Refusing help

For the first time Fabian appeared in the office after fleeing to avoid the media. He did not care about the stares of his employees, even occasionally Fabian snapped at anyone who looked at him excessively. 

Now, inevitably he has to go back to work because the company is on the verge of falling. Ignore the hot video problem and corporate debt that almost drives him crazy if he thinks about it constantly.

Currently there are several projects that have failed to be implemented and some vendors decided to cooperate unilaterally. Fabian berated everyone with annoyance that nothing was going his way.

Then the anger was even bigger when om Farhan who served as CMO said that Zavian would help Rayyansyah company. His sister has sent a business cooperation agreement letter. So, the concept is not to provide assistance as a family member but to use the principle of business to business . Zavian appears as the owner of his own company, not as the second son of Adrian Rayyansyah. 

This is certainly not in accordance with the wishes of Fabian who wants Zavian to help without carrying around his company's label. Fabian doesn't want Zavian's company involved here. Because hearing the name of the company alone can make Fabian nauseous. 

“ We will meet with Zavian this afternoon,” Om Farhan told Fabian. “ Tantemu sincerely hope that this cooperation gives positive results so that our company can survive in the midst of shocks. Hopefully there is good news that we convey to them and can make your Papa recover.” 

“ Ah, Papa yes.” Fabian spoke faintly. He thought that his Papa had managed to persuade Zavian to do this.

“ Your papa will be happy to see you guys back to work together to build this company.”

Fabian was silent, he continued to read and understand the letter of agreement Zavian sent. Not long after, he cursed for a moment, then growled in annoyance. He did not expect that his sister would behave so arrogantly and annoyingly. 

“ What the fuck? Does he mean fishing in murky water?” asked Fabian annoyed. There were many points of the covenant that were not pleasing to his heart. 

By the time he entered the meeting room, Fabian had found Zavian and Om Farhan sitting there. His secretary was busy preparing things and would occasionally ask Zavian for his opinion.

“ Lo sneaky too, yes.” said Fabian could not help himself. 

He threw the business agreement letter Zavian offered into the middle of the table.

” I think I chose to join here because I sincerely want to help this company. But it turns out you're only after profit. Cunning!”

“ If you are observant like this when reading the funding agreement clause submitted by Hendri, maybe you will not be deceived like a fool,” said Zavian with a calm face.

“ Stop insulting me ! Don't really want to go !” maki Fabian with wrath. 

“ I'm not willing to give this company profit for lo !”

“ Hm? so?” ask Zavian calmly.

“ Bian ! What the fuck are you !” exclaim Om Farhan who is trying to mediate the two of them.“ Zavian wanted to help because he didn't want the company to collapse in an instant. After all, the project it offers will provide a good advantage for us. Besides being able to provide profit will also make investors survive.” 

“ I do not want to use this agreement letter and you bring the name of the small company. You should help us so that things get better but the basis of your brain is cunning. How dare you take advantage of our problem?” yell Fabian again.

“ I have to be realistic because we run a business not just the utilization of services without results like you always sell first,” replied Zavian. He did not want to be taken advantage of by his brother. 

“ Zavian right, Bian. Besides, there is no harm in us cooperating with a company owned by Zavian,”, said Om Farhan.

“ Om silent, yes!” snapped Fabian mad. 

“ Aware dong, Om it's just a stranger who happens to be given a position by Papa. So, Om has no right to set me up ! Because only I am here who has the right to make a decision on this company !”

Om Farhan was clearly offended by Fabian's remarks. But as a more mature man, he tried to control himself so as not to fight fangs with his nephew. 

“ Lo can not be selfish gini ! Everyone hopes this cooperation succeeds,” annoyed Zavian. It turns out Fabian's ego is too high and hard to keep up.

“ I don't need your help to maintain the legacy I have ! Go from here !” throw Fabian away so arrogantly. 

After that the offer letter of business cooperation agreement offered by Zavian was torn by Fabian. The papers were thrown away and scattered on the floor. 

“ Fine ! I will not help you again ” said Zavian without wanting to prolong the problem. He stood up and left the room.

Om Farhan also stood up and before leaving the man said,” Please keep your legacy alone, Bian. We will not interfere again ! Good luck!”

Mama Widya cried. And so is Papa Adrian. Their hopes were shattered once again.

“ You why the hell, Bian ? Do you want to consider Zavian's offer so he can join our company?” Mama Widya asked in a disappointed tone to her son.

Hearing that question, Fabian could only put on a sour face. Since the rejection of Zavian's helping hand, he has received a lot of blasphemy from his own family. And now, Mama Widya specifically came to her office just to discuss this. 

“ Do not need to follow other lebay kayak deh, Ma,” said Fabian while annoyed.  “ I'm sick of it, if long time kayak gini keep.”

“ The problem is this about our company being screwed, Bian. You should ignore your personal feelings towards Zavian and give him the opportunity to help us ”, Mama Widya said.

“ Zavian was just going to take advantage of us, Ma. He's cunning and not as good as you think. So, stop worshipping Zavian kayak idols !” fabian's jolt was full of anger. 

“ Bian !”

“ If Mama comes here just to lecture me, mending go home ! I've been full of blasphemy since yesterday,” said Fabian cut Mama's speech. She looked at Mama Widya with a highlight that implied a feeling of displeasure. “ The family should give support but why I even have a family julid like this.”

“ We only give advice to you, Bian,”, said Mama Widya with a clean slit.

“ Suggestions to receive Zavian?” asked Fabian cynically. He shook his head for a moment before he said again,

” At first we thought that Zavian could indeed be relied upon to help me, but after seeing his arrogant attitude I thought again. She's great but she's so cunning, I don't like it. Besides, I don't need Zavian to finish this.”

“ You don't be so arrogant, Bian. Remember, what you are holding is not a small problem, you know.”

“ Go, Ma. I can handle this myself. Believe,deh !” 

“ The last time you said that to your Papa, you even made our company assets released in vain. Debt issued in small amounts and the financial impact of our company is almost bankrupt because it has to cover the debt,” said Mama Widya.

“ Okay, I was wrong yesterday in choosing a partner and also not careful in issuing project funding. But that doesn't mean I'm a fool who will repeat the same mistake twice. Now I will be more vigilant so that there is no more chaos,” Fabian said with confidence. 

Mama Widya sighed tiredly. He was anxious to believe Fabian's words but the doubts within him continued to shout incessantly. 

“ Tell the others to stop asking Zavian for help, Ma. I'm sick of seeing him getting bigger and bigger because he feels adored as if only he can solve this problem,” Fabian said later.

“ Yes,” replied Mama Widya slowly. 

“ Now Mama should go back to the hospital , huh. Just focus on Papa's health, let me handle this company,” Fabian said again.

Mama Widya walked out of Fabian's room with a crumbling feeling that was hard to describe . He apparently failed to make his son lower his ego and feel disappointed in himself, Mama Widya felt that talking to Zavian was much more soothing than talking to Fabian who was always filled with prestige and high ego. 

There is also a sense of regret for the current state of her husband who is suffering a stroke without being able to do anything.

The last time Papa Adrian spoke was only a few moments after coming to his senses from his critical period. At that time he could still change his will and apologize to Zavian. After that, the condition of the man was getting worse and no more words improved. 

“ If you can still move and talk for sure the situation will not be like this,” said Mama Widya with grief. He saw Papa Adrian who was asleep after taking medicine from a doctor. 

During this time only Papa Adrian held the main key in the Rayyansyah company. He's the only one Fabian fears. But now, after the middle-aged man was helplessly sprawled, Fabian took over the company and was free to do so.

Mama Widya cried in silence. He regretted all the bad things that happened to his family. If he can turn the time, then he will repeat the parenting pattern to his two children. He will oppose Papa Adrian who only spoils Fabian because Zavian also deserves the same affection. There is no term of main heir in his family because his two children deserve the same part in taking care of the company. 

Unfortunately, all of that is just wishful thinking. Because in reality, Mama Widya is forced to witness the destruction of her family due to her wrong care.
