One Night With Your Wife

Fabian rubbed his cheek in slow motion. He gasped in surprise. His eyes stared pushyly at Mama Widya who was standing before him. 

“ So Mama asked for a divorce and then caused Papa to fall like this?” ask Fabian to his mother. “ Why do you have thoughts like this?”

“ Don't blame me !” snapped Mama Widya while pointing at Fabian's face . 

“ The reality is so right,Ma ?” fabian doesn't want to lose. He returned his Mama's sharp gaze with a highlight that was no less fierce. “ Now I understand how things really are. Mama accidentally came to Papa's office and suddenly said she wanted a divorce. Obviously it makes Papa surprised and fell unconscious, instead of helping, Mama went to leave Papa alone. Mama accidentally surprised Papa, huh?” 

Mama Widya's hand lifted again and her slap landed on Fabian's cheek. 

“ Stop accusing me !” 

“ Ma...” Fabian said with a look of disbelief. Twice her mother slapped. Awesome once.” If you want to deny me, give me a good reason. Why do you want to divorce from papa?” 

“ Because you and your Papa have been very outrageous,” reply Mama Widya with eyes full of wounds. “ All this time you always do your best without caring about my feelings. Whatever I say won't work on you two who are haughty and stubborn.” 

“ Mama doesn't need to divorce Papa. We can fix everything, Ma,” persuade Fabian. 

Mama Widya shook her head firmly, “ Only this is the way you deserve.” 

Fabian was about to ask back but one of the doctors came out of the room and looked around. “ Is here any family patient Adrian Rayyansyah?” 

“ Yes ?” mama Widya answered, who went to the doctor. “ My wife .”

“ The patient is conscious but his condition is still very critical,” the doctor explained briefly. 

“ Thank goodness, “ sigh Mama Widya slowly. “ Then how is it now?” 

“ Patients have coronary heart disease where arteries are blocked and blood supply to the heart is blocked. At this time Mother's husband is still monitored by the medical team,” the doctor explained. 

Mama Widya just nodded resignedly hearing the explanation from the doctor. After that he leaned against the wall so as not to fall and fall. Her tears flowed unbearably. 

Fabian who listened to the doctor's explanation earlier felt weakness throughout his body. She wanted to hug Mama Widya but the woman refused to come into contact with her. Her mother seemed to not want to be disturbed. 

‘So disappointed Mama with me and Papa ?’ batin Fabian . 

The question was in Fabian's head and he was trying to find a defense for himself. Many times Fabian assured that there was nothing wrong with his attitude towards Zavian. But the more he denied his actions, the greater the pain in his chest. 

Especially when you see Mama Widya's crying that is becoming more and more. Fabian also began to feel the sadness experienced by his mother. 

“ Do I have to prostrate to apologize so that Mama can change the decision?” ask Fabian slowly. 

“ We talk about this problem next time,” said Mama Widya with a crowded chest .

“ In this hospital also there is Zavian who is being treated.”

“ I'm more worried about Papa,” says Fabian. 

“ You can say that because there is no affection in your heart for Zavian. You never look at him as a sister figure, but you always think of him as an opponent that you have to spill without rest,” said Mama Widya.

“ That's not what I mean, Ma. Now Zavian has a wife who will take care of him,” said Fabian gave a defense. 

“ Imagine if there were no Nayara in Zavian's life. Surely he will undergo all the pain and suffering from Papa's pressure alone. Plus she must also be forced to give up on you,” said Mama Widya. He looked at Fabian with eyes full of wounds. “ All this time the world has always been unfair to Zavian. Even when happiness had just approached him. You and your Papa are trying to bring him down.”

“ I told you, Papa had a certain purpose of doing this to Zavian, Ma. Mama should have understood. “ reply Fabian .

“ I can understand all the ambitions and attitudes of both of you. But I will not accept your malicious intentions on Zavian !” mama Widya's. 

While in his room, Zavian and Nayara were making out. Nayara leaned over to kiss Zavian's lips long enough. Her eyes are sad but full of love. 

“ You must spirit yes, By to heal,” whispered Nayara.

“ Clear dong. I need to recover in order to keep my promise to you. I want to accompany you to give birth and be the first to carry our child" Zavian said.

Nayara nodded with a big smile. He was delighted to see Zavian who seemed excited in living his current state. No complaints came out of the man's mouth. 

“ I'm so scared to lose you, By. So scared,” said Nayara with sadness.

“ As long as you know , I am also afraid of losing you. Even in my dreams, I always worry about you. My world will be ruined if you leave my side,” Zavian said solemnly. 

“ I'll always be by your side, By. I'm not going anywhere and keep looking after you here,” Nayara said again.

“ Thank you, dear,” whispered Zavian full day. “ I'm so happy to hear it.” 

Had circumstances allowed, it would have been desirable for Zavian to grab and hold Nayara so tightly. But her frail condition could only make her grab Nayara's hand and warmly grip the hand. 

Not long after, the door opened and Mama Widya appeared from there. The woman walked over to Zavian's bed and sat down on one of the chairs. 

“ Papa is being treated at IGD,” said Mama Widya in a slow but poignant tone. 

“ What happened to Papa?” asked Zavian worriedly. 

“ Papamu fell and immediately rushed here,” said Mama Widya explained.

“ Then the doctor said that your Papa suffered from heart disease which caused narrowing of the arteries.” 

“ Who accompanied Papa there, Ma ?” ask Zavian again.

“ There is Fabian there,” said Mama Widya. 

“ I also want to see Papa,” pinta Nayara. But Mama Widya shook her head quickly.

“ You're here only, Nay. Your job is to look after Zavian and not leave his side. Let Mama and Fabian take care of Papa,” explained Mama Widya. 

Nayara nodded slowly and looked at her husband understandingly. So does Zavian who looks not to be far from his wife. 

After being in Zavian's room, Mama Widya came back down because Fabian called her. Papa Adrian has started to improve and will soon be transferred to the treatment room . Without waiting for anyone's approval, Fabian chose a VVIP room that was on the same floor as the room where Zavian was treated. 

Mama Widya looked at her frail husband with disappointed eyes. Papa Adrian stared with pleading eyes.

Now their situation has completely turned around. No more affectionate touch and affectionate gaze. There was a sense of disappointment that lay clearly between the two of them. 

“ Wid....” ogled Papa Adrian with a still weak voice.

“ Get well soon . I've given you the best service and also the best doctor to handle you. You must recover soon in order to continue your ambitions with Fabian,”, said Mama Widya. 

Papa Adrian could only shake his head weakly. He looked in pain and also suffered in the midst of his pain. 

“ All this will not change my decision,” continued Mama Widya again. His words further slashed the middle-aged man's heart.
