One Night With Your Wife

“ You carefully work yes, dear. See you,” Nayara said as she closed their conversation. 

“ See you on the bed ,” says Zavian seduces his wife.

Nayara's crisp laughter rang out and Zavian also let out a small laugh . There was a subtle kiss before the phone was disconnected and Zavian's smile had not subsided . He walked back into the office and sat down on the sofa he was on. 

Zavian found some messages from Nayara. There are some pictures of evening dresses that the lady looks like she will be wearing later tonight. That's why Nayara said that she needed Zavian's answer. Apparently she wanted to wear something that her husband liked. 

“ Good all,” murmured Zavian while staring at the screen of his phone where there are four types of dresses with different colors and models. 

During this time Zavian always saw Nayara in a black dress that seemed to contrast with her white skin. Nayara is very beautiful when wearing black or red. But later tonight Zavian wants to see his wife in a different look. 

A white dress made from shiny was chosen by Zavian. Looks like Nayara will be pretty wearing that dress. 

Zavian has long forgotten his birthday. No one gave him a surprise or a special celebration. Even her mother forgot her birth date.

For Zavian, every time the year changes, the number of years increases. There was no celebration because Zavian felt it was unimportant even though he remembered it. But this time, there was a burst of spirit within him that was like waiting for a surprise. 

With Nayara, he felt that all moments became much more special. Even for the trivial. 

Zavian forgot about his dispute with Mama Widya and returned to work as before. The presence of Nayara even though through a telephone connection managed to make him feel that his world is still fine. There are still women who love him so sincerely and make him the greatest man. 

Upon returning home, Zavian is greeted by a sight that leaves him barely able to blink. Nayara stood at the top of the stairs to welcome her arrival. The woman was actually wearing the dress of her choice and looked many times much prettier. White dress is the right choice. Nayara's long hair was made beautifully wavy and fell to the left side of her shoulder. If asked who is the most beautiful in the world, then he would name his wife. 

“ Beautiful...” said Zavian while walking up the stairs in a hurry. 

Nayara hugged Zavian and they kissed for a moment. “ I have prepared a romantic dinner tonight,” whispered Nayara. 

“ Then I take a shower for a while, yes. It stinks, here. Dryness from last day,” said Zavian.

Nayara nodded and waited for her husband to finish the bath which turned out to be a while. Zavian changed his work clothes with a shirt of Nayara's choice. After that they went down to the lower floor and towards the back of the house. There is a romantic atmosphere by the pool that Nayara has created for them.

Nayara even invited chefs from famous restaurants to cook their special dinner this time. The best menu makes Zavian satisfied. He also repeatedly praised the beautiful appearance of his wife. 

“ What's my gift?” ask Zavian curiously. He's been waiting for this since. 

Nayara gave a box decorated with ribbons on it. When the box was opened, Zavian found a watch there. There was awe along with a sincere thank you. 

“ This is a limited edition watch, I have been eyeing it for a long time but not part,” said Zavian with eyes sparkling happy.

“ I'm glad you like it, when it's just a watch,” Nayara said.

“ This is not just an ordinary watch, dear. But for me this is a special gift,” sahut Zavian . 

Nayara blushed to hear her husband's words. Then he said,” Now try to open your phone, Honey. There is also a gift from Zean.” 

Zavian grabbed his phone and found a video in which his now ten-month-old son began learning to say a word. Then Zavian was moved when he heard Zeano say ‘ Dy-dy ‘ even though the son could only say his last word but Zavian understood the meaning of Zean's words, but Zavian understood, he was so happy to hear Zean calling him Daddy over and over again. 

“ Dear God, our child is smart,” said Zavian while closing his eyes to drive out the thin fog there.” This is also the best gift for me.” 

Nayara smiled broadly at how Zavian was grateful for all the things he did. Nayara knows that Zavian is facing a complicated conflict with his other family. His choices felt wrong even though he had tried to be calm and choose a path that felt straight. But Nayara tried to be a pain reliever and the most comfortable place for her husband.

“ Of all this, there is a best and also the most beautiful gift I have,” said Zavian . 

“ What is it ?” ask Nayara curiously. 

Zavian pointed at his cell phone camera and snapped at his wife. He clucked in awe before exposing his phone screen towards Nayara. 

“ This... this is the most beautiful gift in my life,” said Zavian while staring at his stunned wife .” Your presence is the single most special thing.”

Nayara nodded slowly, then she stood around the table to sit inside her husband's lap. Zavian's phone rang and displayed a message from Mama Widya. 

‘ Happy birthday, my son Zavian.’

Zavian only read the message at a glance, then the phone screen went out. Zavian will not linger lamenting his destiny as an estranged child. Just let Mama Widya behave like that. Zavian doesn't care anymore. There was something slowly dying in his heart. 

Mama Widya nailed staring at the dish on the table. Everything is still neatly arranged and untouched at all, exactly like two hours ago. He was breathing heavily when the voice of the operator's monologue reported that Zavian's mobile number was inactive. He shifted the phone screen where the message did not get a reply. 

After realizing that today is Zavian's birthday, Mama Widya intends to make a small celebration. Therefore, since the afternoon he asked the kitchen workers to prepare a special meal. 

Mama Widya also invited other families such as her sisters-in-law and niece. Unfortunately, an hour ago they reported they couldn't come. Tania's aunt is out of town with her fellow tourists, while Farhan's husband is having dinner with a business colleague. Meanwhile Aunt Siska cannot come because she accompanies her husband who is launching a new film. His other nephew also no one can come because the invitation of Mama Widya is indeed very sudden.
