was being treated. 

Fabian, who had been pretending to sleep, could certainly see the couple's friendly interaction. Hot Fabian's chest is not playing. He would not let Zavian and Nara kiss once again because the sight was clearly hurting him. 

“ Ambilin drink,” command Fabian with his hoarse voice. 

Zavian walked over and gave him a bottle of mineral water that had been fitted with a straw. While back there, Nayara opened the breakfast lunch box and arranged on the table. 

Not long after, Mama Widya came in and greeted Nayara kindly. The woman also brought breakfast and said that today Zavian could go to work because he was the one who would look after Fabian. 

“ Aunt Tania and Aunt Siska are not here, Ma ?ask Nayara to know.

“ No,” replied Mama Widya. “ They'd better not be here, anyway.”

There was a tone of anger that could not be covered when Mama Widya said so. He still did not accept when both of his brothers-in-law bully and drop Fabian mentally until his son ended up in the hospital. 

Though the two siblings of Papa Adrian was also unlikely to come see Fabian's condition. Those who are already disappointed with the attitude of Mama Widya will no longer want to interfere in Fabian affairs.

After Zavian finished finishing the breakfast provided, Nayara said goodbye to Mama Widya. Zavian took the time to drive his wife to the parking lot where the car and driver were ready to drive Nay back home. Likewise, the Zavian driver who has also prepared to take him to the office.

Meanwhile, at the hospital, Fabian returned to tears to make Mama Widya. Like most people with HIV, Fabian's mentality is clearly disturbed by his current state. Especially when he was presented with a view of Nayara and Zavian's intimacy that made him sick. 

“ Fucking ! I hate them both,” Fabian said.

Mama Widya struggles alone to look after and care for Fabian because no other family member is willing to help her. Only the servants were assigned to pay attention to Fabian's needs. Mama Widya realized that at this time everyone hated her for the decision against Fabian. But as a mother, she would not have the heart to let her child slump alone. The lawyer appointed by Mama Widya has cleared the legal case that befell Fabian. The families of the victims of the accident were given a large amount of grief money, almost two hundred million, twice their original demands. The condition is of course that the victim's family must stop all forms of legal action against Fabian.

“ Keep going, Ma'am,” sahut aunt Tania. 

“ Yes ! I will defend my son no matter what happens !” mama Widya's. 

The two women before him could only raise their shoulders. They are already immune to seeing the stupid attitude of Mama Widya who does not want to accept any advice when it comes to Fabian. 

“ Just like Wid,” said Aunt Siska.

Mama Widya realized that what she was doing might look wrong. But he had no other choice. Fabian his son and he will not behave heartily in the midst of the disease that his son is suffering from. 

as a reactive HIV sufferer, Fabian had to understand a lot about the disease. Especially education about mental health and also community life guide. Unfortunately, Fabian did not listen to that answer completely. Fabian's mind was filled with Nayara's shadow, which always disturbed his heart and mind. 

Fabian was then enrolled in a community of people with HIV, or ODHA. Unfortunately, that did not necessarily make Fabian eager to survive. His soul was very tired and badly slumped. Coupled with regrets that come over
