Sarah fell in a sitting position and she grimaced holding her stomach. “ Ouch, pain.”

“ How dare you rob me of mine,” said Ms. Irma while holding her jewelry box.

“ Bu... sick,” exclaimed Sarah while grimacing small.

“ Haalah ! It's just your wits. Do you think I would believe in a cunning woman like you?” reply Ms. Irma. Then she left Sarah alone. 

“ Ibuuuu... My stomach really hurts,” cried Sarah. 

Miss Irma doesn't care. She went to secure her jewelry box. He ignored Sarah's screams begging to be noticed. 

Sarah felt her waist ache so much. Then his heart was racing with sudden heartburn. A few seconds later Sarah felt like something was breaking under her stomach and fluid was slowly seeping through her pants up to her thighs. 

Sarah screamed again, this time crying but her mother still didn't care . Sarah grabs her phone and calls a contact and waits for her call to be picked up. Not long after, a man across the street answered his phone.

“ Why are you still calling me, jalaang?” 

“ Mas, help me . My stomach hurts, it seems something happened with my womb,” Sarah said softly. 

“ You think I care?” reply Fabian cynically. “ Still have your face calling me? Basic shameless woman!” 

“ Please, Mas. Nothing can help me more than you,”, said Sarah, who still pleads with Fabian, hoping the man has a little bit of pity on her. 

“ Don't act as if what you bear is my son, Sarah. Want you to die though, I don't care ! “ sahut Fabian with a rough snap.” After this don't ever call me again !” 

After saying so, the phone closed and Sarah was suddenly confused. While trying to contact Fabian again, his phone was not connected because Fabian had blocked his number. 

Sarah tried to stand up slowly because her waist was very painful. He felt his knees tremble as he tried to walk, but only a few steps could not Sarah again until it fell back on the floor. He called his mother again. 

Ms. Irma who came out of the room observed Sarah who was crying while holding her stomach. This time he did not catch the pretense on his daughter's face and immediately ran over.

“ You why?” mama asked Irma while holding Sarah's shoulder. 

“ Package name !” sarah cried among her sobs. “ It's been obviously Mom that made me fall.” 

“ You fell not tight, Rah. You are also looking for first !” reply Ms. Irma is not to blame. 

Sarah did not want to argue anymore because the pain in her stomach and waist was getting worse. Even he felt his heartbeat beat twice as fast as usual until it felt even more tight.

“ Wet, Mom.” Sarah said as she pointed at her thigh. 

“ Jeez! Your membranes are broken!” shouted Miss Irma in shock. “ Quickly call someone to take you to the hospital.” 

“ I've called Mas Fabian but he doesn't care ” says Sarah. 

“ Why did you call him too ? He hates you and drives you out, but he will help you again. Stupid fool !” ma'am Irma was upset.

“ Then I have to call who else, Mom?” 

“ Call that Rendra. Tell him his son is in danger. If he can't come at least send money for treatment to the hospital !” 

Sarah opens her phone again and looks for Rendra's contact to contact . But unfortunately Rendra's number could not be contacted at all . Maybe that guy blocked Sarah's contact because he left Rendra in a very painful way. 

“ Try to contact anyone you can ask for help !” miss Irma's orders are getting panicked.

An hour later, tired of arguing and contacting people who apparently could not help, Sarah ordered an online taxi to take her to a clinic near the residential complex. Ms. Irma advised him to go straight to the hospital. 

“ I'm not strong anymore, Mom. It hurts so much,” Sarah moans while crying . 

“ Yes, already . To the clinic just let it be fast,” said Ms. Irma. He helped get Sarah to walk out of the house . 

Arriving at the clinic, Sarah was checked first by a nurse. After being examined, Sarah has not been given any action. When Ms. Irma asked for the whereabouts of the doctor, the nurse said that the doctor on duty had not arrived. 

“ What's this clinic, why isn't the doctor standby here?” ma'am Irma was angry. 

“ Our doctor is on his way, Bu.” replied one of the nurses. 

“ Then we just go out ! Better get to the hospital !” exclaims Ms. Irma while grumbling. 

They went to the hospital by taxi online. Along the way Sarah cried withstanding the pain running through her stomach and waist. 

When she arrived at the hospital, Sarah was immediately treated by a doctor. Not long after the doctor examined the contents using ultrasound to see the development of Sarah's fetus. 

“ Fetal heart rate begins to weaken, we must take action as soon as possible,” the doctor told Sarah.” We recommend emergency surgery to save the fetus that is now critical.” 

“ Just do what the best doctor thinks,” said Bu Irma resigned.

He could not bear to see his daughter groaning in pain continuously. It was also a sense of regret in the heart of Ms. Irma because she was the one who had caused Sarah to fall.

“ Mom, it hurts so.” whispered Sarah while holding her mother's hand.” said I want surgery yes, Mom?” 

“ Yes,” reply Ms. Irma. “ You are strong, yes.” 

After making preparations, Sarah finally went into the operating room. He underwent emergency surgery and his son was born prematurely. During the operation Sarah also experienced a critical condition so that blood transfusions are needed. 

After the surgery, Sarah was taken to the nursery while her baby was put into an incubator. Doctors also explain that babies born prematurely will experience a variety of possible health problems. When Sarah heard this, she cried.

“ Already, do not cry so,” said Ms. Irma when the nurses and doctors were gone.” Didn't you want to abort the baby yesterday? Now you are born you even cry-nangis.” 

“ Turns out I don't want my son for anything, Mom. Because I love him.” replied Sarah in between sobs that sounded so bitter.

“ So if you say it's a good one,” furious Bu Irma. “ If it has happened like this you just regret.” 

Sarah cried constantly remembering how unlucky her fate was. Especially when hearing the explanation of the doctor said that the baby was critical because organs such as the lungs and heart are not too perfect. 

After what happened, Sarah felt that bad karma had just come to her. She was expelled by Fabian and gave birth in a miserable state. Worse yet, the man who had planted the seed in his womb could not be contacted at all.

Sarah closed her eyes as she felt a warm melt falling from her two eyes. He recalls when he slandered Nayara in front of Fabian first. At that time Fabian even dared to slap Nayara because he trusted and loved her. Nayara asks for a divorce and her marriage to Fabian ends.

It was painful to remember things that made him feel like he was winning.
